Guest Reviews
- Skye (5/5): Clearly fell short to what is advertised - Some members of staff were nice. No prior notice that the pool was out of order, kindly asked for a refund or even partial refund as it was not advertised and sole basis for choosing of this place and bluntly denied. Without a choice we were upgraded to a junior suite where we were greeted by ants, a cockroach in the bathroom and blood stained sheets, grateful for the upgrade but would have preferred refund under the circumstances. Then when trying to resolve the issue, the upgrade was used against us and we’re told that we should have called ahead to make sure the pool was in working order…
Staff entered room without consent (and a brief knock) at 8am, making us feel a little unsafe that they have that kind of access and phoned at 6:45am to confirm breakfast time (again) which they still came an hour early.
Breakfast is quote “plain noodle or plain rice”
- Anna (1/5): Bad - nothing I like in the facility the first night we came there ALL the linen is not changed AT ALL! like the previous person that checked in on that room has all his hair in the bed, no water in the toilets in the morning ,even the wifi sucks!they even charged us 20bucks for the plates that not even look expensive at all.
- Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing -
- Brendan Richard (2/5): - The booking was made and was tottaly different to what i had booked.
Only to be told i had made a cheap booking and the tiny little room they gave me was an upgrade.
An upgrade i said, i would like to have the intial roim
- James (1/5): Disgusting Villa - Nothing to like Villa that I checked into was extremely dirty, the toilet didn't work, the pool stunk like sewage the air-conditioning didn't work, the tv wouldn't turn on the bedding didn't look like it was washed at all. Bathroom had tools electric drill and pieces lying around they tried for 2 hours to get air-conditioning working but couldn't and refused to give a refund so I had to book another room in another villa it was terrible worst villa I had ever checked into. I do not recommend anyone stay there whatsoever.
- Mohamed (1/5): Bad -
- Chelsea (1/5): I stayed 1 night out of the 6 I booked. I could not stay longer. The villa was not acceptable. - The staff were nice The aircon broke
toilet didn’t flush
Kitchen was just for show - no cooking equipment at all
Renovations next door was hammers and jackhammer into the wall. Room shook and was so loud I couldn’t even be in there
Had to ask for a refund - only negotiated a 50% after showing a video of how loud it was to be in there.
- Selda (1/5): WORST STAY EVER! DIRTY—DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY DIDN’T even BRING MY BREAKFAST. ( they called my room to ask what I w - WORST STAY EVER! DIRTY—DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
THEY DIDN’T even BRING MY BREAKFAST. ( they called my room to ask what I want and what time, and never brought any breakfast in my 2 days stay)
1. NOT CLEAN - bathroom and toilet really bad, blood stain on pillow cover, smelly bad sheets, very old towel, I also add photo of the toilet.
2.Toilet flush didn’t work for a day, electricity power cut often. They don’t even have bottle of water in the room, I asked them in my second day and they bring
3. But the worst thing is stuff!! don’t care about anything, manager (Ninsi) also she doesn’t care if the guest are happy or not. They just take your money and no hospitality, no service.
- Lucie (9/5): Great location and low price - We loved the location, people at the reception are quite friendly, it has nice pool, WiFi and AC work well, the price is amazing. Rooms are little dark, bed is not much comfortable, we would appreciate more pillows. Eventhouth there is a kitchen you can't cook because of missing gas bomb.
- Wong (1/5): Bad -
- Karen (1/5): Bad - Not much. The image in the advertising is very deceptive,
- Thaís (1/5): Bad - The bed was comfortable. This is the only thing good about that place. Look the pictures in my review. The room was very noisy, I believe there were AC and pool engines near to my toom, I complained they changed me to another room which was smelling terribly and the bathroom was dirty. The hotel is nothing what is shown in the pictures, is full of mold on the walls. Staff were rude and very unhappy. They refused to cancel and refund even after my complaint about mold, noise and smell.
- Adi (4/5): Disappointing -
- Adrian (4/5): Poor quality for the price - Place is super large with 2 bedrooms upstairs with a big private swimming pool.
A nice touch was the wall to wall wooden panels in each bedroom. Place super dirty, kitchenette was horrendous, bathroom needed a clean. Appeared nobody had stayed there in awhile.
No accessories in bathroom, towels soaps, shampoo etc.. television had no cable with blurred picture of local channels.
Bedrooms were a reasonable size, floors dirty, with lumpy beds and poor quality linen, that felt hard on the skin.
Location although good overall. Its on a one way street choked full with traffic making it hard to reach.
- Verified traveler (2/5): No where near 7.6 rating - This place needs an overhaul. Well on the double rooms and reception anyway. I booked it purely for a afternoon as unable to stay on in my villa but flight not till 11pm. It was cheap but I have stayed at far nicer with the same rate. With a small amount of money these rooms could be rejuvenated but instead I didn't actually want to lay on the bed or take a shower because it didn't feel nice. It's dated and needs some attention. Shower head and bathroom rusty and smelt of mothballs. A kitchenette which just isn't required at all. The dated soft furnishings and the tv that every channel was fuzzy and only local tv. I won't be returning
- Elizaveta (5/5): Passable -
- Guido (7/5): Good -
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The location of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff nothing but help from them
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I liked the fact that I had my own private swimming pool, the only thing I didn’t like were the stairs they were hard to walk up and down on, the gap between each stair was to big, but apart from that I enjoyed my stay and the people were really friendly, I would recommend the motel to my friends
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Was ok good breakfast and friendly staff to talk to
- Anthony (2/5): Avoid - Poor check in. Suppose to have an extra bed, did not then wanted to charge us more then the entire room for an extra bed. So we said no and booked another hotel for my friend, then when I was finally able to check in the had put the bed into the room after they said no twice.
The aircon wasn’t cold,Got hot throughout the night.
Sheets are dirty and stains everywhere. The traffic outside is a nightmare getting in and out so plan on walking a bit first. Loud horns and cars all day and night since so close to the room. Also the room doesn’t get completely dark because of the ceiling windows .... so if you like a dark room I wouldn’t suggest here
- Cora (6/5): - It is far from the international airport and no shuttle to pick up the tourists witch is inconvenient for them
- Terri (6/5): - We weren’t expecting too much because it was inexpensive and although the staff were friendly, we hated the room. The bed was too hard and the room smelt of mothballs. We later discovered that they have a room spray constantly going off so we switched it off but the smell never left.
- Cameron (2/5): - Located in a dingy back alley even the taxi driver could not find. Downstairs part of accommodation was a disgrace. Kitchen was unusable - looked like bench and table had never been cleaned. Lounge furniture was dirty and old. Two upstairs bedrooms were clean at a glimpse, but we did not hang around to find out. Wi-Fi only worked upstairs. Whole downstairs area was open and could be accessed from outside by climbing a fence, but only one bedroom was lockable. So one guest had no security. We quickly found beautiful alternative accommodation for a quarter of the price (Horison Hotel) and left without staying a night. Staff were apologetic about condition of room, but never gave even a partial refund. This is exorbitantly overpriced rubbish aimed at unsuspecting overseas travelers who expect money to buy quality.
- Jk (6/5): - When I came in the villa the villa was not like what it showing in the website
The location of the hotel is good but the entrance was too busy with traffic and no staff helping us to stop the car to cross our car out from the hotel
The breakfast was good food we loved it
But the clean line, they should change their bed seat because its already dirty n wrap on some side
Hopefully this suggestion can become better line for the accommodation
- raymond (10/5): Tucked away - Tucked away from busy road in front. Great warung opposite and walk to restaurants and longer walk to eat street/ mall
- Verified traveler (4/5): - This property needs a major renovation. The rooms are very dark and old. The towels are stained with lipstick and brown marks. This property is a one star rating property. The only good thing about this property is the staff. They did everything in their power to make things right for me. The first room they put me in was so dark, the second room had a major disgusting odor coming from the bathroom. The third and fourt room they showed me was dingy and the ac did not work well in the last three rooms. The saff is Wonderful and super helpful, but the quality of the hotel is unexceptable if you like a nice clean well light hotel room
- Verified traveler (8/5): Very good value for money - Good stay at Delu villa. Ideally placed in the area, walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. The room is spacious but the condition is so-so. The pool is nice although not perfectly placed. Overall a very good deal for the price !
- Verified traveler (6/5): - We were a little disappointed with our villa as it was very tired and not like the photos. However it was very clean and the staff were very obliging and helpful.
We loved the pool and the many eating places nearby and also the convenience of two fabulous supermarkets.
- Katie (8/5): Good hotel - Large room and really friendly staff. The only downsides is that the hotel is a 20 minute walk to the beach or the main town and the internet, although decent once logged on, you have to keep logging back in every time you close your iPad etc, this is something I think they could easily improve on. The positives are the friendly staff and the yum breakfast delivered to your room, I recommend the pancakes, also the pool area although small it is lovely and also clean.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Somehow good - Photos are deceiving. Great location and breakfast
- Jack (6/5): Not bad! - Ok stay food was nice they delivered breakfast half hour early so we were caught napping! Only stayed one night
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Timber floor was broken and a hole in the floor. Toilet was broken & leaked. Bed was hard. Too far away from shops. Room was dirty. Overall terrible.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not as it looks like on the hotels.com pictures. - The finishes of the room are not what do look like on the pictures. The inside fish pond making a horrible noise. The extractor hood badly rebuilt with wood. The breakfast came under plastic sheet and they wake you up by phone 15 minutes before the ordered time.
The private pool was nice and the upstairs room spacious and comfortable.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The staff are very accomodating and friendly. The place is very convenient. The foods are so good, it is near to the public places and so the resto
- simon (10/5): Beautiful room - Nice food across the road at the warang staff were helpfull
- Karl (4/5): Old and run down - The pool deck has holes in it very dangerous. Room smelt like cigarettes and floor boards in room all warped and squeaky when walked on. Stove in room but no cooking stuff no cutlery or plates. Breakfast was great, bathroom was great and large. TV reception terrible could not even see decent picture. If I did not get the room on special I would have asked for a refund very noisy and run down Hotel. Save your money stay somewhere else.
- Muhammad Zaidi (8/5): Aircond - One of The bedroom aircond not cold enough even make the complain at reception.
- Russell (4/5): Small quiet hotel hidden away - Attention to detail in this hotel is poor compared to others in the area, no in room information book, no in room service, no hand soap, no hand towels, nothing available to use in room, which are the basic supplies in most hotels of this style, bed was large and well made but as hard as rock almost slept on the lounge. Location is on a very busy intersection, private pool was ok but no where to lay and relax. staff were helpful and lovely as usual.
- Gareth (8/5): Private lovely villa - A little bit out from the beach but easily accessible by scooter. Beds a little uncomfortable but otherwise an amazing find with a beautiful interior and set up.
- Amanda (4/5): Disappointing and below expectations. - Room given was not as described on website (Their Seminyak deluxe rooms apparently vary a LOT. We had 2 rooms, one matched the website description, the other was definitely not what we thought we were paying for). Dishes in rooms were dirty from prior guests one of rooms had no glasses and when we requested them we were told they were all being used and we should use our coffee cups, shower in S9 was broken.
Staff tried, but I think the owners need to spend more money on the facilities.
- Gavin (8/5): Great affordable place - I was pleasently surprised when I arrived. The staff were great. The room was spotless, had A/C, washroom was clean and up to date, pool area was well maintained. My only complaint would be that it's on a noisy street. Over all this is a good place to stay on a budget. Grocery store is right around the corner.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Awesome oasis experience - Awesome private pool villa experience
- Lori (10/5): Affordable and safe hotel - This hotel fit into my budget and was a beautiful oasis in a busy area. I was close to many restaurant options, grocery stores and beaches. The hotel was clean and the decor was so appealing. The staff was attentive and very kind.
- Verified traveler (8/5): very happy with our stay. great value :) - very happy with our stay. especially enjoyed cooking our own food that we bought at the local markets. great value accom :)
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good value for money - The staff was good, the room was spacious, linen clean and new. Bathrooms clean and shower and toilet was good. The only shortcoming was no coffee and tea, sugar and milk in the room. The room had tea/coffee cups but no teaspoons. however when i requested it it was promptly given, The staff is very friendly and bends backwards to please the customers.
Standard breakfast included in the price,
We returned for a second stint two days and they gave us an even better room for slightly more.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Cannot recommend in its current condition. - I was eaten alive by either bed bugs or mites, I had to move to three different rooms as the other one had a broken aircon and the road noise was terrible.
Rising damp on the wall and peeling paint, broken showers and wifi thy rarely worked and us to keep signing into every 5 minutes, mouldy kettles.
I doubt this place was completed in 2013 like it states.
On the positive side the staff were really accomodating, and by no means was there an issue there, but this place needs maintenance.
Some people seemed to have had a good experience here, however, I unfortunately did not.
- Ashley (10/5): Very nice place to stay - We really enjoyed our stay here. Great breakfast delivered right to the room. Strong air conditioning and quiet room. Pool was really nice as well.
- nicole (6/5): Wouldn't stay there again - When I booked they knew it was for 5 people and we're happy to take my booking and money however when we turned up they informed us that the breakfast included only covered 4 of us. Not a major problem I know but just annoying that you don't get told things beforehand.
Breakfast was terrible and the second day it didn't even turn up, we had to go and let them know we hadn't had it and then it was quickly slapped together. Not an enjoyable breakfast at all. Showers didn't work properly. Appliances weren't clean. Pool was handy being right there.
- tommy (6/5): Good hotel , not for long stay - Pros: nice location, comfortable bed .
Cons: cracks in the walls, mosquitos every night in the room which bent I had to spray it down , breakfast was without a doubt the wrong order every morning , staff rude except for one , coffee was cold I. The morning . Manager asked me if I wanted to stay in villa , I said no and she responded by saying "oh you have lots of money, come on!" Very rude , didn't appreciate her being nosy . Had to change scooters almost 3 times because of broken tires and expired licenses , good place for one night . Not recommended for more .
- Neha (8/5): A week in Bali - We travelled between 18 Nov to 25 Nov 2015. Overall exp was good. If you are looking for a place which is near to all amenities, this is it. List of good, lavish, not -so-expensive, french and well decorated restaurants nearby. Good massage parlours. Super markets and all. Delu Villa comes with generous size pool and villa. Very very tidy facilities. Staff is their strength I will say. Manager is welcoming and the staff took care of everything we needed. They do not have any kitchen hence breakfast is very limited but still was good. I will recommend this to anyone who do not want to spend much but still looking for a nice clean place to stay. I had a look at their other villas and all were very spacious. They had many under renovation so in near future hopeful to get even better look.
- nunung (8/5): luxury with the 'sneacky budget' - Wifi not really connected in our room, but the pool and kitchen is awesome
- Verified traveler (2/5): TERRIBLE - DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY - SHEETS NOT CLEAN - TOILET DIDNT FLUSH
CALLED A TAXI AND GOT OUT OF THERE -
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Overall I'm happy about the ambience is what exactly same from the photos by interne but living room floor condition is very dusty, and it does not have hair dryer and international adaptor available. Water supply not very good. It's quite inconvenient actually and I'm upset because the reception staff ask me to clean up the dirty towel due to the reason they think the stain cannot be remove. But still, bedroom is very comfortable. I'll be happy if the cleanliness and some basic supply are well prepared as stated above.
- Agus (10/5): good villas in kerobokan bali - That is was enough and good services..... the reception their not stand by on , because many another guest looking the reception . Closed by the traditional market... the villas is good and big enough for my family. But thank you very much for the security and reception and housekeeping and enginnering whos make our stay memorable..
- Verified traveler (8/5): Room ok, friendly n helpful staffs. - Book kerobokan ..package, disapointed at first sight with d room which has no curtain no window view, it feel like staying in prison!
Staff receptionist was very kind n helpful to have sense my unhappiness help upgrade switch to a superior room no extra charge which has a much better view making my stay comfortable enjoyable with d comfortable room.. attached garden balcony.
Thank you to all d staffs of Delu villa for going the extra mile to smiles even do my family can b quite demanding! The free breakfast is serve in our room. Im happy with d overall service provided during my stay in Delu villa, will come back again.
- bryan (6/5): A little way out of seminyak. - Hotel just about average. Too far away from everything. About 25 min walk into seminyak. Pool dissapointing but the staff were excellent. Even though average hotel if it was closer to seminyak /legian I would stay just for the staff if nothing else.
- Tony (8/5): Great place to come home to at night! - Friendly clean & comfortable would not hesitate to stay there again. Position is OK and is quiet. Is excellent value for money!
- Barto (6/5): Ok for the Price - De'lu is about a 20 minute walk to Seminyak Square. Staff were excellent and rooms were comfortable enough however a little dirty and not well cleaned. Hair in shower from previous guest and several mosquitos... some sheets stained but clean.
- Verified traveler (4/5): not a close to much! - pros- staff were friendly and helpful. pool was beautiful and size of villa was sufficient.
cons- poor location to anythin, 15-20min drive to seminyak itself. not many options surrounding villa for food and entertainment and condition of villa inside was quite poor. also no doors to shut outside from lounge area which feels insecure and also very open.
however. for value for money it is worth it. if you dont mind the seclusion...and aren't to picky with the condition.
- Alexander (4/5): Don't want to shower - this is the place! - I booked this place online and then decided to go in and have a look before I stayed - lucky I did!
When I arrived I was told the room didn't have any windows, which saw me upgrading to one of the deluxe suits… now paying the same amount as a 4 star in Legian.
The room was nice, staff also (limited English compared to other places within Kuta, Legian, Seminyak etc.) - except for the bathroom.
The water (kitchen / bathroom) smelt terrible, and on opening the bathroom door it smelt out the whole place - I was advised that it was their tank water. It had a putrid fish smell (I've showered in Bali water when it has a slight smell, but this was shocking). The hotel's solution was a fan… which, as you could guess didn't help.
The hallways were being worked on when I was there - so most likely if you are booking here - you won't have to see all the green mould on each wall.
The pool was very nice - nobody around so you will have it all to yourself.
The location is in the middle of nowhere (not in a nice way) - as soon as you walk outside there is no footpath and a main road - which was crazy! Not much either direction - and a 30min walk into Seminyak Square… either go out further to rice fields or closer to Seminyak.
Lastly, there is a night market and room walls don't meet the ceiling - so hear everything your next door neighbour is doing or hear the loud music from the night market (targeted at locals - nothing special).
- CT (8/5): Cozy hotel at affordable price - Staff was friendly and helpful. It was our babymoon and we added it in the special request but nothing was done. They did gave us an early check-in though. Water in private pool was too cold so it was difficult to fully utilize it.
- Joe (4/5): - Walked in:
Cracked glass on entry
Dirty floors
Filthy bedsheets - 5+ yellow and black stains
Only one loosely tucked in sheet on top of the mattress and a thin doona.
Shower was dirty and had a broken drain with lots of grime and moss.
Bottom aircon was broken.
Did not look like the cleaners had EVER put in any effort.
Considered cleaning it myself then I thought of how many people could have been through without all this being properly cleaned - so left the same day I arrived. (Had a 6 night stay booked).
Very disappointing to hope for a holiday and end up in a 'Villa' that is considerably dirtier than a lot of hostels I have been to.
All in all PLEASE AVOID. It is NOT WORTH IT.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Not Seminyak but well worth it! - What a beautiful hotel for the money! This was out cheapest hotel of the vacation and definitely the nicest. Very clean and new, they delivered breakfast to our room in the morning, public pool was small but there was rarely anyone there - some rooms have their own private pools. The area is not Seminyak though. It's a 30 min walk to the beach and about 15 mins drive, depending on traffic, from Seminyak.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Descent for one night. - Great service and the room was descent. The location was a bit far from the beach, and nobody seemed to know how to get there. Would stay again but only if it was for a night.
- Mehd (6/5): Peaceful stay - It was a peaceful stay, the only negative thing is the location of this hotel, far away from the beach, Seminyak center.....
- Steve (6/5): pleasant hotel, great staff. - A very pleasant hotel although very difficult to find, some distance to restaurants and shops.
Tap water very smelly and constant kerosene smell outside.
Staff very good and very pleasant, rooms clean and tidy although bad stains on all bench tops and surfaces
blood stains on towels and bedding
- Donna (8/5): Good for the price - Friendly staff, very quiet, pool was nice and warm. Air conditioning in both lounge and bedroom. Breakfast always on time.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Good budget hotel, needs a little TLC - Hotel was very dated and in need of some major maintenance. Could not fault the staff, nothing was too much trouble. Taxi drivers had trouble finding the hotel, quite often had to direct them.
- Verified traveler (8/5): lovely hotel - Clean comfortable hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Walking distance to everything. 24hr store only few doors away. Choices available for breakfast served in your villa at time you choose. Very happy with our stay ☺
- Adriana (6/5): It was okay for the price - The staff is the loveliest. The place not so much.
- Verified traveler (10/5): good, cheap and beauty - Great hotel, tidy room excellent service, friendly staff and really good price
- Caroline (6/5): Not what I excpected - I am pretty glad that I got this hotel more than 50% off the regular price, if I hadn't I'd be pretty disappointed. The room itself was nice and pretty big and the location was alright.Breakfast was good. But the hotel overall wasn't as nice as I thought it would be. There was no restaurant in the hotel or pool, except for the private villas which I think have there own pools, but we stayed in the deluxe room. The pillows on the bed were pretty worn out but that wasn't a huge problem. The main problem with the room was the insane amount of flies. I understand Bali is a tropical island with a lot of bugs, but I've been here for a month and nowhere else had bugs like this. One flew into my mouth when I was going to sleep and then when I woke up in the morning I was covered in bug bites and was very itchy for next few days. They were all over our bags, and after breakfast in the morning, we left our plates on the counter and about fifteen minutes later they were covered in ants. Also the laundry is crazy expensive, it cost 300,000 for one load, which has usually cost us about 60,000 anywhere else. I wouldn't stay here again.
- Stanley (8/5): Cheap but very good place to stay - Above average , it's cheap in price but very good in others
I recommend this
- Robyn (4/5): disappointed-nothing like what is advertised - Villa not clean, towels no clean, breakfast ok, staff were helpful.
De'lu Villas and Suite - nowhere near beach or Seminyak shops - 30 minute plus walk to get to resturaunts
checked out after two nights - moved to a new hotel
- Belinda (4/5): - Facilities: Fair; Value: Villa with no basics; Service: Inferior, Very small breakfst; Cleanliness: Hygienic , not too bad;
Food was small serve for what we paid
- Fiona (8/5): nice and peacefully - enjoyed the tranquail surroundings..............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
- Brona (8/5): - Facilities: Fair; Value: Economical; Service: Respectful, Friendly, Courteous; Cleanliness: Tidy;
Take a hotel card with you as no taxi driver knows where it is!
- janness (2/5): nothing like advertised - Was not in Seminyak as advertised. Pool area too small for two people to be comfortable. Still don't know we're the beach is. Claimed to have a restaurant but there was none. Pleasant staff but must have better English. A fish pond inside is a disaster for Mosquitos. Only makes the mosquito problem worse. Cook top not connected do couldn't use. After using the sink in kitchen area I opened cupboard to see and smell where the water pooled and spread into floor. Linen old and shabby and overall cleanliness very poor.
- PhoebeRussell (8/5): A charming stay! - My boyfriend and I decided to book something a little more lavish than the norm in Bali and boy did we receive just that! We entered and were awe - struck with a private pool, mini kitchen and gorgeous bedroom with a balcony. The only thing id say is the staff can be a tad pedantic when it came to breakfast. You could only have one thing so if you put down toast thinking you'd get the other options you ticked too - you don't! And you get a call in the morning demanding more money for the food - ridiculous considering the price of the hotel per night.
Apart from that - perfect.

- Kelly (6/5): - Facilities: Nothing special; Value: Over-priced; Service: Outstanding; Cleanliness: Dirty;
It's in the middle of kerobokan

- Maxim (8/5): - Value: Economical;
Exactly as advertised really nice place to stay .
- hanes (10/5): Near to food but far from city - Next to local food very delicious and cheap and has a mart nearby. But located quite far from city, one way road which has frequent jams. Staff always willing to help with anything and ever so polite
- Chris (10/5): Fantastic Service and Rooms - We had a fantastic stay at De'lu Villas and Suite. It wasn't exactly in the middle of the action of Seminyak but it was an easy 20 minute stroll from our door to the sand. It's a nice walk and is flat the whole way. You could hire a taxi for $3 or a scooter for the day if you wanted. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The hotel staff are super friendly and very helpful. Anything we needed, they provided. The only thing I could suggest is that the beds are a bit hard. Apart from that - I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
- Ashlea (8/5): - Facilities: Good; Value: Fair price; Service: Good, Friendly; Cleanliness: Neat, Nice;

- Sri (10/5): - Facilities: Good; Value: Affordable; Service: Go the extra mile; Cleanliness: Pleasant;
