• Santiago (5/5): Buena ubicacion, mal restaurante y atencion. Se salva por las instalaciones viejas pero comodas. - Lo del desayuno es mentira, a duras penas de dan un cafe y te tratan mal. El hotel esta viejo y un poco sucio, y el servicio no es bueno. A pesar de eso, tiene buenas instalaciones, camada comoda y es funcional.

• Carlos (6/5): Too expensive for the hotel service - Location and room size was good. The receptionist was in a bad mood and showed no friendliness or hospitality. The room itself was spacious, however the pillows and the bed were extremely uncomfortable. The television stopped working, and since there is no phone in the room, I had to go down to the reception to report the issue. The maintenance staff member, on the other hand, was very helpful and fixed the TV promptly. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and there was no hot water. While waiting for the water to heat up, which never happened, the bathroom drain, which I believe was clogged, failed to drain properly and ended up flooding the bathroom, creating a small “private pool” in the room. Breakfast is supposed to start at 7:00 a.m., but even arriving at the restaurant at that time, the service was not ready yet. Considering the price charged, the hotel service should be much better, especially given that it operates under the Wyndham brand.

• Garcia hernandez (9/5): BUENA UBICACIÓN Y HABITACIONES AMPLIAS - La habitación es amplia y con todos los servicios, la ubicación es buena también ya que está justo en la plaza de la ciudad. Sólo había una persona atendiendo en el restaurante y no se daba a basto, el servicio tardó un poco. La plancha que había en la habitación estaba manchada/quemada y al usarla quemó mi ropa.

Además la alberca está limpia y el horario de la alberca es muy accesible, lo recomienod mucho. Que las líneas telefónicas para la recepción no sirven y nos proporcionan un número de whats app que nunca responden, y de todas maneras uno tiene que acudir a la recepción.

• Cynthia Judith (8/5): Buena ubicación, servicio irregular - La ubicación y la atención de la recepcionista del sábado. La atención de la recepcionista del domingo. No fue nada amable, le pedi que me ayudara a conseguir un taxi (la repcencionista del sábado lo habia hecho) y me dijo que "Ellos no brindaban ese servicio por que no tenían línea teléfónica" Por cierto, qué miedo que un hotel no tenga línea telefónica. Lo pensaré para volver.

• Leticia (9/5): - Las habitaciones muy grandes, limpias, el baño igual amplio, muy cómodas Creo que el desayuno q incluye debería de ser más que americano simplemente al menos incluir proteínas, en las habitaciones solo había 1 shanpoo y 1 jabón, de preferencia si fuera líquido sería mejor

• Osvaldo Javier (9/5): Como estar en casa. ! - Todo estuvo super bien, un pequeño detalle con la tubería de la regadera, pero creo que de ahi en fuera el equipo del hotel siempre nos atendió de maravilla el restaurante genial y el sabor estupendo. Toda mi familia muy agusto, todos felices sobre todo la alberca a mis hijos les encanto. Creo que no hay queja...todo genial, mi estancia fabulosa. regresaría sin pensarlo dos veces.

The car park was very good The hotel guest directory said that every room had a coffee maker and free coffee. We did not have one in our room. When I asked I was told there were none available. If I wanted to order coffee via room service it would be chargeable.

• Melissa (8/5): Paying additional for inclusions....poor form - The room was large, bed comfy and the shower hot and strong. Good location across the road from a shopping centre. Easy to find and to return to the main road from. Breakfast...it was included in the rate. I showed the booking email to the attendant, used my translation program to ask which of the breakfasts we could choose from - she pointed them out to us on the menu and we picked from them. On check out we were charged full price (no allowance given for the amount that should have been attributed to breakfast) because we didn't pick the included option.... perhaps a breakfast voucher handed out on check in could have solved the issue??

• Alfonso (4/5): - El personal de caja del restaurante del turno matutino no es amable, ni servicial no me mandaron las facturas a tiempo tuve que insistir en dos ocasiones para que me las mandaran. En general les falta amabilidad en su trato, las instalaciones están viejas. La regadera no tiene presión. El desayuno que incluye el hospedaje es demasiado austero con su competencia lo dan buffet.

The rooms are ok, housekeeping staff seemed to be polite and that’s about it. Front desk horrible at customer service. The pool was ok except for the fact that there was hardly any the light at night. It seemed secure but would not go back and stay here. Trust me.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Bait and switch hotel - They kept trying to charge me with amenities that were free and then they over charged me for my breakfast that was suppose to be free. They kept saying that the website was wrong and that the prices on the menu was wrong. I would not recommend staying there, unless you want to be charged extra for everything that they say is free on the website.
