• Peter (1/5): Bettwanzen! - Zentrale Lage Bis auf die Lage, leider keine Weiterempfehlung. Bettwanzen!!! Ich war dort vom 22. - 23.05.2026 und es krabbelten Bettwanzen auf der Decke. Ich kann das Hotel deshalb aktuell auf keinen Fall empfehlen! Wer es gerade gebucht hat, sollte umbuchen.

• Tatiana (8/5): Agradável - O atendimento foi ótimo! Chegamos antes do horário do check in e pudemos deixar as malas na recepção e no dia do check out também. O quarto é pequeno, mas tem várias prateleiras e apoio para as malas. A localização é ótima! Fomos no final do inverno e o aquecedor do quarto funcionou muito bem. Limpeza impecável.

• Samantha (4/5): Many let downs despite convenient location. - Convenient location being close to the train station. Although it was close to the train station, it was situated on the edge of the red light district, no sound proofing meant you could hear partying until the early hours of the morning and hear people in the neighbouring rooms very clearly - if you’re wanting to get a good nights sleep I would look elsewhere. Also, as a solo traveller I booked a single room, however it was tiny. Think broom closet turned bedroom. Definitely not worth the price.

• EHFts (4/5): Não recomendo! Quarto barulhento e com acesso difícil - Em boa .localização. o quarto estava limpo. Recepção é o balcão de um bar. Escadaria é muito estreita, não passa com mala, só mochila ou mala de mão, com dificuldade, pois é em curva, só o primeiro lance é reto. Quarto com mínimo espaço, sem vedação, estava frio e MUITO BARULHENTO! CHUVEIRO SEM SUPORTE, BANHO SÓ DE MANGUEIRINHA!

• John (9/5): A casual and warm atmosphere that suited me very nicely. - Lobby/Pub/check-in was great. Mike in particular went out of his way to ensure my kit got up the stairs and that my pub visit was a blast. Down to earth and very friendly place. Then shower was hot and the bathrooms sparkling clean. The stairs are steep and typical of these older buildings, but the staff will help haul your kit past the Khumba Ice-field!

I did not get any response from the hotel on a couple of queries I had. It is a bit noisy with people up and down the stairs

• Riley (7/5): Amazing location, ideal for one night stay - Location was perfect! In the centre of the city, literally like 2 minutes walk from the central train station and could walk anywhere in the city. Near the tram stops too! Overall good for city breaks. The rooms were quite small and the bed setup was a bit weird for a double room, but it was really cheap so got what I expected! I would definitely recommend if you are staying for a day or two as we were only in the hotel room to sleep for one night.
• Maria Giuseppina (1/5): Un incubo!!! - Perfetta per vicinanza alla stazione ed al centro. Non fidatevi delle foto che vedete!!! Struttura pessima e caratterizzata da cattivo odore ovunque. Abbiamo pagato per due notti quasi 800 euro ma abbiamo trovato un buco a mo' di tugurio. Nulla che corrispondesse alle foto viste al momento della prenotazione!! Letti piccoli, scomodi e spartani. Nessun armadio, solo gruccette per appendere un paio di cappotti, tende strappate, muri sporchi e con pezzi di intonaco mancanti, niente aria condizionata. Per nn parlare del bagno, un buco nauseabondo dove anche sedersi al wc risultava impossibile perché nn c' era lo spazio sufficiente. Specchio piccolissimo e montato altissimo su una parete obliqua, mensole sul lavandino sotto le quali si rischiava di sbattere, il rubinetto era praticamente attaccato al lavabo, altro che lavarsi le mani, quindi!!! Senza contare le scale, sapevamo che nn aveva ascensore ma nn che le 4 rampe di scale erano quasi a chiocciola con gradini strettissimi... pericolo davvero!! Finestre che nn si aprivano bene e dovendo applicare anche una forza immane.... sconsigliatissimo e da evitare, sono truffatori!!!

It was hot as hell, a sweatbox with condensation stains on the walls. The window was propped open with a toilet roll. A cynical establishment - happy to charge a lot for a room for SFA effort or care.

So location could not be more central. Noise outside the hotel from discos and people drinking, was very loud making sleep very difficult as this went on well into the early hours.

• Yaara (1/5): NEVER AGAIN - לא היתה ארוחת בוקר... מיקום די מרכזי. מתאים לצעירים שרוצים לבלות. הכניסה אל "המלון", אינה ברורה ואינה הולמת. נכנסים דרך בר, שבו יושבים גברים ושותים. מאחר ולא רציתי ללון בקומה שלישית בגלל המדרגות, הועברתי למבנה אחר. המדרגות תלולות (ידעתי זאת והסתדרתי עם התלילות), אבל בקצה העליון, יש סיבוב, שבו המדרגות הולכות ונעשות צרות, אין מעקה להחזיק. הרגשתי מאד לא בטוחה ופשוט פחדתי. עבורי זה היה סיוט.

• Marlies (8/5): Faciliteiten prima, maar teveel straatgeluiden en - geuren. - Niet iets wat er uit sprong. Het was op zich allemaal oké. We sliepen aan de straatkant. De ramen van enkelglas en de kieren tussen de kozijnen, waardoor geluid en geuren (wietrook) dermate intens de kamer binnen kwam alsof we alle ramen open hadden gezet. We hadden ons voorbereid op rumoer van buiten, maar dit was té. Vooral omdat er wat aan gedaan kan worden door dubbel glas te plaatsen en de open kieren te dichten.

• Carlton (3/5): Unbelievably small room, loud street, no AC - I guess the location was okay, and the staff were very kind. First of all, I've never stayed in a smaller room in my entire life. It was smaller than a walk-in closet, I am not exaggerating and have pictures to back it up. I looked at the floor plan, and of the three rooms per floor, I was in the very smallest, I had no idea it would be that small or I would have never rented the room. Also it was on a very loud street and there was no AC so the windows had to be open even in April, and the noise was deafening at times and cigarette and pot smoke came into the room continuously. I had to put headphones on in able to sleep.

An extremely small room with very outdated amenities charging extremely high prices for what can be described as a storage size room in an old building no elevator. The noise coming from the rowdy drinkers outside on the street kept me awake well into the night.

Frank is very knowledgeable about the selection, so go down and see them. 60 beers on tap! 70 would have been better

La nostra camera era piccola e stretta ma nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene! La camera era dotata solo di due asciugamani, mancava il tappeto per la doccia.
