• Greta (4/5): Would not come back - Clean inside, bed okey For one night before flight maybe In bathroom had strong smell of smoking , even hotel everywhere was written non smoking rooms. Maybe some guests didn’t care, maybe not fault of hotel. But I didn’t like it at all. Room didn’t have kettle for hot water, so basically no tea. Okey, woman from Reseption gave us hot water. But not convenient, if you want more then one cup of tea, you need to come to her again🤣 And no even one bottle of complimentary water Wouldn’t come back

• Marco (9/5): Good stay for working trip - Cleanliness and courtesy are the distinctive aspects of this hotel. Rooms are generally small, but clean and comfortable. Staff is a plus. Breakfast in the average. The blue light close to the bed when the reading lamp is turned off. I had to shield it with partial success. But why? It is unnecessary and disturbing.

Personale accogliente, gentile e professionale. Sicuramente ritornerò a trovarvi quando verrò a Milano. Grazie L'unica cosa che migliorerei è l'inserimento di un miscelatore nella doccia. Avere solo il soffione in alto comporta dovere usare sempre la cuffia qualora non vogliamo lavarci anche i capelli. Comunque è un piccolo dettaglio. La camera era confortevole e pulita. Grazie

• Aidana (7/5): A pleasant stay that satisfies all the necessary needs and expectations (for a 3 star). - Breakfast was not bad, everything was very clean and tidy, overall not a lot of complaints Expected the twin room to be slightly bigger (I believe when booking the images might have been of a different room than the one that was provided).

Sigue la política de garantizar la reserva con una confirmación de pago externa a Booking y eso perjudica al viajero que ve el saldo de su tarjeta de crédito doblemente retenido durante varios días mientras está de viaje.
• Alessia (8/5): - Posizione molto comoda per andare a Rho Fiera, camera spaziosa e confortevole Purtroppo si deve rivedere qualcosa sulle competenze dello staff, la receptionist ha rifiutato di farmi la fattura, dicendo che non è possibile effettuarla ad un privato, ma in Italia dal 2019 è obbligatorio farle anche a chi non ha partita IVA. Non mi sono lamentata più di tanto solo perché ha scritto i dati che mi servivano sullo scontrino, ma comunque è un grande dato di mancanza di preparazione. In più i metodi di pagamento non sono chiari, viene richiesta una preautorizzazione, ma in realtà è un vero e proprio pagamento, risulta quindi che non ci sia da pagare in anticipo, quando non è così. Consiglio di cambiare le impostazioni su Booking, come tante altre strutture fanno.

• Sharon (10/5): - I'm so glad I chose the Expo Hotel Milan. Most important to mention is how great the staff is. They are all exceptionally kind and try to do everything they can to help you. The room was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Their breakfast was great (delicious scrambled and hardboiled eggs, different cooked meats, yogurts, and assorted breads and pastries). The hotel itself is in a smaller industrial town outside of Milan, so the view isn't beautiful, but that's also why it's so quiet. It is a 45 minute car ride to the center of Milan, and a 25 minute drive to MXP airport. I would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to friends.

The room was spacious, the cleanliness was excellent, the bathroom with a bathtub was also very clean and spacious., The staff at the reception was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was sufficiently varied, very tasty and the service was very kind.
