- 569chuac (8/5): Simple and clean - The hotel underwent renovation recently around the end of 2022. The rooms are now clean and simple, with the management having replaced all the furniture in the room. However, they have retained the old mirror, water tap, and shower head, which have been used for more than 30 years and do not match the new modern room design. The breakfast at the hotel is too simple and should be increased with a bit more variety. Overall, it is worth the rate I paid.
- Valarie (10/5): - Had an enjoyable stay of 4 nights here. Staffs were pleasant and helpful. It was quite easy to move around using Grab. The food at the hotel could be improved but it doesn't impact the overall satisfaction of the hotel. Lifts could be improved as well as got slight peeling of the wallpaper in the lift and got slight creaking sounds at time.
- WongHY17 (6/5): AI Hotel - Kuching Park has undergone renovation and the management is trying to implement artificial intelligence features. There is a self check-in kiosk and robot waiter at the lobby. The room has a digital assistant device which you can use to turn on the lights, set the alarm clock etc.. via voice control. The room is in good condition however the wall paint finishing is not smooth. Breakfast is nothing to shout about.
- BellaNic (4/5): Not a good experience - Not a good experience. Old hotel in kuching. We have done our 17 days quarantine here. 3 meals were served. But same old menu almost everyday. There were some tv channels and free wifi. Bathroom not clean. Location is a bit out of kuching city centre.
- OSWALDHII (8/5): Kuching Park Hotel - A three star hotel,with full of parking lot and food court nearby. Furthermore the large shopping mall,Hock Lee Centre is just neighbouring, making the hotel upgraded. For one who want to relax themselves, I can suggested you go to the opposite Kuching South City Council swimming pool.

- ChanQM (2/5): Boiling hot water coming out from pipes - My whole family and I does not get to take a bath due to their faulty water system. When call Operator and Reception from room, nobody answer. Went all the way down to the reception and they push the blame on Sarawak Water Board while the problem is from their faulty system. Furthermore, they refused to make a rufund and keep giving excuses. Will never recommend to stay at this hotel as they does not know how to take responsibility from their own mistakes! Worse hotel experiance ever!

- Soh (4/5): Bad Experience at Kuching Park Hotel, Kuching - The room lighting was dimmed and insufficient lighting causing the room nightly dark all the times. The air condition was poor, despite switching to maximum power, the room can don't seems to feel cold enough. The worst was that when switch to maximum power, the air condition produced loud noise. The lift is old and slow, down to just one working lift servicing 8th floors The bathroom sink is old and not clean and the towels are just too old. Overall quite a bad experience staying in this hotel.

Called for internet connectivity fix but they advised to retry again. I did but non worked. I know that they are in renovation. But internet connectivity is important for some guests. So they can chill and go surfing. Please improve. I gave 2 stars because of low service provided.

- Resort00595153376 (4/5): Bad Hotel - My family was staying in the family room. The floor was super dusty you can literally feel the dust when you’re walking. Pillowcases has weird smell on it. Poor management by the hotel. We tried calling the housekeeping department many times in the evening(4pm) and no one answered and later on at night(9pm), we called the reception to demand for extra towels and apparently the housekeeping department are no longer at work. As for the breakfast, there are many varieties but none of it taste good as we tried the breakfast for 2days. Wifi connectivity is poor but apparently they’re “upgrading” the wifi services so hopefully they’ll be done soon. Overall, it was a so-so experience for us but it’s the cheapest hotel that we could find.
- 478rudyp (4/5): If you have to - Had bad experience staying in this hotel. Upon check in, can't even enter the room. Faulty door lock. This, according to the staff, was due to the ongoing renovation. Ya right. Then I was moved to the next room. No issues until the doorbell kept ringing non stop. Called twice to get it fixed. And it happen again before going out for dinner. Again called maintenance and was fixed. Upon returning, everything was fine, then blackout. No electricity. At 12 midnight, i was moved to another room, next door. Issue, unable to control the aircond temperature. I had enough, checked out in the morning and got a hotel nearby. Conclusion. Avoid if you can. Rate was reasonable but with all the issues I experienced, not worth. The hotel looks run down. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

- 86beverlyw (6/5): Seminar - Good place for seminar. Basic facilities provided. Must advice earlier to avoid miscommunication. They have different sizes of seminar rooms . Suitable for Small funtion too. Of course for wedding dinner bigger place also available.
- santhiras (8/5): Very near to the town centre. - I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights. I booked through Booking.com and I got a discounts to stay in this hotel. I Checked in at 1145 pm almost midnight. At that time the restaurant is closed. I am bit hungry. There were two men at the counter. Both of them not good in English. Anyway my check in is very smooth and it took about 5 minutes. and was told to pay RM 100 in surety. Next day is the morning the breakfast time in the morning. . I went to the restaurant and had my bread. some noodles and local food. All are nice. I ordered 2 half boil eggs and about ten minutes later they gave me. So everything is beautiful. In the hotel some renovation is going on. This seems to be a old hotel. Saturdays and Sundays seems to be very busy as marriage function is going on. The room is spacious, tea and coffee are supplied. . The room is clean. Overall the staffs speak good english.
- Hazran (8/5): Nice and classic hotel - Staff and receptionist are polite and nice.. The hotel are actually in upgrading progress Room still feel classic (not modern feeling), yet clean and tidy. Qiblat direction is available, with adequate space for praying There are many TV channel available.. Good price for the standard queen bed room (but i feel the bed is larger, maybe it is king bed) Morning breakfast is just ok. Not sure regarding parking facilities as i park at public parking spot (no need parking coupon on weekends)
- Andersonsabroad (10/5): A fantastic little gem, great staff - We are a family of four (son 14 and daughter 12, has special needs). The room had 2 large comfortable beds, plenty of floor space, kettle, hairdryer and very powerful shower. The restaurant downstairs has great local food. The staff are what really makes this hotel, they are all friendly and helpful. The whole hotel is very clean. There are lots of weddings and functions held here by locals. They did not go on too late. We arranged to be collected and dropped off via the hotel mini bus. We also used the free into town shuttle bus and got taxi back 18rm. Yes, it is not in the centre but this worked better for us as less hectic. I highly recommend this hotel. We cannot wait to stay again!
- bravomike20 (6/5): An ageing Hotel - My running event took me to this place. As is was a week end I took the entire family with me for a short week gate way of sort. The Hotel has shown an ageing sign be it exterior and or interior. But generally the Hotel is clean. It had seen a better days and now it need to be refurbish. During my stay, the Hotel notice's informing the guest that they are doing some refurbishment in the Hotel. Some thing that is long over due but it better be late than ever. The Guest Rooms. The room that we stayed at is a quadruple room. The generally clean. The furniture are old. The air conditioning system works well. Bedding are good, there is no sign of sinking. (good quality bedding in the olden days) The linens are clean but some are yellowish. The bath room are a bit smelly, but clean. the amenities are not much just basic. Reception / Lobby area The lobby are clean. A little small but that is alright as long as it clean and tidy. There is small partitioned rooms the sign read "Business Center" but the space are full of paints and others. The Coffee House The place is small but it serve it purpose, Like the sitting space outside. Found it a cozy place to seat and enjoy the meals. The food quality are exceptable with nothing to shout about. The break fast selection are good for this star rated hotel Over all we enjoy our stay and will not hesitate to return. Soon.

- Gim Hong (6/5): Old hotel but staff are helpful and courteous. - Hotel was located a bit off the main city center. Room was quite large, clean. Old hotel, but parking places were aplenty. Breakfast included but did not try. Staff was courteous and helpful.
- Mashitah (8/5): Comfort under budget hotel - Stayed for 4 nights. Variety good breakfast everyday though limited choices.room and toilet are clean. Near to town and foodie area within 10 to 15minutes driving distance.

The payment needed to be paid directly to the hotel upon check in. It would have been more convenient and easier if payment was directly debited from the credit card when reservation was made online.

- Sindon (8/5): Value for money - Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I booked for one night but made another booking the following day. I wanted to move to a hotel nearer to a shopping complex but my children loved this hotel so much that made us stay for another night. The food was nice. The staff were friendly too.

- saralY398ZJ (6/5): Decent but no more - We stayed two nights at the hotel. The location was good but not really in the centre which suited us perfectly. However they were not able to provide or understand food allergies or the need for special diet which made the breakfast only too poor. The rooms were not very clean but the showers were ok. The highlight was the shuttle service, and our wonderful driver, to the airport which was also really cheap, only 15 rm per shuttle.
- CityFolks777 (6/5): A struggling hotel with a lower than a 3 star rating. - Location is quite central to the CBD. The service is slightly above average. This hotel had been around for more than 15 years and since then management had not put in much reinvestment fund to refurbish the property. Rooms are spacious but a bit old on fixtures and furnishing. Food served at the cafe next to the hotel lobby are not appealing with menu prices leaned towards the mid-range. But smaller function rooms available on the ground floor are great for having small group meeting or training.

- syumokhtar (10/5): right spot - a very spacious room and great food. the front desk staff was so helpful that help us so much with out tour arrangement. the hotel location is strategic too because restaurants and tourist spot can easily reach nearby.

The reason I revisit this hotel is because of the room is really spacious. But why such a big room doesn't have a closet/wardrobe? The receptionists and the housekeeping staffs are friendly and efficient. The quality of the breakfast provided are just average. I wish there was more variety.

- kathymyint (6/5): Good location - Stayed at family quads for 3 night. Room was clean and spacious. Check in/out was quite fast. However when entered the room, the lights were not working at all. The control system of the light/ TV was old fashioned one with only 3 table lamps in the room. After informing that staff came and fixed it. The lighting was a bit dim but still ok for us. The WiFi in the room was good but the problem is it has to log in every time when u use Internet and even within one section when changing browser or application still asking to log in. " remember me " did not work with this. The user name & passwords were complex so u have to read, re- read all the time and was not very practical. Breakfast served was ok with choices of Nash lamek, porridge, fried rice, fried noodles/ vermicelli with some Kuching/ cakes. Only hard boiled eggs available. Overall it was average. One good point was there was food festival just opposite to hotel during August so at least we can go & visit there and tried varieties.
