Guest Reviews
- Will (10/5): - Nice area, easy to get to town centre
- Francis (2/5): This booking was very disappointing - This was the worst experience in our trip to Ireland. We went to the Rathlin Island and missed a ferry. When we got back to Ballycastle I check the booking website and requested that we would not check-in until after 7:00pm. They told us that they would not allow us to check in because we not contacted them earlier. When I asked for a free cancellation they said we should have contacted them earlier. They relented and did allow us to check in. They wanted us to upload a picture of our passports but there website did not work correctly. Booking.com recommends that we should not share passport information. They change the apartment we booked and we got to the apartment it did not, it did not look anything like the pictures we booked. It was disappointing. For all the other bookings the owner sent us a message with the lock box code and we sent a message that we arrived.

- Siobhan (8/5): - Nice and clean Location was not great in that the houses around were not the tidiest
- Leonardo (7/5): - No wifi
- Daniela (10/5): - Great place to stay. Very central. Only a short walk to bars, pubs, restaurants and shops. The apartment was very well equipped. It was clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay there again.
- Emma (8/5): -
- Kellie & Dwayne Lee (5/5): Drug central and in a bad area. Nothing worked. - It was modern and clean and comfortable The fridge didnt work and we lost all of our food. The hot water system didnt work, cold showers first day, burning hot the next,, or water would just stop working mid shower. There was no dryer as we requested, so our clothes hung over heaters for days requiring our apartment to be like we were in the tropics. We tried to turn indivual radiators off but they didnt work. Also the area was really rough, full of people drunk in the apartment complex and doing drugs in the side streets.
- louise (9/5): Excellent and very well equipped appartment, the host left some snacks, wine and tea/coffee/milk whi - Excellent location, short walk into the town It took us a while to work out how to work the boiler- be good if there was a note to show it needed putting onto radiatiors.
- Stephen (10/5): Great property brilliant support team - spotless home from home. Highly recommended! - Superb location and very well presented - I’d highly recommend. We attended a family we’d close by and enjoyed Belfast for a few extra days. Couldn’t fault it - great property and superb service from staff when we needed an urgent iron to finish our shirts.
- anne (7/5): - Near the city centre
- Tom (10/5): Perfect - Good house Nothing
- Al Bitar (8/5): - The location of the property was very convenient and ideal. It was close to everything we needed, and most places were within easy walking distance, which made our stay very comfortable and practical. The place itself was also very cosy and warm, which made it even more pleasant during our stay.
- Ben (10/5): Perfect - Staff were so quick to answer any questions or help out in any way Nothing it was great
- Greg (8/5): Perfect for a weekend visit!! - Location was excellent, the apartment was clean and very well supplied with everything you would need. The welcome gift was a nice touch. The only issue we had was the bed situation. The doubles were very small and the sofa bed was fairly uncomfortable. Not enough to complain about but enough to highlight.
- Laura (9/5): Ideal - Great stay in a perfectly located, peaceful property. - Fantastic location — less than a minute’s walk to Bedform Street with its bars and restaurants, yet incredibly quiet. You’d never know you were so close to the city centre. It’s also only about an 8-minute walk to City Hall for buses, shopping, and other amenities.
Excellent value for money, and the hosts were great communicators throughout. I would highly recommend staying here.

- Joao Paulo (9/5): -
- Vivienne (10/5): Our stay at 68 Salisbury/Belfast - Everything was perfect. Clean apartment, modern and comfortable. The location is amazing and convenient to all city centre attractions. Great communication from host. Really wonderful stay Nothing
- mark (4/5): Enjoyed Belfast property was a let down - not expecting luxury but the basics for starters like warmth and amenities tha - Location
Clean
Parking spot Cold to very cold due to ridiculous tile flooring
Kettle didn’t work
Very small
Not impressed to. E told to limit heating - if you don’t insulate the property the heating needs to be on
- Aine (10/5): -
- Stella (9/5): Excellent weekend stay. - Fantastic central location. Easy walking distance to the main square to catch your hop on off buses. And easy walking to the Central bus station for links to both of the airports. Comfortable apartment with towels; hairdryer and well equipped kitchen (if you need it!) No complaints all good for the money.
- Amy (10/5): Perfect - great location for the city. Perfect hosts and we will be back for sure. - Easy instructions left by the host on entry and key access. Perfect location for the centre. Quiet location. Shops nearby. Perfect little place. Clean and tidy. Clear exit instructions too - great hosts who have checked in regularly and are easy to reach out to.
- sylvain (9/5): -
- anne (8/5): Would stay again as easy to get to centre - Location was excellent. Ideal for a short stay. Compact but well equipped A bit chilly 🥶if you’re going in the winter try and take layers and slippers. Floor was very cold
- Sullivan (7/5): Not impressive to start with, but once you get inside and then go out to explore - yep, ideal. - The location is exceptional, even though first impressions deny this The external flight of stairs to reach the front door followed immediately by an internal flight of stairs; challenging for 4 septuagenerians from all around the world with heavy luggage. This feature was not mentioned at the time of booking - but we handled it.
- Peter (7/5): -

- Cas (8/5): -
- Ann Marie (2/5): So bad only stayed 1 night left at 7am - Looks nothing like the photo, tiny smelly cold apartment, felt very unsafe
- Victoria (8/5): -
- Uwe (9/5): - Eigener Parkplatz vor der Tür. Citynähe. ...
- Scott (5/5): Great location, in need of significant repairs. - Location. Nicely appointed. Good space. Bottle of wine and crisps. Already submitted a review. Terrible state of disrepair and serious water leakage from the washing machine. Terrible odors emitted from under the washing machine and kitchen sink. Seems like the subfloor is saturated and probably full of mold. No instructions for parking, no wifi password, no one responded to our email.
- Johannes (9/5): It was great, read the T& - Loved the location 5 to 10 min walk from great restaurants, another 3 min and your in the city centre. It had parking right in front of the apartment, The place was clean, warm and everything we needed as a family. For the price this was an amazing stay. The extra deposit was a bit of a shock (yes it's in the fine print, people don't read that) and uploading our identity documents brought me close to regret ( this is really not clear in the fine print even, as they mention only that you have to show it when you check in). But it seems to have worked out ok. Deposit returned within 48hrs and I don't think my identity is stolen yet.
- REHAN CHAUDHRY (10/5): - It's a Clean & tidy Apartment ln City centre. Essential Emeneties are on Footsteps. Recommended!!
- Bobby (9/5): -
- MTSamra (6/5): A bit disappointing for our first visit to Belfast. - Bedrooms were were nice, clean. Flat was nicely decorated. Location was okay, convenient for centre but I wouldn't have been comfortable there alone. Flat more compact than it seemed in photos. Kitchen was very basic and not well equipped. Externals were not welcoming - neglected and overgrown.
Problemloser Check-in. Lebensmittelgeschäft nur ca.150m entfernt. Boden sehr abgenutzt.
- McCormack (8/5): -
- Dylan (9/5): Great location, great service. Very clean - Very clean, great to deal with. Nothing
- Laura (7/5): Loved Belfast, great location, could do with some updates. - Great location, clean. Local shops around the place. Nice and central. Nice touch of a bottle of wine and some crisps on arrival. Property could do with more comfortable beds, also think the cushions and bed throws could be updated or taken away altogether for hygiene reasons. Property looked much better in pics, we were a bit underwhelmed by it. It is on a very dark street as it’s covered by trees. A double and a single in the room with two single beds would have been great. New couch (leather) as it’s wipeable would be nicer.
- Maria (5/5): Disappointed - The location was central and a Tesco was a short walk away. The beds were clean and comfortable and the facilities were generally good. The hosts left a welcome pack consisting of wine and crisps. The images of the apartment shown did not correspond to the one we were allocated. We didn't get the address of where we would be placed until the day we checked in.First impressions of the apartment were poor, outside is unkempt and there were full rubbish bins sitting at the door. The area, while geographically close to the city, would not be an area we would have chosen to stay in. The security deposit was a lot and wasn't refunded for a few days after our stay. There are a lot of rules regarding clean up and checkout which isn't relaxing. I think most decent people would clean up regardless. We had booked this on a non refundable basis before we heard about the deposit and need to send pics of our passports. Had we known in advance we wouldn't have booked. The apartment is generally clean on the surface but on closer inspection, it needs a good deep clean. Doors are grubby, as are presses etc. There was a stuffy air in the apartment, not helped by a plug in air freshener and we had to air it out well. We had booked two nights but only stayed one, preferring to return home.
- Alsiyabi (9/5): Comfortable and clean - Very nice and clean apartment, the location near to the center , the staff was respond quickly to the query To provide skin care in the toilet
No left available only stairs
- Amy (10/5): -
- Dariusz (8/5): - Good for weekend. Clean and close to centre.
Thanks
- Dahl Mäki (8/5): -
- Lainey (10/5): Great place to stay - Everything was great..good location, quiet at night. Walking distance from centre. Playground and pitch across street. Beds very comfortable. Cleaner was late leaving apartment but late checkout offered as kind gesture.. All minor but: Bring face mask if sleeping on pullout couch as the window on door very bright in mornin. Curtains arent very dark either.
- Muhammad (5/5): -
- Eva (9/5): Excellent - Good property, very clean and tidy Good location
- Bernardus1 (9/5): - Apartement is dicht bij het centrum. Ca. 600 m lopen.
Is netjes.
1 parkeerplaats, hier konden onze 4 motoren staan.
Top. Niet echt tegen maar aandachts punten.
Verder prima apartement. Raad het aan.
- Andy (10/5): Great location, close to Tesco, walkable to city centre; quite a cozy apartment with affordable price. -
- Abdolghafar (7/5): Has everything you need like Hotel - Great value for money. About 5 minutes walk to centre
- STUART (7/5): -
- Paqui (7/5): -
- Anne Marie (9/5): Overall I would recommend this place, great location - Great location, off street parking The bed in main bedroom could do with a firmer mattress, also there were no oven trays in the kitchen
- Klaus (7/5): -
- Anne-Marie (9/5): -
- Leikkonen (9/5): -
- Jantje (3/5): - De locatie was prima.
- JOHN (10/5): My family had a great stay - Very clean and easy to go anywhere from in the city No fans and living room window where looked
- Thomas (8/5): - Very quiet and peaceful close. Apartment was very small for 2 people. There wasn't much bedroom space and the 2 seater sofa was very small and made sitting next to each other rather uncomfortable and awkward.
During our booking process I had cause to contact the letting company about various matters and spoke with two members of staff.
I spoke with Lauren who was very helpful and obliging and saw to all of my enquiries and issues professionally and courteously.
The same cannot be said about a colleague of hers who I spoke with (initial N) in regard to a different matter who (in our opinion) was patronising, condescending and with a sheer inability to listen when I raised (what was in my opinion) a very valid issue. N's manner and tone did become more cordial toward the end of our communication but it left a bad feeling in the build up to our trip.
- Janette (10/5): Great location in belfast - The location was just right for where we wanted to be
- Rebecca (3/5): Would not stay here again - The location I feel the pictures that you see on the Website to what you actually have are two different things
Maybe the pictures on the website were taken along time ago but we were all very disappointment when we arrived
We had stains on the bedding the living room bed was broken with a mental bar sticking out which could be so dangerous, marks all over the walls, dodgy paint jobs, exposed wires in one apartment, just overall felt dirty
Thankfully we didn’t spend to much time in them
- Michelle (8/5): -
- Sean (10/5): -
- claire (6/5): - Location, exceptional communication by admin staff, well done. No privacy on the round window, and no light blockout. Smallest bedroom I have ever been in.
- Mohit (9/5): -
- Emma (10/5): - The property location, the customer service, the property layout, ease to find, tea and coffee there on arrival and although in the center of Belfast on a Saturday night it was quiet. With 3 kids in tow this was a perfect base for us to explore the city.
- Mr. & Mrs Leith and Yvonne (4/5): My wife in tears, unable to access first paid night but without these issues it would have been grea - We were left on the street until 9.30 pm as you did not bother to contact us to ascertain if we had got the key after we never received your E-mail. That should be paramount for all your guests….Ascertain if they have arrived and been able to enter. You could NOT be contacted by phone so we had to find and pay 170 pounds for a hotel finally getting a room at 10.00pm, 7hrs after arriving. Then you refuse to reimburse that amount or even refund the first booked nite which we didn’t have. Really…..so you cost us over 340pound and don’t care. Having said that the apt was well presented and lovely. Oh, and there is the bond, unless you feel we do not deserve that to be refunded either.
- Kayla (8/5): - Great location, close to everything. Location felt derelict when entering, but 68 is close to the outside of the neighborhood and is easy to access and exit.
- Glenn (10/5): -

- Karolina (10/5): -
- Leanne (10/5): - Location Location Location
- Marianne (9/5): Einfache Unterkunft an ruhiger Lage - Gemütliches kleines Appartement.
- Swapna (8/5): Very Central Location & helpful hosts. - The apartment is perfect and compact for a single person, and I guess it would work well enough for a couple too. It has everything one might require during a stay and is quite centrally located. The hosts Katty and Lauren were always available to fix any niggles. I had to bring up an issue (which I believe was a genuine oversight) and they were very impressive with the speed of their response and the effective solution. Katty and Lauren also made it very easy to access the apartment. It is overall a well-maintained apartment. However, a little more attention while cleaning the trash bin (inside the apartment) after a guest leaves, may be a good idea.
- Valerie (8/5): Central to Town & Good for Belfast Sightseeing - The key box worked as expected. The location was well situated near the bus /train terminal and central to town with nearby restaurants and cafes and tour locations. It was a clean unit, nice shower with a compact-size bedroom. If you're a walker - would suggestion going on the Yellow Umbrella Tour walking tour (ours was the city tour starting at Belfast City Hall) Be sure to also see the Peace Walls (you can walk there or hire a black taxi who will provide stories about their history) and also the Belfast Titanic Experience was very well done. The banister entering the property was broken; reported upon arrival, was told the owner would be contacted right away, but wasn't fixed during our 4-night stay. Note: not a problem but wanted others to know, you'll climb 15 steps outside that lead up to the apartment door. These are not mentioned in the apartment description, but visible in the photos included.
- JENIFER (7/5): - La limpieza sería mejorable
- Mike (8/5): Great location at a good price. - Location in City Centre was convenient. Instructions re: location of lock box were unclear, as two separate addresses were provided, and the reminder on the day of check-in referred to the address that had a different lock box. A kind neighbour happened to see us and suggested that the lock box for the correct apt. might be around the complex, at the back door of the apartment, rather than at the front door. Thankfully she was there to help!
- Jason (7/5): Good Locatikn - Very central. Parking was great and walking distance for everything. No large towels. 5 of us and 3 small hand towels between us. Shower was nice but no towels
- Marlene (6/5): Decent place to stay, but definitely bring a duster and your allergy medicine. - Location was great, right by a small grocery store, bars and pubs. Parking right outside. Owner responsive. Ample space. WiFi was spotty entire time or didn’t work at all. Owner tried to resolve but it simply didn’t work well (4mbps). The vents were all dusty, so my pregnant self was constantly sneezing. The main bed was super uncomfortable, so I slept on the sofa. The grout stains in the shower and bathroom clearly needed to be cleaned. Dust everywhere. Paint peeling from the doorways. For four people staying one week there was a small round chip of soap in the bathroom, as well as two small rolls of toilet paper. Safe to say we went out and bought more. We washed our clothes in the washer, and they came out, smelling worse than when they went in. Holes in the sheets, pillow cases and comforter.
- Ciara (8/5): -
- Karen (10/5): Quiet, cute, relaxing space! - It was in a great location. Quiet and easy to get to other locations. It was so comfortable and homey!!! It is really nicely put together. My husband works with his hands and really liked the quality of workmanship in the flat I really can’t think of anything.
- tom (10/5): Would return - Lovely apartment, clean and tidy, had everything I needed. Very central. Would stay there again. N/A
