• ＳＨＵ　ＣＨＩＮ (9/5): - 地理位置好，房間乾淨。 辦理入住時，我訂的房間是標準3人房，1大床1小床，男櫃台人員卻給我只有1張大床，進房後，發現不對，跟男櫃台人員反應，需要換房，他2次堅持不能換，態度冷淡。 第二次，是女櫃台人員，也說不能換，我調出訂單，她說看不懂中文。 我請她輸入訂單號碼，她跟男櫃台人員討論一段時間，說給我換2小床的房間，我同意。 之後的其他櫃台人員都很親切。

• Ana Flavia (10/5): A comfortable and convenient stay in a great location, with friendly service and good amenities - The hotel has an excellent location right next to the city’s Hauptbahnhof, which made arrival and departure very convenient. The room was spacious and the bathroom clean. The staff was kind and stored our luggage before check-in, allowing us to enjoy the city while waiting for our room. The breakfast is very complete and definitely worth it. We recommend this hotel for a stay in Nuremberg. We had a very noisy neighbour in the room next door, which was a bit disruptive as it was possible to hear them from our room. However, this is something that cannot really be predicted.

Asked for late checked out, the morning staff didn’t check and just said they are fully booked but actually is not, I asked again different staff they really help but still told me I need to register at morning, the morning staff let me do late checked out at 14:00, am but the cleaning staff open my door at 13:00. it was not a pleasant experience.

Номер достаточно просторный и уютный. Днем в гостинице работает рецепшн. Гостиница расположена рядом с автобусным и железнодорожным вокзалом. Недалеко до центральной части города. При высилении в 5 утра рецепшн не работал.

• Guest (8/5): - Die Lage zum Bahnhof und zur Altstadt ist sehr gut. Fußläufig ist beides schnell und gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück im Hotel war reichhaltig und hatte für alle Geschmäcker etwas zu bieten.

Atmosfera complessiva all'interno dell'hotel molto piacevole. Assenza di rumori pur essendo vicino alla ferrovia e con la camera direttamente affacciata su una strada trafficata Sala colazione un po' piccola.
• Dr. aeff (3/5): - Das Personal war super unfreundlich und man kam sich vor, als ob man irgendas verbrochen hätte. Für das Geld könnte man wenigstens so tun, als ob man freiwillig im "Kundendienst" gelandet ist. Ausserdem war das Zimmer abgeranzt und das Bett inkl. Kissen unbequem.

• VICTORIA (7/5): - Недалеко от вокзала, комфортная постель, хороший завтрак. Ужасно грязное ковровое покрытие и в коридорах, и в номерах - старое, всё в пятнах, сразу захотелось просто сбежать из этого отеля!!! Просто были очень уставшие и остались... Но всё остальное было в порядке (чистое).

• Mary (8/5): Great staff - Happy hour comfortable chairs in the lobby Shower had black mold, mirrors in the bathroom were not clean and the shower drain didn't drain properly without taking the drain out. If the drain was left in, the water accumulated in the base to above the door so I had to wait 5 minutes for the water to drain enough so I could get out of the shower without flooding the bathroom

• Andrada (9/5): Merită de city break - Curatenie peste tot. Personal amabil,hotel modern. E o locație excelenta pentru un city break,fiind aproape de centru si mijloacele de transport în comun. Am apreciat siguranța din preajma hotelului si securitatea de a intra in clădire. Micul dejun e de baza, 2 tipuri de cașcaval, 2 tipuri de salam,iaurt,lapte,oua, castraveti si roșii +inca cateva sortimente. Nu am gasit ceva preparat pe portii (budinca de chia, salata proaspata, bruschete). A fost si patiserie dulce,dar doar 2-3 bucăți, nimic nou de la zi la alta. Curatenia poate fi îmbunătățita, in baie -dozatoarele de sapun lichid -sunt murdare.
