• Rob (10/5): - A correction that they do not have onsite laundry facility is incorrectly listed on Expedia. I will tell you that this is a unique older building that was updated. The food in the restaurant, especially for breakfast was amazing. The fries were not the best and you may wish to revisit that. The fries were homemade, but they were a bit greasy. But overall, I would for sure come back. The staff was amazing! Thank you!

The cost of the meal was only six hundred. He charged us more than nine hundred! Nothing in the restaurant indicated that there would be a service charge, nor did he warn us before we ate. So, we think this kind of behavior is very mean, bad.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good choice in good location - Room was very clean, size was ok, and despite mine facing the road the noise was not too bad. Aircon was old, but quiet and did the job. WIFI also fine. Staff was friendly. It's easy to find a taxi and most things you would want to go to are a short ride away. Recommend for stays of up to a week (my opinion).
• Verified traveler (10/5): - I like the complimentary breakfast.The staff in Sagay resto are all accommodating and friendly including the front desk officers..The only downside is, no one assisted me going upstairs with my huge luggage after I checked in at night.
• LJR (4/5): Poor - Said we had NO booking - had to stay in friends room overnight till they got us room for remainder of stay. 'Found' booking the following day. NO refund for missed night! Offered extra night but we could not do that was were flying on. Very disappointing stay - no hair dryer or iron/board in room all towels badly marked. Only saving grace was the breakfasts were good and cooked to order. Overall poor, would not recommend.

• joyful (6/5): NOT CLEAN, lacks maintenance - We went inside room, there was unpleasant smell. We requested the staff to have it cleaned again. I think what they did was to spray air freshener and maybe wiped the furnitures. The hotel looks old, not properly maintained.

• James (10/5): Little gem in an unlikely place - I was satisfied with my stay at Casa Leticia. I feel that the materials that they are using rival that of 5-star hotels, especially the towels. They also have copious storage spaces that would be more than enough for anyone who intends to stay for months. Casa Leticia also has something very handy that I have not seen in all of the hotels that I have been: 2-way switch. Two-way switch is a lighting switch system where one could turn on the lights using switches from one place and turn them off using the switches from another place. In Casa Leticia, the 2-sway switches are located near the door and on the night stand. It is very convenient especially if one hates to get out of bed just to turn off the lights. Although the bathroom materials are of high quality, some basic fixtures such as bathroom exhaust fans and hand-held bidets were missing. Keeping hygienic without these fixtures could be quite a challenge. Imagine filling up the entire room with your own fecal smell because there is no way to drive the odor out of the room. Also, I am used to using hand-held bidets, which are a staple in residential as well as commercial bathrooms, and the ones that could not be found in Casa Leticia bathrooms. Using bidets could also minimize the use of tissue papers as patrons would only use paper to wipe the excess water, not the feces. Overall, I had a pleasant experience staying at Casa Leticia.

• Aril (8/5): Pleasant Hotel - It was a rather pleasant hotel; centrally located but quiet enough. The security staff were wonderful and helpful. The receptionist were pleasant. However, we were rather disturbed by the restaurant's lead/supervisor waiter behavior. He seemed a bit unprofessional--telling us to hide the tip, so the other waiters wouldn't feel jealous; telling us what other guests had given him for tips; etc. By enlarge our experience was pleasant.

• Al (8/5): I pleasant surprise of an accomodation - The hotel lives up to be a business hotel. It is laid out as such with a business traveller in mind. No pool which is ok. The internet could be better. And exercise room would be great. There's connectivity but is a bit slow. I cant even connect to check my flight. The staff is very courteous. The restaurant is clean and food is good, not fancy but good.

• EJ Ismael (10/5): Perfect location in Matina area - My family stayed in this Inn for 10 days and the service is awesome, you know it's safe and secured, the food is great, specially Roberto in there cafe, he makes you feel at home...everybody treated you like family...will definetely come back...
• SHINICHIRO (4/5): 何もないホテル - 総合的に3つ星ホテルのレベルではなく２つ星か１つ星半でちょうどいいくらい。そう考えると宿泊料金が割高で全然お得感がなかった。初日、シャワーはぬるいどころか真水しか出ず排水は詰まり水浸しになり流れない。客を入れる前にチェックなんか全然やってない感じ。バスアメニティもあってないようなお粗末な石鹸だけ。部屋は狭くて薄暗く布団も薄汚れたペラペラの布切れが一枚。水吹きする習慣がないのか窓や家具は埃や汚れが付着したままで部屋に戻ってきても気持ちよく寛ぐことができなかった。テレビは30年程前のものと思われるブラウン管。エアコンは安宿お決まりのハメ込み式のうるさいやつ。セーフティボックスもありません。朝食は毎日同じで2つのメニューの中から選ぶだけ。ホテルがダメでもスタッフのホスピタリティを感じられればそれはそれで印象も変わるのかもしれないけどゲストをもてなすって感じではなかったです。選択ミス。お勧めしません。

• Gil M (8/5): Excellent customer service - Front desk is very friendly and so is the service at their restaurant. The SM mall is a short distance from the hotel. There is a selection of native dishes at the restaurant. Their staffs are doing an excellent job to please their guests. I highly recommend this hotel.
• Narcisa (8/5): Very Nice Place. Thru Expedia, not so good. - I found the Casa Leticia Business Inn thru Expedia. It was in the area I had business in, had good reviews the price was right. The problem came when I booked the room and received my confirmation. I understand at this point they add on the room taxes and fees which I thought was excessive at $55.00 or P2365. Where I had a major problem was when an extra "Extra Adult Fee" was charged. The room is call "Superior Triple Room" and showed a room with three beds. Since my party consisted of three adults and one 6 year old this room seemed perfect. when I received the Confirmation and saw the add-on I immediately called Expedia and the charge was removed. I don't know who was responsible for this charge, but if it occurs the next time I use Expedia that will be my last time using them.
