Location is very handy and close to beach, markets, main strip of restaurants, bars etc. Massage spot was interesting as it was little curtained huts in the accommodation area. The whole resort is run down, not at all like the advertised photos. Our room smelled like sewerage from the bathroom and worsened every time water was used. Towels were stained and when we requested new ones they were also stained.

• Sergii (8/5): Не плохо, на несколько дней пойдет - Хороший бассейн, хороший завтрак, неплохое расположение-15 минут пешком до оживленной улицы с ресторанами и кафешками Номер - небольшой, достаточно уставший, но более менее чистый. Пляж вроде как и рядом, но купаться не комфортно- во-первых неприятный крупный песок, а во-вторых чуть правее прямо на пляже образовалась палаточная деревня, ну и понятно куда они сливают все отходы жизнедеятельности.

On the positive side, the pool is beautiful and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. However, despite their kindness, I wouldn’t pay that price to stay here again.

La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear, fundas de cojines de a saber qué año, etc. El desayuno normalillo tirando a malo, seguramente haya muchas mejores opciones y baratas por la zona.

• Frenk (6/5): We zijn maar 1 nacht gebleven in plaats van 4 nachten - Ontvangst De Foto's of Booking gaf een veel mooiere voorstelling dan de werkelijkheid. Dit ligt niet aan het hotel, maar de drukte in Kuta vonden wij vreselijk. En ook het feit dat het Motor Circuit heel de tijd hoorde, de geluiden van de trainende motoren.

Good air-conditioning and well priced restaurant. No fridge which is sometimes a bonus on a hot day to chill the water. No big deal.

Beautiful gardens and pool area and super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms need some maintenance. Our front door was hard to lock and after a few days the whole handle fell off. The bathroom door was also hard to close. Rooms need a good clean, sinks need a proper scrub.

• Giancarlo (8/5): A pleasant stay in Kuta Lombok - Although the property isn't brand new and the rooms need some renovation, our stay was pleasant. The location is also perfect, if you want to enjoy the beach (just in front of you) or go for a dinner in the most popular streets, just by few minutes of walking. The staff takes great care of the gardens, the beautiful pool, and the common areas. The rooms are cleaned daily and are quite comfortable and quiet. The restaurant, overlooking the seafront, offers a good breakfast, though not really varied. All the staff are friendly and available for any requests (arranging transfers, scooter rentals, excursions, etc.). Segara Anak Hotel is definitively a good choice in Kuta Lombok.

• Jan-len (1/5): Disappointing Stay – Serious Cleanliness and Maintenance Issues - The only thing I liked was the location. Unfortunately, my stay was let down by the cleanliness and maintenance of the room and facilities. The door to my room had to be forced shut, and the room itself needed repainting as water stains were clearly visible. The mirror was smeared with oil marks, and the duvet cover had holes in it. The bathroom was in a particularly poor state. The tiles were visibly dirty, showing they hadn’t been wiped in quite some time. The shower curtain was covered in mould, the shower head didn’t function properly, and there was hair on the shower floor. The extractor fan was filthy and appeared to be falling out of the ceiling. The basin was especially unhygienic—it hadn’t been cleaned and was full of beard shavings, plus it didn’t drain properly. In the restaurant, the freezer where the ice cream was kept was mouldy, which raises further concerns. If basic cleanliness in the bathroom and dining areas is this neglected, it makes one wonder about the hygiene of the bedding, mattress, and kitchen. These are fundamental issues that should be addressed immediately to meet even basic standards of comfort and cleanliness.

• Sara (5/5): Passable - The hotel is close to the beach and it´s walkable to the centre. The gardens and the pool are well kept and beautiful. We were expecting more of Segara Anak Hotel but the hotel is quite outdated and there is some lack of care. The room had not been cleaned (dust on the tables and dirty glasses). The restaurant also seems neglected, I never saw anyone having dinner there + the breakfast could be better. It´s a bit too pricey for what they offer.

We arrived early and understood we could not get room early, but scooter was supposed to be available for us upon arrival and it was not, we waited 2 hours and no bike came and then we had to get a scooter from outside of the hotel because reception said there was now no more bikes. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, there was spider webs in the shower. The mattress was very old and caved in the center and could feel the springs. The pictures are not how the property looks and must be from when it was first built.

• Ricky (6/5): Not too Impressed - Good location. Very good breakfast. Room was old with few amenities. Only one pillow per person on the bed. A/C was very noisy. No phone in the room. Only one small trash can in the bathroom. We left after one night and moved to another hotel
