We had the superior loft and it did not disappoint. The room was extremely clean and we loved the unique design of the room. It was located on the 4th floor which used to be the attic of the train station. The train station was hopping at night but you could hear a pin drop in your room because it was SO quiet at night. From check in to check out the associates were amazing and extremely welcoming. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to Denver!!!!

The staff is super friendly and welcoming. You can't beat the location. Right next to the trains and so many restaurants, shops and entertainment within walking distance. You get so many perks included in your stay. Free ice cream daily, free coffee daily at the shops in the lobby and free return Lyft rides within a certain mileage from the hotel. The rooms are decorated so beautifully. The water they provide tastes amazing after walking around town all day. Soooo cold and fresh. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish.

The check-in area was now enclosed and felt that I was checking into a hotel as compared to the previous experience. The room remodel was excellent and the room felt very upscale. The amenities (courtesy Lyft, evening drink, morning coffee) with the local vendors included with the room was a great addition and appreciated. Overall I highly recommend this hotel whether visiting Denver or you just need a weekend getaway!

I was in Denver to be with my father who is in very bad shape at St. Joseph's Hospital nearby you all. I spent 10-12 hours a day at the hospital with him caring for him and helping him to breath with his oxygen devices, and it was an absolute GODSEND to be able to leave the hospital and come back to such an incredible hotel and hotel room. Every single person was so empathetic and caring (I told them about the reason for my visit), and they went above and beyond to make sure my room was ready and stocked with all the relaxing creature comforts I could want when I came back exhausted every evening. I cannot sufficiently express the level of my gratitude to your wonderful staff in words. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

Melanie at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. We were offered a glass of wine or prosecco, which we gladly accepted after a long day of travel! Our room was right off the hallway that overlooked the Union Station plaza area (reminded me of Grand Central Station), but was still very quiet. Our bed was very comfortable. The hotel offers two free drinks at the Terminal Bar, as well as a free scoop of ice cream at the creamery. The location next to the Amtrak was convenient, as well as downtown Denver.We would stay again!

I really liked the fact they had dessert hour with some complimentary chocolates or desserts and also their set-up with the restaurants at the station. Breakfast credit was included and the breakfast restaurant was ok. I still prefer a hotel buffet-style restaurant for a high-end hotel but this also worked out ok. The staff were very friendly. They offered wine or drinks at arrival which was nice. The only negative I can think of was the smell of food in the mornings in the room. I think it's inevitable as there are multiple restaurants on-site at the main station and the rooms are located in the hall (which is actually gorgeous). I needed in-and-out for parking so didn't use their valet service and instead parked in a close-by parking lot.

- russg573 (8/5): Denver's one and only gem of a property unfortunately overrun with homeless. - This is one of the best places you can go in Denver, the one and only problem is the homeless that are allowed to roam the public area. It seems like the hotel has everything possible to isolate their guests from this problem once you check in. The common area where you can enjoy a coffee or food item in the beautiful atrium area is littered with homeless spewing profanities and shouting nonsense. I do realize it is a city issue as this is also a train station but wish this beautiful gem of a property could resolve the problem.

Check-in was fast and efficient and we were handed our room keys with both hands. Our room had very high ceilings with very long curtains to match. Everything in the room was upscale. Nice bathroom and bed. Enjoyed the Keurig in the room for coffee. Aluminum water bottles and no single use plastics made us happy. In the world where you are always getting nickled and dimed, at the Crawford you get free water, free ice cream (though we arri ve too late), and free morning coffee at the shop in the main hall. Lots of restaurants in the mall hall make it so convenient. We arrived by train and the hotel is steps away. We will return as we enjoyed the entire experience and The Crawford is our new favorite hotel.

We frequently stay within this program and expect a consistent level of professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this property did not meet that standard. At check-in, the associate assisting us was not welcoming and did not review any of the Fine Hotels & Resorts benefits. When I asked about the welcome cocktail and potential room upgrades, the responses felt dismissive. I had reviewed availability prior to arrival and was simply asking for clarification, yet the interaction felt more like we were being shut down than helped. It was only when another team member stepped in — offering a glass of wine and looking into upgrade options — that the experience began to resemble what one would expect from a property in this category. Later that evening, we called room service at 9:45 p.m. to order dessert and a bottle of champagne. We were told the kitchen was closing in 15 minutes and that our order could not be accommodated, despite room service hours being listed until 10:00 p.m. When I pointed out that we were calling within the stated service window, we were still refused. If service ends at 10:00 p.m., guests should reasonably expect to be able to place an order before then. Fine Hotels & Resorts properties are expected to deliver five-star service. Based on our experience, this hotel did not. We will return to the Four Seasons or Ritz-Carlton in Denver in the future, where the service consistently aligns with the level promised.

All the staff we interacted with were wonderful. The room was beautiful and surprisingly spacious. I highly recommend staying here. The location is great and you do not need a car. Being inside of Union Station made for a very unique setting and gave the hotel a lot of charge.

The experience was 5 star from the welcome in the private lobby. My family and I were welcomed with drinks upon arrival and really enjoyed the whiskey. We were assisted by Cole and Blake who made sure we had dinner and breakfast reservations lined up, walked us to our room, and treated our children to a hot chocolate bar later that evening. The tour was made truly special because Jim weaved together history, architecture, and the living energy of Union Station today. I learned how Union Station transformed over the decades, the vision of Dana Crawford and others that saved and restored it, and the thoughtful design choices that honor its legacy while keeping it modern and vibrant. As a longtime Denver resident, I was surprised by how much I learned. The tour pace was perfect, Jim's storytelling engaging, and the access felt genuinely exclusive. I walked away with a deeper appreciation not just for Union Station itself, but for Denver’s growth, resilience, and character. If you’re even remotely interested in history, architecture, or Denver’s story, this insider’s tour is an absolute must—informative, inspiring, and incredibly well done.

No mirror outside the bathroom to get ready in the room while the bathroom was occupied. Tv app options were limited. No overview of amenities or asking about preferences at check in. Only 1 in four pillows was soft enough to sleep on. Not a good experience for the money paid at all.

But more than that, the hotel is extremely welcoming and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and I particularly appreciate the bathroom size give my own personal size. My wife and I have stayed at The Crawford multiple times in the past year and we have never had a single bad experience, which is a huge credit to the AMAZING staff you will find here. - Curious65269864870 (10/5): Amazing start to the year - This was one of the best recent hotel experiences! The location was amazing, the staff so friendly and helpful. And the room was gorgeous! We had to force ourselves to get out and do things. Cherry on top was the car service, which was so helpful since we didn't want to deal with a car.

- C9122NMpeters (10/5): Modern updates but in an amazing historic building - I stayed here for a night on my way across the country by train. Wonderful hotel. It is above the train station and the building is really beautiful. Very comfortable with lots of amenities. Several great restaurants are also in the building and many within a few blocks. Very near the ball park too. Everyone was really friendly and the whole experience was really positive. I only wish I had stayed longer. Will definitely stay when ever I am in Denver.
- kevinz842 (10/5): Outstanding romantic getway! - This is our third stay-cation at the Crawford and we will come back again. The LoDo Suite is a perfect romantic hideaway. Cozy but spacious and inviting, truly a unique room with rich colors, vaulted ceilings, plush finishes and exposed beams. The main bathroom is large with a generous double vanity, skylight, big shower and HUGE two-person bathtub that we enjoyed. The under-bed lighting was perfect to set the mood. The bedroom has no windows, which was perfect for us for sleeping in. Just remember to close the bathroom door so the light from the skylight doesn't come in. Bring a little speaker and some candles (the bathroom lights don't dim). The window in the living room is small and you can't really see out of it because it's high up, but for us this was actually nice and contributed to the den-like feel of the room. If you want views, the pullman rooms (I think that is what they are called) have very tall windows with views of downtown or the train platform. Those rooms have really high ceilings and are also beautiful. We love being part of the energy of the station - stepping out of the room to hear and see the bustle of the people in the grand hall is really neat. There are several great restaurants, bars, coffee, and shops in the building. It's really a unique kind of resort all in itself. FYI the Spa (if you want one) is a half a block away at the Oxford. We didn't partake in it, but you should know that being able to wear a robe from the spa to your room isn't a thing here, but it didn't matter to us. Obviously the location is unbeatable- in the heart of Denver and the literal hub of all things transportation to anywhere you want to go. This time we took the Amtrak train to the mountains for a day - it was great being able to genuinely surprise the wife up until the moment we stepped on to the platform. There are dozens of exciting things to do and eat within a short walk - Tavernetta (AMAZING), Milk market, Venice, Jinya Ramen, Panzano, the Cruise Room, Coors Field, McGregor Square, Tupelo Honey, the newly renovated 16th street mall, LoDo nightlife, just to name a few. They provide complimentary Lyft rides within 2 miles, which is anywhere else downtown, RiNo, Meow Wolf, Ball Arena, the Christmas market at Auraria, and more. Thanks to the great staff for making our stay lovely.

- J3077DFerinh (10/5): BEST and most unique hotel in Denver - The Crawford sets the bar for excellence in a hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to help make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are stunning, and the furnishings are beautiful, ultra-stylish and so comfortable. Everything is sparkling clean. We also love that we can hop in the A-Line Train from our neighborhood in Denver and be at the Crawford Lobby to check in, in under 30 minutes. The Union Station setting is excellent for families; always something fun going on and walkable to lots of attractions. We stay at The Crawford and go to Rockies games, the symphony and plays. - 61alfw (4/5): Amenities lacking for a high end experience: basic valet and bell service were not provided - The rooms are nice, and the location is hard to beat. Was hoping for a great experience; was served disappointment: - valet is not obvious if you are driving by from the wrong direction. Wasn’t staffed when I did find it. Overall arrival experience was frustrating. - no bell service, at theses prices that’s table stakes. If I want to lug my own bags I know where the motel 8 is… - if you need to use the restroom when you arrive… it’s a train station. Busy, crowded, and you might find someone filling a gallon jug at the water fountain. - scammy “destination extra charges” on top of the already high room rates. Many states have made this illegal, perhaps CO will end this deceptive practice soon? - check in staff emphasized “free bottled water”. At these prices that’s absurd. Free drinks at the bar are nice, but basic. Not sure how much the in-room cocktails are, but it’s probably exorbitant. Overall, it’s a nice location, and the rooms are comfortable, but it’s absolutely not a luxury or boutique experience unless you consider getting charged out the Wazee for basic amenities after paying top dollar for the rooms special. I don’t.

- odettemariaa (10/5): Great Experience - This is the second time I've stayed at the Crawford. As challenging as it is to improve on a great thing, the Crawford managed it. From the warm reception, to the quality of the rooms and comfort of the beds, to the vibrant location in Denver, close to everything and with a slew of restaurants, bars, and shops downstairs, this will be family favorite for years to come.
