When I paid for the room I requested the 2nd floor, the receptionist said it was not a problem but when I checked in, I was asked if I wanted to be on the 3rd or 4th floor. The TV did not have a guide. We couldn't see the channel or volume button on the remote.The refrigerator was filthy. It had old food, beer and juice stains. Breakfast was ok, it could have been better. We always stay at Holiday inn express and breakfast is usually really good, we were a little disappointed this time.

Gregory (7/5): It was OK, but I would make sure the AC works before accepting a room - Location worked for us. Staff was nice with a facility that looked nice as well. AC unit was LOUD and not very functional.....a true need in Texas. Reported to the front desk, a maintenance guy showed up, worked a bit and said he would be back. We had to leave but upon our return, the AC was the same, loud, and the room/was humid......the AC needs repair. When it was time for room cleaning, I asked for some extra towel - they didn't have any. Lastly, parking is a premium here - the lot fills up quickly as its small and I saw many guests parking in front of the hotel, in a bank lot.
Pierre (8/5): Comfortable but would be better if they had toothpaste - I like how helpful the front desk lady was with an issue i was having with booking.com I didn't like that they didn't have any toothpaste or mouth wash available.

Sheri (5/5): Adequate but not Great - I liked that this property was close to the Saint David’s South Austin Hospital, where my daughter had to do a clinical rounds day with her nursing school. The beds were comfortable in the bathroom was clean. They put us in the room right next to housekeeping, which was very loud in the early morning hours. The location of the hotel, although close to Saint David’s Hospital South Austin, was in a sketchy area. There were a lot of people hanging around the hotel that didn’t look Safe. I was afraid that my car might be broken into and I was not able to park in the front of the hotel. I had to drive around to the back which was scarier.

Lipin (10/5): Convenient place to stay - The room is very new and neat. I heard the front-desk staff said they just done remodeling for this hotel. The breakfast is also nice (enough for me) with eggs, bagels, sausage, yogurt, fruits, and coffee. It is very close to downtown Austin, and about driving 30 minutes to San Marcos Outlet, I believe many people come for shopping. To San Antonio, driving about one hour.

dennis (8/5): Would stay again - Close to places I needed to visit No stopper for the bathtub No hand rail inside the shower, was a rail for the bathtub, but not inside when taking a shower. Bath towels were not soft, scratchy.

Mia (10/5): Holiday Inn Express I give yall KUDOS!!! - Everything with the hotel stay was exceptional. I will be using Holiday Inn Express and their other branches from now on. But after the trouble Hotels.com gave myself and Holiday Inn Express where I stayed and had my room paid for far in advance this will likely be the last time I use hotels.com and I would advice them to have their upper management contact me after how they handled myself and the Holiday Inn Express front desk.

Naven (8/5): - Parking area was well lit and we felt safe walking in late at night. Staff was friendly and courteous. The carpet in the hallway was not the cleanest but thankfully the room and everything inside it were clean. They had liquid soaps locked up on a wall which works fine for adults but were not reachable for my kid. The sink is smaller than it appeared on the pictures. Overall it was a good experience and the price was reasonable.
