- Sen (10/5): - 中島公園の近くで、閑静なホテルなので大変落ち着いて滞在できました。ホテル内も綺麗で、催し物もあり、楽しめました。今回は2度目ですが、いつ来ても綺麗で閑静なホテルなので、気に入っています。
- Carlos (8/5): Great base for Sapporo - Very good location, 4 minute walk from the subway station and peaceful Nakajima Koen and 15 minutes to bustling Susukino. Quiet for most of it, no noises in the corridor. The only thing I heard from my room was the cleaner doing the room next door at 12:30, so no problem. Loved that the room had a humidifier! Breakfast had an amazing selection of Japanese and local Hokkaido items. The staff were 5 ⭐! I went to drop my bag before check-in around 12 and they told me I could just go straight to my room. Breakfast starts at 7AM, a little late and that makes it busy from the get go. Usually when breakfast starts at 6 or 6:30 it allows guests to slowly pour in before the 7-8AM rush, creating a better experience. For a 4 star hotel, the rooms and bathrooms probably need a little revamp.

- Ikuko (10/5): ホテルからの風景が最高！ - 一度泊まってから、ホテルからの中島公園の景色がお気に入りになり、札幌滞在時の定宿として利用させていただいています。中島公園だけでなく、藻岩山などの山々の眺めも良いです。新緑の初夏も紅葉の秋も雪景色の冬も、季節の風景が素晴らしいです。今回は素泊まりでしたが、以前朝食利用しました。北海道の食材を使った料理などを食べることができました。スタッフの方々の対応は丁寧で、嫌な思いをしたことは今のところ一度もありません。
