• Marek (7/5): A good price for the quality, medium breakfast. - It was a pleasant little guesthouse, very typical for the area and quite similar to many other places nearby. Nothing in particular made it stand out, but it was very clean, had a comfortable bed — a bit short, but still comfortable — a nice bathroom, and overall offered good value for money. As for the downsides, the breakfast was rather underwhelming, although the lady serving it kindly brought us as much coffee as we asked for. The staff did not speak English very well and, while they were generally friendly, it was clear they were simply hired receptionists rather than particularly attentive hosts. Also, our room was basically in the basement, so don’t be misled by descriptions suggesting it is “in the garden” — the economy room is actually below ground level.

Posizione centrale raggiungibile sia con mezzi pubblici molto frequenti che a piedi 15 minuti dal porto. La struttura e' una villa su piu' livelli molto curata, spazio esterno con arredi e giardino curato. Camera confortevole e dotata di tutti i confort, tv a schermo piatto, ariacondizionata, cassaforte e minifrigo. Personale gentile e disponibile, un grazie a parte a Chiara della reception molto disponibile e di una gentilezza fuori dal comune. Consiglio vivamente Villa Fortuna. Non c'e' nulla che non mi e' piaciuto.

La camera della prima notte, piccola angusta,senza finestre ne balcone, il condizionatore molto rumoroso, la seconda notte è andato molto meglio, la camera era una tripla luxury.

• Federica (3/5): Pessima esperienza!! - Se proprio devo salvare qualcosa, lo spazio all’esterno con i tavolini e i divanetti. Anche la colazione non era male, c’era ampia scelta. Praticamente quasi tutto. Appena siamo entrate abbiamo notato che la stanza era sporca (c’era un cucchiaino sporco di Nutella, come se fosse stato leccato e, ovviamente, non era nostro). Le coperte erano piene di peli e capelli, a terra c’erano le impronte. La mattina seguente, un’ora prima del checkout, ci siamo ritrovate la signora delle pulizie fuori la porta che ricordava di lasciare la camera in orario perché doveva pulire (un paradosso per noi date le condizioni in cui abbiamo trovato la struttura). La stanza era per quattro persone ma il quarto letto, palesemente aggiunto, era una brandina con un materasso (se lo si può chiamare così) dallo spessore di qualche centimetro. Veramente scomodo, soprattutto per quello che abbiamo pagato!

• De Stefano (10/5): Ottimo, consigliato. - Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Struttura in posizione strategica se si attracca ad Ischia Porto. Camera pulita. Disponibilità nel lasciare le valigie se si arriva prima dell’orario previsto per il check-in, o dopo il check-out. Torneremo sicuramente in futuro. Sarebbe comodo uno stendino sul terrazzino per asciugare costumi ed asciugamani.

• Cira (7/5): - La struttura è nuova, lo staff molto disponibile e accogliente, la colazione ben fornita e la camera, anche se per 5 persone, abbastanza vivibile. La posizione non è molto centrale, sono circa 20 minuti a piedi da Ischia porto. Il phon non funzionava e dalle 21.30 non c’è nessuno alla reception, abbiamo avuto un problema durante la notte e nessuno era reperibile, abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci come abbiamo potuto.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they made sure we were always accomodated and offered us their help from just a single coffee to extra shampoos and even helped us with a reservation in a nearby restaurant. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the breakfast had all the mainstream options we could ask for. We also loved ther outside sitting area as it was spring and we could enjoy the weather and nature. The only complaint we can express is with the quadruple room: the fourth and extra bed was hard and uncomfortable. We didn’t mind because it was only for one night but maybe it could be a problem for long visits

We even got an upgrate for a room, welcomed with a cup of nice cappuccino and everything we needed for the baby. The location is great, everything you need close by and only couple minutes with a bus to the city center. The staff we super lovely and even helped us at breakfast with taking care of your baby! Nothing! Everything was super great!

The toilet flush was noisy, the bidet didn’t work correctly (sewage issue), very tiny and not pleasant shower. A portable safty box completed our satisfaction!
• Marco (4/5): - Scomodità per l accesso alla stanza situata nella parte sottostante alla reception,peggio di un pian terreno, (-1 accesso esterno alla struttura) con balcone come unico accesso. Primo giorno in stanza con necessità di riposarsi sul letto ma le lenzuola rese umide da una coperta bagnata ci hanno impedito il riposo costringendoci a riposare sul divano in modo scomodo essendo in 2. Alla richiesta di sostituzione ci é stato lasciato un cambio lenzuola a cui abbiamo dovuto provvedere noi ospiti al rifacimento del letto. Prese elettriche poco sicure, la doccia con bassa pressione , interruttori non collegati bene per l accensione e spegnimento delle applique adiacenti al letto. Sicuramente il prezzo è stato esiguo,ma non per questo si deve cadere in errori cosi "banali" poiche l'accoglienza e la disponibilita dei ragazzi alla reception danno idea di qualcosa di sicuramente migliore di quello che abbiamo vissuto, quindi mi auguro per la struttua che riguardi con attenzione determinate cose

Not only do they not pick up the phones, the staff do not follow up to see if there is anything they can help with even after you figure out how to get them a message through.

• Konstantinos (8/5): Very good - The breakfast was great! The location was ideal for our stay (very close to our conference hotel and close to the port/sea). The staff was very nice and although they didn't know English very well, we were able to communicate. The cleaning lady was very nice and effective. The internet connection was non-existent. We could connect to the wifi, but never managed to open a single webpage. Not even "un-popular" hours: we didn't manage to connect even early in the mornings (e.g. 6AM) or late at night (e.g. 2AM).
