The breakfast exceeded our expectations. It is nice and quiet at night. SMOKING:- We never sat at the pool due to the excessive amount of smokers. The outside eating area also had an excessive amount of smokers. Our friends who were in a different room to us had smokers underneath them so it kept coming up so they had to go into their room each time the people underneath them smoked. You NEED to either make the whole hotel NON SMOKING or give them a small designated area somewhere at the back of the hotel. In this day and age no one should need to breath in someone else's cigarette smoke when lying by a pool, eating or sitting on your own balcony. I have scored so low on the overall as I could not enjoy the pool or sometimes the breakfast through people being allowed to smoke.

She was extremely professional, very pleasant and capable. I liked the swimming pool. I loved the location and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was also very nice in general. The couch was really uncomfortable and very worn. The bed was a bit cold, I needed a thicker duvet than the one supplied. I didn't understand how to use the grill/microwave, it was confusing and up too high to be practical. I would prefer fresh orange juice, and proper coffee - and the croissants were poor at breakfast. The sound was terrible - a party moved into the apartment above me. I had to ring reception to ask them to keep the noise level down and then I had to ring security at 2.30am because they woke me up and I couldn't get back to sleep for at least an hour with the noise level. It was very expensive for one person for a week.

The staff were all fantastic! We arrived late in the evening and they'd kept some food gor us in the restaurant (Plus Fariones Suites) which was very kind. We were half board and the dinner buffet was good. Due to the apartments being tiered there us some noise from overhead balconies, especially the metal furniture scraping.

An extremely accessible property too! Staff are very friendly, we were with a big group and they happily booked numerous taxis for all of us! In the summer months if you struggle with the heat there’s no air conditioning. We travelled in February so it didn’t bother us but did the first time when we travelled in August.

T1077JInancyf (8/5): Enjoyed despite the weather - These apartments are nicely located for the strip and the old town. Breakfast is plentiful and good. Beach towels are nice condition. We had room 305 which was fine and cleaned daily. The outside door needed a good bang before it would close, (sorry to room 205), one time we came back just after cleaner had left and the door wasn’t closed properly. I am extremely sorry they will be closing at the end of the year.

DandJ26 (8/5): Great location, excellent staff - The apartments are in a great location, centrally located with the main strip to the left or the old town to the right, if you enjoy shopping there is a Mango store just around the corner and the shopping centre with a larger range of stores including ZARA just up the small hill. First impressions of the reception were really good, it looked modern and clean, we arrived at the apartments just after 13:00 and were greeted by very pleasant helpful staff and luckily our room was ready. We were on the 3rd floor in a 1 bedroom apartment at the back of the complex, we had a lovely sea view which was unexpected, all the floors are accessible by lifts. The complex is gated however the security gate at the side of reception could be opened manually without a key despite it being an electronic lock. The rooms are a very good size, living area you had a large sofa/bed with table and chairs, within the room is the kitchen which is basic including a large fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, 2 x ring halogen/induction hob, plenty of crockery and utensils, recommend taking your own mug if you want a proper cuppa, there was a large TV in the room with 5 or 6 basic English channels The bedroom was also a good size, the beds were very comfortable and the bedding was crispy clean which was made up every day, the bathroom was a shower over bath, but there was plenty of hot water with very good pressure, the towels were very good quality and changed daily as required, there was body wash and shampoo provided in dispensers. The balcony was good enough for 2-3 people with cast iron furniture. Although the rooms are adequate they do need a freshen up with updating here and there, there is also a distinct lack of plug sockets, we only located 4, and one of those was for the kettle and the other in the bathroom, thankfully we always take a multi socket extension cable to combat this, speaking to the manager on departure he did say they are due a refurbishment but couldn’t specify when. Also the rooms are not air conditioned, which is not a problem in March but would be an issue for us in Summer. The pool area is quite compact but spotlessly clean, there is a bonus of a large sun terrace next to the pool area which we preferred, this had all day sun (when it appeared), the sun beds are comfortable and the pool towels that are provided are excellent. Breakfast which is included has a very large choice and is very good, we had no complaints at all, there was nothing to fault, there was something for everyone. The service at this hotel is exceptional, all the staff are very friendly, we had an issue at the beginning of our stay when it was quite cold through the night, we went to reception to ask for an extra blanket and within 20 minutes someone had brought them to our room. Overall we had a very enjoyable relaxing stay, I would definitely stay again if there was a refurbishment, however the price will probably reflect this.

Small (10/5): Great. Would definitely stay again - My daughter and I stayed here for a week and it was perfect for us. Great location, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go, staff were really friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. Lovely pool and great breakfast. Unfortunately the lift didn’t go up to the roof terrace, my daughter uses a wheelchair so she couldn’t get up there but there were plenty of sun loungers around the pool so it wasn’t a huge problem.

Pauline (10/5): Would definitely return. - What a glorious stay! The apartments are so close to everything you need and centrally located to the main strip plus not a far walk towards old town. The pool is a perfect size with lots of seating around for sunbathing. All the staff were super warm and friendly, breakfast had many options, the studio apartment was a perfect size for two travellers with plenty of storage and extremely clean, a fully stocked kitchen including 2 bottles of complimentary water, and a beautiful terrace. It's also easy to book a taxi which came in less than the 10 minutes we were promised and the property is very quiet despite being in the middle of everything. The wi-fi wasn't great in the room, we had to sit out on the terrace any time we wanted to get a signal. Also, not a big deal but there's no lotion as part of the toiletries provided in the room so just be prepared to bring your own.

Short walk to (lovely) beaches, restaurants, shops etc. The place was exceptionally clean, both the apartments, the pool and surrounding areas, and the breakfast area was very nice and well laid out. Options to sit indoors or out. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Pool towels readily available. We thought it was a expensive for bed and breakfast. More than we have paid for other holidays. We felt that we paid for the location. Apartments are perfectly fine, and VERY clean, but perhaps could do with a little updating. Not a bit issue for us though.

Everything is just perfect, the staff, the rooms and the breakfast. One star knocked off this time because the bathroom and hand towels are really past their best and certainly need replacing.

You’re a short walk away from each town which gives you a choice every night. The views from the rooftop are breath taking! There is nothing more peaceful than being in the sun up there. And finally the staff were more than helpful! The guys on the bar were so lovely and accommodating. 100% recommended, we will be back
