- Javier (3/5): Room and location good, front desk service bad - Location and price/quality. Service at the front desk is very bad. I am struggling to get an invoice for my stay despite talking to them directly on the phone and with booking. First time a hotel doesn't want to give me an invoice in 25 years travelling. Very weird!

- Steve (3/5): Frustrating , disappointing. The room was good. - The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel was under construction which meant that there was only a reception downstairs. There was dust everywhere. The restaurant was closed. The breakfast was appalling, the juice machine was broken and the coffee was burnt. Staff were obviously having to cope, but we were not informed of the renovations even through we booked around 4 weeks in advance. The internet went down while were there due to them fixing it on our floor. The guys doing the work said- sorry we didn't realise you were there. I would want a refund of our fees.

- Shay (3/5): Disappointing, uncomfortable stay that did not justify the price. - The hotel staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel is currently under construction and renovation, so it does not look like a proper hotel. This was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. On the contrary, the photos showed a well-maintained hotel, which was very misleading compared to the construction site we arrived at. When we got there, I honestly thought we had the wrong address. There were workers around at all times, construction dust, and even a crane in the middle of the lobby. Additionally, the breakfast was extremely poor - far below what is expected from a Holiday Inn by IHG.
- Uttam (3/5): Not expected this kind of stay at a HOLIDAY INN brand for the amount paid. - Nothing in a HOLIDAY INN one would expect for the price paid for the stay. It was very disappointing for me and my family: 1)The room is very noisy throughout the day and night - window panes are not insulating outside sound at all. 2)Several floors on the hotels are under construction - we could hear hammering sounds through the day, smell of paints, dirt and debris at many points. 3)Breakfast was in a makeshift room which was not ideal for having food. 4)Quality of breakfast is not what is expected from a HOLIDAY INN Brand. 5)Struggled to connect to internet through wifi - one of the staff helped in contacting the service provider and set-it up on our phones. 6) Lifts were in poor condition, most of the time we access through service lifts. Lifts were open to access to anyone which means it was insecure as anyone could come to the floor. 7)The Air Conditioner cut-off sound is so loud it can wake a person from the sleep.

- Olivier (8/5): Plutôt bien. - L'hôtel est très propre, l'accueil est parfaite à n'importe quelle heure. Les chambres sont relativement confortable et le petit déjeuner est bien. Le service de navette pour les zones à proximité est idéal, petit bémol, lorsque vous êtes étranger et que vous avez une eSim données (comme c'est quasiment toujours le cas) vous ne pouvez pas les rappeler pour qu'ils reviennent vous chercher. Petite suggestion : Les machines à laver sont un plus, mais une pancarte indiquant qu'on peut faire faire de la monnaie et acheter de la lessive à l'accueil serait pratique pour ceux qui n'ont pas l'habitude. Même au 11e étage les bruits de la rue s'entendent beaucoup (visiblement à Houston, il y a des concours de pot d'échappement la nuit 😅) Peut-être qu'on est passé à côté de Houston, mais cette ville ne nous a pas séduit, et les abords de l'hôtel le soir et le week-end n'ont pas l'air très safe.

- Mildred (5/5): Disappointing - Close to where I was going I reserved a room with two queen sizes beds. Traveling with 2 teenagers and a 10 year old. I was put into a room with one bed. I was moved to a room with two double beds. Never did get the room I reserved
- Giada (5/5): Non ci tornerei - Il letto era molto grande e comodo. La posizione è buona; sulla via centrale di Downtown da cui passa anche la linea dei mezzi di trasporto. La camera era al settimo piano, in fondo al pianerottolo; l’ultimo giorno, l’ascensore non funzionava e siamo stati costretti a fare 7 piani di scale carichi e con i bagagli per poter scendere. Il garage è in uno scantinato in cui ci sono sempre degli operai che scaricano e spostano materiali; più di una volta abbiamo dovuto aspettare che si spostassero prima di poter uscire. La signora della colazione non era per nulla gentile. Non sono previste alternative al latte normale per gli intolleranti e anche da mangiare ci sono solo i cereali; la prima mattina ho fatto colazione con dei cereali senza latte, la seconda mattina sono rimasta direttamente in camera e ho comprato qualcosa al supermercato.

- Hardin (3/5): Overall, not a good experience and I will be finding a different location to stay next visit to town - Proximity to location where I had to take my classes. Staff was super friendly and helpful. A/C barely worked. There was ladies' hair stuck to the shower wall that did not get cleaned off for 2 days. The hallways smelled musty. After the staffed cleaned my room, they left the dirty sheets in the corner of the room by accident.

Location for our reason for travel was convenient however was not near any restaurants making evening meal difficult. The hotel itself is a bit "tired: and needs a makeover if they wish to continue to charge what they did. Please see the comments previously. The hotel is a bit dated and needs work The price is too high for what was available. Location was average and would only be acceptable if your reason for visit was close . Our visit was to the Passport Office which we could walk too.

- Thomas (10/5): Nice - The location, breakfast, shuttle service and my view.
- Taylor (1/5): Worst Experience Ever - Nothing everything was very sub-par. Everything. Parking was very confusing, service was borderline rude and unconcerned. Shuttle service was disorganized. Elevators were very loud and felt very unsafe. Broken sink handles in the bathroom of our room. There was no fan for the bathroom. The room was definitely smaller than anticipated. The bed was extremely uncomfortable both my husband and myself woke up ever hour on the hour. The shower was super short so we couldn’t even shower. I will never stay here again.
