Alexandra (6/5): It was a value for money option that provided a clean and comfortable room for a short-term stay - The staff were good, they were helpful and tried their best to help us. I liked that someone was at concierge 24/7 to help as we needed. The rooms were comfortable and quite spacious, especially considering the price. The location was good being quite central. There was only breakfast service, even though there was a bar menu on display - it was closed or "sold out" the entire time. The rooms and concierge area were well kept, but we noticed some areas such as hallways ceilings required renovations.

Jade (1/5): Horrible séjour, nous avons dû nous reloger - Rien Des adolescents couraient dans le couloir en hurlant à minuit, 2h comme à 6h du matin, les toilettes fuyaient à la chasse et sur le côté, l’ascenseur bug et sonne au 6eme plusieurs fois par minutes pendant des heures parfois, le plafond du 6e dans le couloir avait du moisi à cause d’infiltrations d’eau et l’hôtel en lui-même est TRÈS défraîchi et pue un peu. Le petit déjeuner est peu attrayant, nous sommes partis au bout de la première nuit sur 3 pour payer un autre hôtel bien mieux pour pratiquement le même prix et ils ont refusé de rembourser malgré tout au moins la dernière nuit.

Daisy (7/5): - The location was pretty good. The staff were very friendly. The ceilings of the hallways had what appeared to be mould on them. Furthermore, the swimming pool looked like it had lots of algae in it so we did not end up swimming. We went down to try and do our laundry, as it was advertised that the property has laundry do an additional fee, but when we went down to the level it just had an ironing board. (I’m assuming they outsource the laundry to the local laundrettes then). So we ended up going to the local laundrette ourselves.

AbdulGesod (6/5): Good value for money but could be much better. - A good hotel that has the potential to be truly 4 stars. The staff are exceptional, friendly and attentive. Large rooms with comfy beds and balconies. Large pool and small gym on site. Breakfast is included and its pretty decent with various cold and hot options and drinks. Good location right on the main road with a food court opposite, lots of shops, restaurants, pharmacies, laundromat etc within 5 min walk. As well as two large supermarkets. There is also a big gym 10 min walk from the hotel. But the hotel is in need of refurbishment. There are plenty of chips and cracks, broken plastering, marks on ceilings, rusted railings etc. However, overall it’s still good value for money, the price of the rooms and amenities.

Marshy27 (6/5): Outdated but great location - Stayed there for the night just for transit. Location was great! Close to everything, really good transportation access. The room was very outdated which wasn’t really a big deal especially for the price (room and breakfast), however, the cleanliness and condition of the room could be improved. The bathroom mirror was not clean, the shower screen need to be scrubbed and wipe, there were finger prints on the mirror and screen door. Some light bulbs need to replaced. Also the aircon was not cold enough for Bali weather. All the staff were great, professional, helpful and friendly. And the breakfast buffet was very basic Would I stay there again? Maybe, if they update it and improve the cleanliness

Deborah (6/5): Absolutely happy with my stay at the Diamond hotel for the price I paid for a 7night stay, not in the hub of Kuta but on - Friendly helpful staff, great breakfast facility comfortable bed and generous size room . Opposite the hotel is a good court that is safe for westerners to eat , lots of variety of food and very cheap Bathroom was ok but needed a bit of work and a thorough clean, no outdoor furniture on the balcony , no freezer in the mini fridge in the room

My partner and I booked the hotel for two nights after we realized we'd gotten the dates wrong for our planned stay at a villa with friends - the villa's check-in date was the day after we arrived. Diamond Hotel was very accommodating; I asked if our friends could drop off their luggage in our room while we explored the markets and Beachwalk shopping mall. I also requested early check-out to head to our villa afterward. The hotel's location was ideal, being close to many markets and the Beachwalk shopping mall. -
