- Maria (8/5): - The breakfast was okay. And the location is okay as they have watson and grocery stores nearby. However, please ensure the toilet/washroom at the groundfloor near the lobby to be cleaned regularly. When I first came to use the toilet,it has unpleasant stench perhaps from one of cubicles that was used.

- Linda_Andrew (8/5): Improvement Needed for Room Windows& Amenities - The location of the hotel. The hotel rooms need to be repaired, especially the windows, as some are already damaged. During rainy weather, the windows make noise and cause discomfort due to the wind blowing against them. In addition, toiletries should also be provided even though guests may bring their own.
- Matthius Xavier (5/5): Okay. - The bed was clean,comfort and tidy. The AC also was functioning perfectly. The hotel didn’t provide toothpaste and toothbrush. The electric dry iron and iron pad had to share with other guests at the outside of the room.

- Geoffary (7/5): Always good to be back and i rated your staff friendliness a one good image always potrayed by siman - some of the facilities need to be well maintain starting with the floor tiles because this hotel is an icon hotel in simanggang where we must looks good to attract tourists. By the way i lived in simanggang for over 30 yrs and now reside permanently in kuching, simanggang is always in my heart Hotel facilities maintenance
- Muhammad (4/5): I do not intend to stay at this hotel again in the future. - The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre. I found the breakfast choices to be rather limited in variety and the hotel room was not very clean, particularly the bathroom.

- Maxwel (8/5): Best and surely would come again! - Being in the midst of the town, easy to navigate around, and every place being within your reach, even though you didn't have any cars to move around. My room view was blocked by the roof, the big family room should have the best view of the town especially the Batang Lupar!

- Vonica (5/5): Clean and comfort hotel to stay in - The location ok. Only thing is safety concern on parking space around hotel area. The rooms is clean and comfort. A good place to stay and rest. The breakfast was not as i expected for a 4 star hotel. The spaghetti texture was hard, perhaps still undercooked, the potato wedges too salty. The bowl provided for porridge was too small. The hotel did'not provide complete toiletries such as cotton buds and toothpaste & toothbrushes. We pay a lot for a night. The advertisement showed 165.00 per night, but after i booked 2 rooms suddenly the price quoted rm190 x 2 rooms plus service charge & tax at rm68. A sudden change from 165 to 190. We don't care much about the price but make sure to serve 5 star rated food for breakfast.
