Staff didn’t speak English on phone and had to recall multiple times to get in touch with someone who does, I mean you’re in hotel business!? Come’on. The shared toilet is on another floor which is inconvenient. Upon arrival you cannot store your luggage until check in because they open at 12 noon. The building is old and it takes around 40 minutes to centre only trams and buses are available no U/S. there’s a Lidl near by but for the same price I’d have booked something better.

- K6331YU_ (2/5): Most disgusting room - It was be most horrible place where I was be The whole kitchen is covered in fungus, all the sockets are dirty, the whole bathroom is just disgusting, the floor is stained. I don't understand how it can be given. You can see it on pictures and it just small part. I have 40 The staff works from 14:00-19:00. that's why we leave this place before. The money was not returned, saying that it was just dirt if you think booking can help you, it's not true They took 700 euros and booking will not help you in any way. This is a common scam and just don't come here

- Sergio (8/5): Opción económica y bien comunicada con el centro. - Aunque está un poco lejos de Mitte (unos 5 kms y 1 hora a pie) casi en la puerta para un tranvia que en 20 min te deja en el centro de la ciudad. Por lo demás es solo un hotel para dormir que no ofrece nada más. Una opción económica si no quieres ir a parar a un hostel. A mí la zona donde está me gusto porque es tranquila y poco turistica.
- RachelVos (10/5): Easy & Clean - It's nothing special. You have a room and a bathroom, nothing else is there. BUT the room was really comfortable and clean. It was near several metrostops and a Lidl for breakfast munchies. The center is about 20 min with the tram, so very doable. Would totally recommend for the price!

- iringa_KJ (6/5): Clean, far from the centre but on a tramline - Don't come to this place in Pankow if you want to be in the centre of the action. This is a quiet, almost run-down area. Not much going on. Better to stay in Prenzlauer Berg instead. That is where I wanted to be but ended up here for various reasons. Having said that, the place itself is clean, the single room I was in was adequate, with a bathroom adjacent to it and a small ante-room that had a small fridge in the corner - very handy to keep water cool during this hot summer. Friendly staff but I did not see them that much. There is a tram 1 minute round the corner - so that is handy. Get a tageskarte for 7-8 Euros and that gives you travel all over the A-B zones. Get familiar with the transport system and you will be fine. The cost was reasonable. No breakfast. But I got the tram in to Prenzlauer Berg and went to small, wonderful place called Mogti.
- DDD (8/5): Could I have a kettle in the room, please? - A nice small hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. The only thing I missed was a kettle for boiling some water for a morning tea.
- LawaaiYves (2/5): Not recommended ...like big time - Whether it is the case or not, if we have to describe this hotel, we’ll say it looks like a money laundering business used for the stay of crooks. As a matter of fact, if it is a hotel, it is a very bad one. We got a room where work was still in progress for a few days. The room had only been cleaned on our first and last days while we stayed there for over than 5 days. The hotel was noisy, cigarette smoke was everywhere and most of the staff was unfriendly. The towels were never changed and there's not much space to let them dry either. The reception is closed most of the time. So, it was complicated for us to state our discomfort but, when we did, the owner preferred to intimidate us rather than apologizing. Maybe a smile and some commercial skills would have helped make things better? To add on top of this, the other guests looked more like crooks than law-abiding citizens and it was maybe us but we felt unsafe there. Looking at the bright side now, we were extremely pleased to be back home.
- Pam (4/5): Sort of ok Hotel in the middle of nowhere - Its difficult to find and there is nothing nearby (not if you want to the the sights in Berlin), about 20-30 min train ride to main station, TV Antena, Brandenburg gate, etc . I was carrying a large suitcase and was given a room in the 3rd floor. There are no elevators so I had to carry my heavy suitcases up and down stairs. There are better hotels in the center of Berlin, i do not recommend you stay here. Rooms are tiny and not worth the price. Only nice thing to say is the room was clean.
- Pritesh (8/5): Can't complain - Stayed here for the champions league final. Staff were pleasant, hotel fairly basic as expected. Not a great location for the stadium as it's quite far away but not far away from the city centre if you are just coming to see Berlin.
- Filip (8/5): Good offer for the price! - It's a bit off the beten tracks, but has reasonably good public transport reachability and was close to the venues I had to go to so it was perfectly suited. The staff was non-intrusive and helpful. Yeah, I don't think my room was cleaned for the three days I was there, but I also don't think it needed cleaning and I appreciate not being disturbed (for the little time I spent there I don't think there was a need for it and I can make up my bed so I don't see much of a problem with that). I could get a decent sleep with my window facing the inner court, and it was overall not much of a hassle. One thing, I need to highlight is the well-functioning ventilation in the bathroom - it seems insignificant, but I've been in 5-start hotels for 5 and 10 times the price and you could not see an inch away after a shower. Honestly, I don't think I've experienced such a good vent system - it just stood out.
- 217lenkan (8/5): Cosy and clean - I can recommend to stay in this small pension...the location is good, if you have tageskarte for public transport, connection is very good..breakfast was very simple, but quite good...it is better for shorter trips, nearby is a good restaurant - La Bandida...Berlin is great!!!!!!!

Close to public transport, not fare away from the airport Tegel and with tram 20 minutes from Berlin Mitte. Close to bakeries and different restaurants Affordable price. Yes I can choose this place once again!
- Dansamoilap (8/5): Good price. - For one or two nigts is a good place to sleep. The wifi is not working in the rooms . My room was a single, not to big, but enough for one person. Everything was clean and nice. The price for Berlin was very good - 35 euro/ night( no breakfast). There is no air condition system in the pension.
- pyotrg (10/5): Review by Pyotr Geldman - This is a great little pansion. Very good Location cozy and comfortable. Lots of transportation and supermarkets. Not too far from city centre. Very friendly staff. Reasonably priced. I would definatly come back to that hotel.
