Would definitely recommend it My room was a bit noisy during the day when sitting on the balcony due to the proximity of the main road. There were no issues at night, though, when the traffic died down.

- Sture (9/5): Hua Hin är som mitt andra hem - Tyvärr fanns det ingen frys på rummet, bara ett frysfack. Annars var allting perfekt. Men som många skriver ska du försöka få en lägenhet in mot gården, för trafiken kan störa ganska mycket. Jag är van efter att ha bott i Hua Hin under några år tidigare och gillar livet utanför! Varför har man elkontakter i rummet alltid på fel ställen i Thailand? 😉
- Eric (9/5): Great location, view and apartment - Apartment was very good, balcony large/nice. Location very good. 711 in the building. Walk to Soi 94, mall, and beach. Short tuk-tuk ride to old town or points of interest south. AC and internet work well. Was very satisfied. Our view (6th floor) had a somewhat unsightly rooftop view of building in front, but definitely could see over, but don't go lower for sea view of 2bdroom unit. I really hesitate to even bring it up. Hua Hin is a city and crowded, so should expect. I would also put a bigger table/better chairs on the balconies of the 2bdrm units. Kitchen a bit small, but workable/okay. I would change layout of living room to place couch closer to only average size TV. You could live here nicely. I would return, it was a good value! Happy!

- scott (8/5): - Excellent location with 5 mins walk to beach, 7 eleven and pharmacy nextdoor. Good cafe also nextdoor for cheap breakfast and good food. Easy walk to shopping malls and soi 94 for Wonderland. Short taxi service to Bintabaht area for nightlife 100bht only. Initially my room was facing main road. That is very noisy. Make sure only book room facing beach or carpark area, then it's very quiet. I was able to move after a cancellation on a better room was made. 1 week in noisy room but then 2 weeks in a much quieter room. I would return again so long as I could book a room not facing the road. Shower was feeble.

Located between the two shopping malls, has a light regulated crossing less than 50 meters from the building. The soi (side road) running next to the property takes you to the beech. Sound from the road is audible, I'm a light sleeper and had to use earplugs. The balcony door frame was so crooked that housekeeping was unable to lock the balcony door. Internet speed was lacking, I had to use my mobile 5G to watch series/movies. Electricity has 15-20% higher markup than other apartments in the area, if you're AC dependant keep that in mind.

Very easy to live in this space and access to a swimming pool too. Markets, Songthaews and nature all on your doorstep. Hua Hin is an underrated gem in our opinion; and Rocco Condominium is great.

- Maillet (8/5): Globalement ça vaut le coup. - BElle piscine très agréable. Nous avions un appartement avec 2 chambres et salle à manger de très bonne taille. La situation près de 2 mall sympas avec food court ou chaînes de fast-food. Vis à vis avec les autres appartements Manqué un rideau voile donc soit on ferme les rideaux de nuit, soit on est vus des voisins.
- DAVID (2/5): - Unfriendly office staff... not at all welcoming. Exposed wire on power strip was a fire hazard. Hard bed with extra large neck-breaking pillows. Rolled up a towel for a pillow instead. Worst of all… bugs and ants! Lots and lots of ants! Booked for three nights… wanted to leave immediately. Checked out after first night… On a positive note, Seven Eleven on first floor of building was convenient. Security guard was pleasant (much more so than office staff). Easy access to beach.

The pool is great for laps, The staff are great, air-conditioning is great The furniture was old and uncomfortable and the kitchen was poorly equipped. If the owner spent $1000 on a new settee dining chairs balcony table and chairs and kitchen utensils it would be worth the money, just Also I booked Garden view and got the complete opposite

- Susan (8/5): Staff exceptional - The receptionist was incredibly helpful. We left a mobile phone behind and he came to the bus station by scooter to return it. Lovely man. Not the property's fault but guests on nearby balconies would watch videos or TV with loud sound so it wasn't pleasant to sit on our balcony. Location was ideal close to restaurants, Market Village and beach.

- Allyson (8/5): Good accommodation with helpful staff in an excellent location for all that Hua Hin has to offer. - Staff were really helpful. They supplied some items that I needed in the apartment within one hour of my request. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the shower was great. The bed was comfortable. The air con worked instantly. The position is perfect. Four minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from Market Village. Seven Eleven underneath the apartments and restaurants and coffee shops within 5 minute walk. I stayed for a month and my electric bill was about £12. Pool was clean and in good repair but only gets sunshine in the morning which was fine by me as I only used it for swimming laps and it was empty. Great!. With the beach 4 mins walk away, you will not lack sunshine. Wi-fi worked fine. I would have liked a supportive armchair as the sofabed was really uncomfortable to sit on. I would have liked the option to watch TV in English or Netflix or similar, even if there was a charge. There was a little traffic noise (my room was at the side of the building not the front which is on a busy main road.) It didn't bother me at all and is quiet after 11pm. I think you could find the equivalent accommodation a little cheaper in the area. But I had a great month in Hua Hin and, on balance, I was happy and would recommend it.

From housekeeping, security and manager everyone has made our stay easy and pleasant - Location is ideal and a short walk from the beach and central to most things in Hua Hin. The staff here are exceptional! They are friendly, helpful and even remembered us from our stay a year ago.

- Steve (9/5): Bangkok hospital - Hotel in central position close to Bangkok hospital and short walk to the beach. My room was next to the main road there was noise from traffic but after a couple of nights I adjusted to the noise level. I would stay here again
- Michael (6/5): Pleasant - Location and staff I stayed at rocco 2 times, the first time was the back of the building, it was fairly quiet, apartment a bit worn but comfortable stay, second time I was meant to be there for 3 weeks but left after 2 weeks, be aware that there is a very busy and noisy main road right in front of the apartments, also a hospital, the sound of motorbikes and cars racing along all day and all night is constant, sirens can be going constantly to, very noisy,
- Snooker431 (9/5): Rocco Condo 408 - Chose Rocco because of its location. 10 minute walk to the beach and close to Market Village. In the condo we had there was a lack of power points in the kitchen area. Had to use an extension lead (which was provided) to use the kettle or toaster. Also one of the chairs on the balcony has seen better days.
- David (10/5): Exceptional - I left a device charger there on one visit and they called me to let me know and arrange a pickup During another stay I had to leave before the office opened and they transferred my key deposit to my bank. Very excellent service.
