• Thomas (4/5): Unmemorable - Closeness to beach and Cavill Avenue Construction ladders blocking access to balcony and old dying plants in balcony area.
• Evelyn (9/5): A very comfortable way to spend the Blues on Broadbeach weekend - I was not expecting such a roomy apartment with an oven, washing machine and dryer. The location is excellent for eating out with plenty of restaurants and cafes around. The walk to Broadbeach when it wasn’t raining was also an easy one. I really can’t think of anything except that I couldn’t watch the NRL Magic Round live on the TV for some reason.

• Dean (9/5): Highly recommend great location. - Perfect location with friendly staff.The unit was clean, quiet and comfortable. Good air conditioning and I really like the darkness in the unit at night for sleeping. Secure parking was great with no extra cost when booking. The only small thing I didn’t like was that you had to walk through the main bedroom to get to the bathroom. But this would not be an issue for a couple travelling together. It was only because I was travelling with my daughter.

We even booked an extra night to sleep on bed as it was most comfortable bed i - I loved how close it was to Cavill ave, beach, Tarms, shops, everything was right there. I got to park car in secure parking under motel and use public transport for .50cents . I could even go to Woolworths and comes on foot. Nothing it was perfect for the price

• Hans (9/5): - Die Lage wsr super,nicht weit vom Strand und Abends vom Rummel und Restaurants.Klimaanlage hat gut gekühlt.Das Personal war sehr freundlich,hat mir den vergessenen Ausweiss nach Sydney nachgeschickt. Das Mobiliar war etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Die Fenster sind gegen Lärm Null geschützt.

• Guido (4/5): Deprimente y pesimo servicio - La ubicacion es buena si se quiere estar cerca de la playa y las calles comerciales El dormitorio muy mal cuidado, viejo y en malas condiciones. Malos cerramientos y una cocina obsoleta. Te piden que hagas las camas, que saques la basura, que limpies todo antes de irte. Como si te lo estuvieran prestando mas que cobrando! un desastre el sistema.

• John (6/5): Good location and reasonably priced but a dated apartment. - Quiet location and easy walking distance to the beach/bars. Staff helpful for a late check in. The apartment was quite spacious. Property was tired and dated. Curtains were old and didn’t cover the window properly. Sank in to couch when sitting on it. TV didn’t connect to main terrestrial channels. Probably the worst apartment we stayed in during our 3 week road trip and only saved by the helpful staff.

• Patricia (8/5): Excellent location & secure premises. - Excellent location, secure premises, undercover parking, comfortable bed Very small bathroom, nowhere for soap to go at the hand basin, shower not as clean as it could have been. Wardrobes need refurbishing.
• Shanay (8/5): Nice weekend away - Excellent location, great little balcony with an ocean view. Free parking spot underneath the building! Had everything you need inside - kitchen, laundry. Don’t have any comfortable blankets only a sheet on the beds and they supply one little throw blanket.

• Winnie (5/5): Excellent location but a dirty place - Location was great, we were right on Surfers Paradise. Only needed a short walk to all the shops and the beach. There was a washer and dryer which was excellent. The place was dirty. Carpets were dirty, plates and cutlery were dirty, I found a cup in the cupboard upside down and there were tea stains inside. I stayed a week and saw 4 cockcroaches. The rangehood had stains and very strong curry smell when turned on. I spent my first day cleaning the kitchen before I could use it. There were little individual pods of milk in the fridge (those single serve with peelable lids) and my son opened and drank/ate one, only it looked like creme brulee, so I looked at the date and it had expired 6 months ago. Luckily he didn't get sick.

I wanted a lower ground as advertised, and not delivered when we cot there, the apartment kitchen old and not clean, I had to ask to clean again, the bathroom old and shower not working properly, cracked tiles. Cocorach cooling on the wall and floor, had to spray, I got bites from bed bugs, not a good experience.

• Stephen (4/5): Don’t go there if you drive a 4wd or have luggage - Location Unable to use parking as the garage entry to for a 4wd - up 3 stories dragging luggage as there is no lift -notice in room that if any rubbish left in room or washing up not packed away there we will be fined $100 but under beds and lounges very dirty and dusty

• Luisa (10/5): - Very Central to everything. Great location! Everything was very clean. There was secure parking on site and the owners were very welcoming and accommodating. I found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable.
• Mieke (7/5): - De locatie dichtbij strand, winkels e.d. alles op loopafstand. Gratis parkeerplaatsen. Zwembad en gemeenschappelijke bbq faciliteit. De spullen in t appartement werkte niet goed. Douchekraan bleef lekken. Waterkoker werkte niet. Geen handdoek e.d. om de afwas mee af te drogen maar wel boete als je het niet opruimt.

• Peter (7/5): - Unit was close to the beach, shops and cavill. It was big enough to fit our family of 4 for a few nights which was fantastic There was no spa on site despite signage at the front saying there was. Spa had astro turf over the top of it.
• Beate (4/5): Top Lage aber..... - Die Lage 50m zu Surfers Paradise war optimal . Dafür zahlt man halt. Möbel abgewohnt, Fenster im Bad mit total verschmutzen Fliegengitter, könnte man mit wenig Zeit austauschen.

• tre (1/5): they are theives - worst experience i have ever had and the worst treatment by staff here in my life they refused to give back my deposit all because of a few plates left in the dishwasher that were clean and one bag of rubbish in the bin , the room was spotless the dishes were clean and all rubbish in the bin they are theives , if u check their reviews u can see that they do it to alot of peolple going back years stay far away from this place

• Charbel (9/5): A memorable stay at Trickett Gardens - It’s location. It’s cleanliness. It’s security. It’s reception. The bed in the master bedroom was a bit small. I would suggest providing a better milk quality and put more tea varieties. Other than that everything was perfect.
