Same food item (omelet bread) ordered 2 times came out different, totally different size and quantity of breads, missing jams or butter once. Even the dinner buffet quality was super bad, atrocious if I can say. Every food we ordered had extreme less salt. Everytime we has to add extra salt on the food, eveb though muss husband eats really less salty food.

Location is perfect to reach out places within the vicinity. Room was perfectly made up thanks to Santosh. Staff is very polite and helpful. Parking is smooth. Thanks to all for making it a pleasant stay.

Check-in & check out experience was also great Size of bathroom is small than expected in a five star hotel. Moreover the dustbin kept in bathroom is very large which makes moving a hurdle. Hand Towels must be kept in the washroom routinely , however on demand towels were provided.

TV not working in one of our rooms and toilet flush not working. Already fed back that these should be checked prior to guest arrival, surely. Also asked for help a couple times / room service and delays plus one was request for extra toilet paper which was ignored. Also disabled access room we booked, there was a ledge into shower - how is a person with poor mobility supposed to negotiate that? Luckily another room available with flatter shower area and had to buy commode chair locally.

Sanjeet and Chef Rami also outstanding. Hotel has a beautifully designed, boutique feel. Great rooftop bar overlooking the hills of dehradun. Conveniently located for day trips to Mussoorie and Rishikesh.
