• Birgit (7/5): Alles gut 👌 - Die Gastgeber waren sehr lieb und auch sehr angenehm. Nur zu empfehlen Es ist echt schwer zu beschreiben. Preis & Leistung waren echt okay. Die Lage ist wirklich gut zum entdecken der Stadt. Leider waren die Fotos nicht so, wie es dann wirklich beim betrachten war. Auch die Bilder des Frühstücksbüfett entsprachen nicht! Zimmer sind sehr „spartanisch“ eingerichtet. Bad ziemlich klein und es dürfte mal ein bisschen renoviert werden.

• Ramin (6/5): Insgesamt in Ordnung - 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis Stadtzentrum und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal, insbesondere Giovanni (der Vater des Besitzers), der morgens beim Frühstück vor Ort war, war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Bei der Ankunft haben wir um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten. Frau Giusi (die Besitzerin) hat uns versprochen, dass wir dieses nach dem Check-out des Gastes bekommen. Einen Tag später haben wir das Zimmer dann auch erhalten. 👍 Frau Giusi ist jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Ein Check-in ist 24 Stunden am Tag, 7 Tage die Woche möglich. 👍 Die Zimmer haben zwar ein eigenes Badezimmer, dieses befindet sich jedoch nicht im Zimmer, sondern auf dem Flur. Es ist zwar privat, aber außerhalb des Zimmers. Morgens ist es im Flur laut, wenn die Gäste zum Frühstück gehen – man hört sie laufen und sprechen hinter der Zimmertür. Deshalb wollten wir ein anderes Zimmer, das weiter vom Frühstücksbereich entfernt ist. Das Frühstück hätte besser sein können, war aber in Ordnung. Es gab alles fertig vorbereitet: drei Arten von Sandwiches, Kaffee, Tee, Softdrinks und Milch. Ich hätte mir zum Beispiel Käse gewünscht. Trotzdem vielen Dank

Bardzo miła obsługa z którą można się dogadać mimo nieznajomości języka :)) Pokoje i łazienki czyste i przyjemne, wyposażone w klimatyzację. Śniadania w większości składają się ze słodkości, kawa i herbata na życzenie.

With very friendly staff, a central location, spacious rooms, and a generous breakfast, it's a very affordable and pleasant place to stay in Palermo. Everything was great, but there was a bad smell in the toilet. That was a bit of a disappointment.

• luce (10/5): Cool place in Palermo - It's a friendly place close to Palermo's attractions but in an authentic and less touristy location. I especially liked the friendly staff and easiness/flexibility of checking in. The host who served excellent breakfast was amiable and talked to his guests, which made you feel welcome a d the stay pleasant. With a dark window view and nobody in at the beginning of my stay, it felt a little lonely. In the evening, there was also noise coming from a nearby building, a band was rehearsing,for an hour or so. I, personally, was happy to listen to it, but it may disturb some people. Overall, though, I recommend the place!

• Shirin (1/5): ANTISEMITISM PLACE - Nothing This place hates Jews and Israel and decided to cancel my invitation when they realized I'm from Israel after I had sent the passport pic. The reservation confirmation was before that . They said it's because of the war with Hammas , a terrorist organization which they support. And because it was a last-minute reservation I had no place to go in the rain. Shame on you, they don't deserve to be hosting and to be on Booking I'm sure that what goes around comes around.

• gérard (8/5): un vieux logement pratique pour sa situation - Situation proche du centre , une grande chambre propre mais une très vieille salle de bain dans le couloir , les montants de porte n'ont pas été nettoyés depuis des années ..Le buffet du PD aurait pu être très correct si la serveuse à peine aimable n'avait pas passé son temps sur la terrasse à fumer ( portes ouvertes sur la salle ) et au téléphone ; oubliant même de servir le café de mon mari . j'ai du aller la déranger pour lui demander , elle avait aussi oublié les yaourts . La dame du petit déjeuner totalement indisponible .

• Fred (10/5): Lovely and convenient, especially if you are in the public parking just down the street - Our experience was a bit unusual, and that we decided to book about 10 minutes before we arrived. When we got there, the owner informed us that she was not on the premises, and that we can use an apartment that was 100 m away. The apartment was just great! We had the whole place to ourselves, everything was spotless, and it was very easy to check in and out. We had a lovely breakfast the next morning at the main residence, and the staff were kind and attentive.

Perfekt ist das die Tiefgarage Orlando direkt am Gericht nur 3min von der Unterkunft entfernt ist. Das 24 Stundenticket kostet 13€. Wir sind sehr herzlich von dem Gastgeber begrüßt worden. Unsere Frühstückswünsche wurden liebevoll umgesetzt.

Śniadanie klasycznie włoskie (uprzedzam rodaków aby nie spodziewali się kontynentalnego:)) Jeśli chcesz zwiedzać to idealna lokalizacja dla Ciebie. Blisko najważniejszych obiektów: Teatr Massimo Katedra itd W zasięgu 10 minut spacerem. Jeśli jesteś samochodem możesz mieć problem ze znalezieniem miejsca na ulicy. • Vincenzo (10/5): - Il proprietario è una persona squisita. B&B con tutti i confort necessari come: aria condizionata, TV, wifi, phon, ecc.. La biancheria era pulita così come la stanza e il bagno. La colazione era ricca e varia tra dolce e salato (latte, cereali, succhi, torte, cornetti, frutta fresca, tramezzini, panini salati, pizzetta, caffè, ecc..). Abbiamo prenotato un ora prima con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ottima posizione per il raggiungimento del centro storico. Torneremo sicuramente per il nostro prossimo soggiorno a Palermo.

Schimmel im Bad eigentlich sehr heruntergekommen da es neben einer stark befahrenen Strasse liegt sehr laut auch in der Nacht und viele Mücken . Das Frühstück war Ok für den Preis .

Il Sig, Giovanni ci ha trattato come dei figli, è stato attento a tutto. La colazione è molto abbondante e ricca di prodotti tipici prodotti in parte da loro. La posizione della dimora è ottima, vicino al centro ma molto silenziosa. La consiglio, ambiente veramente familiare. Complimenti a Giovanni e Giusi. Spero di ritornarci.

• Luis Antonio (10/5): Maravilloso - Il nostro soggiorno a Palermo nella tua Dimora è stato davvero speciale. Giovanni è stato un anfitrione meraviglioso, sempre presente: dal nostro arrivo, alla colazione, fino al momento – purtroppo triste – della partenza. La colazione diventava ogni giorno un momento di gioia e di condivisione di esperienze. Ottima, con tanta frutta fresca, caffè e fette biscottate. La posizione è ideale, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal Teatro Massimo e dal centro storico, e senza problemi di parcheggio. Le camere sono sempre pulite e curate grazie al prezioso lavoro di Veronica. In poche parole, un posto che consigliamo con il cuore al 100% per vivere e scoprire questa splendida città siciliana.

Kolejnego dnia, że możemy wrócić, ale do innego pokoju, że to problem Booking, że źle podstawił nam pokój. W efekcie nie chcąc tracić na bieganiu między apartamentami, reklamacjach dostaliśmy tylko albo aż czystą pościel i łazienkę z ciepła wodą z tego co zamawialiśmy tylko śniadanie w cenie.

• Lucía (10/5): Maravillosa estancia en Palermo - Tuvimos la suerte de que nos subieron de categoría en la habitación y nos tocó un maravilloso apartamento con jacuzzi. La atención fue excelente, con los desayunos de Giovanni y su maravillosa amabilidad. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo. Nada, todo magnífico.
• Ting (5/5): - It is very noisy and not well-managed. When I checked in, nobody and no keys there. I had to wait until mid-night....
• Camille (10/5): Séjour sans faute - Tout était parfait : Giovanni a été aux petits soins, le logement était propre, confortable et très bien situé. Nous repartons ravis !
• Sandra (8/5): - El senyor que ens ha servit l'esmorzar ha estat molt amable i atent. El B&B està proper al centre de Palerm, però has de caminar una mica. L'habitació estava molt bé. El lavabo esta fora però es personal. El recomanem, tot molt correcte. L'ascensor no para al pis on es troba el B&B
• Alex_ciampino (10/5): Un giorno a Palermo ma al top! - La gentilezza e la disponibilità del signor Giovanni di sua figlia che è stata rapida nel rispondere e aoutarci in tutto, la pulizia e la centralità della location! Sicuramente strano consigliamo e consigleremo ad amico se dovessero venire a Palermo!

The bathroom and the fact that the staff didn’t speak any English were minus. - -The hotel was very close to the center -Kindness of Mr Giovanni -The bathroom was in a separate room so each time we wanted to visit it, we had to change clothes and exit our room. -The staff didn’t speak any English so the communication for various matters, like the cleaning of the room, was very difficult.
