• Nuno (9/5): Quase perfeito! - Localização excelente, serviço muito bom, pequeno almoço e funcionários fantásticos. A abertura das portas era extremamente ruidosa, por várias vezes acordávamos com vizinhos a abrir as suas portas. Algum ruido nos corredores alguns dias. Para ser topo em serviços só faltava um jacuzzi.

• Alessandra (7/5): Un'occasione sprecata - Posizione ottimale rispetto al centro del paese ed alle piste. Struttura recentemente ristrutturata in maniera gradevole. Barman gentile. Personale alla reception non particolarmente gentile ad eccezione di un "hotel manager" che però NON parlava italiano ma solo inglese. Colazione migliorabile (alle 9.50 dell'ultimo giorno, inoltre, era quasi tutto sgomberato e cibo praticamente finito). La cd. SPA (che sarebbe carina) ingloba in sé una piscina/vasca alla quale sono ammessi i bambini senza limiti temporali. Ciò trasforma la SPA in un parco giochi con bambini urlanti che giocano e si tuffano tranquillamente senza che nessuno del personale intervenga. Genitori accampati per terra a bordo vasca (per lettini tutti occupati). Un incubo da cui siamo letteralmente fuggiti. Se non si vuole vietare l'uso della piscina ai bambini bisognerebbe quantomeno limitarlo dal punto di vista temporale nell'arco della giornata, in modo da consentire agli adulti di usufruire della SPA in maniera consona.

• Cinzia (8/5): - Hotel in posizione comoda per gli impianti e per il centro paese. Ottima colazione, ottimo ristorante. Bartender molto bravo e bel bar lounge. Spa con sauna e bagno turco. Camera spaziosa e pulita con balcone e vista sul Cervino.
• Kim (7/5): Comfortable, well-located hotel a bit lacking in charm - Clean, nice rooms, shuttle bus to the gondola and location close to the restaurants & shops. Very nice spa also. The reception staff weren’t helpful and seemed to know little about the resort. The hotel, while comfortable, also lacks character. Next time I’d pick a family run hotel with more character & informed staff.

• brai (8/5): - Albergo che cerca di alzare il suo livello. La camera ampia e spaziosa ha letti davvero comodi. La colazione è ottima e il ristorante lo è ancor di più. Lo staff è attento ad ogni richiesta e sono tutti molto cordiali. Spa piccolina ma con tutti i comfort. Bisogna migliorare la pulizia della stanza. Non sempre attenti alla sostituzione delle asciugamani e abbiamo dovuto chiedere di rimettere i rotoli di carta igienica.

• Conrad (1/5): Hugely disappointing, defo won’t r be back to the Europa, it’s only redeeming feature was Alan, the transfer driver - Location & expectation, it used to be really good!……prior to its new ownership The customer ethos is clearly that ‘the customer is always wrong’ The staff steamrolled the customers in the dining room, breakfast was appalling, after 8 calls to the hotel in pursuit of the arranged transfer post skiing, after waiting 1 hour I was told that the member of staff in reception had to give priority to the people in front of him at the desk & couldn’t help further. On arrival back at the hotel & lodging a complaint I was advised that I should speak with the Manager. I requested that he contact me at a time that suited him, no contact was made by the management during the remaining 4 days of our stay

• Asamah (8/5): Cervina Skiing in Spring!! What a dream!! - I loved the new decor, very chic and a significant upgrade with an inviting, comfortable and cozy mountain vibe. The hotel was always in a great location and the staff as usual were awesome. The addition of the car to to get us to/ fro from the gondola/ cables cars and back to the hotel was a welcome amenity. Allen, our chauffeur was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the area, it was a pleasure to speak with him! The skiing conditions were truly amazing... the best we had had in all our years of skiing in Italy, France, Austria and Switzerland! The trails were freshly groomed and crispy and we had them all to ourselves for at least 2 hours every morning during the week.... an absolute dream this April!!! The hot water pressure in the shower was very weak. Cold water pressure was fine but who wants a cold shower in 10° weather!

The spa allows kids to be accompanied by parents and make use of their pool. Breakfast was delicious. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. It would be a nice spin if the spa provided mini treatments for kids.

• Frank (6/5): Juste pour l’emplacement - L’emplacement, la possibilité de profiter d’un spa, la chambre spacieuse, les casiers à ski La mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, la piscine où il est difficile de rester en raison de la résonance des bruits, la douche sans pression et avec alternance eau chaude eau froide, l’absence d’un volet dans notre chambre, la chaleur dans les chambres que l’on ne peut pas contrôler sauf en ouvrant les fenêtres, et le prix de 100€ pour un départ retardé (14h au lieu de 10h30)!!!, le petit déjeuner toujours mal achalandé et avec peu de choix, un parking toujours plein et peu accessible bref très très loin d’un 4 étoiles

• Louise (6/5): Comfortable and great location but let down by the disappointing rooms. - The location was great. 2 minute walk from the boot room to the piste. The communal areas and the restaurant were stylish and welcoming. The breakfast was good. The room was not in any way a ‘superior plus’ room. The biggest problem was that the rooms were meant to have balconies. Our one only had a juliet balcony ie you couldn’t stand out on it. I wouldn’t be bothered but we had paid extra for this category. I queried this and the reception staff just shrugged their shoulders and said oh yes we should really state that on the booking as a few of rooms do have very small balconies! The room was tired looking and lacking basic requirements like drawers to put clothing away. It had a tiny and cramped bathroom. We had 4 hangers between two of us. I asked 3 times before we were eventually given 4 more. The coffee machine never worked. Friends staying felt the same about their rooms and no one’s coffee machines worked. Overall it was a comfortable stay but I wouldn’t go back. A shame as my partner had stayed at the sister hotel in the resort and based on that very positive experience we booked this hotel.

• Alexis (3/5): Very disappointed by the very small room we were given. Not what we booked. - Location. Was second trip there, I booked a superior room and communicated early about the need of having a nice room with nice view. Came before with some friends etc... and I explained that my partner does not ski, so it is important for her to have a nice room with view, We were put in a ridiculously small room. The front desk was nice and explained that the room was on a floor that was bought more recently and that was always an issue when hotel was full and that the manager will come back to us. The manager was very bad in his handling. On the 3rd day he finally talked to us and told me that actually the minuscule room was supposedly of a higher standard. I told him that this was not appropriate and that the room in no way looked like the pictures. We were then moved to a proper room but with no mountain view. My partner was very disappointed.

• neil (3/5): meh - location views extremely loud, poor insulation, you can hear toilets flushing and the doors banging all the time, people above you. it has a really annoying locking system that buzzes and turns on lights .

Most of the staff were great and very helpful. Ski room is a big plus and spa was good too. Very expensive and not great value. Hot breakfast selection was poor, always lukewarm or cold and often empty. Generally a lack of attention to detail.

• Vanessa (1/5): Worst customer service experience ever - This was definitely one of the worst hotel experiences I have had and I travel a lot. I have never posted a review before but I felt compelled to warn others. Why? 1. They lied about renting skis on site “Ski equipment by Rossignol can be rented on site” and suggested I rent from another place that would deliver so our skiis would be ready when we arrived after a 2.5 hour drive from Milan. We needed to start skiing right away to make the ski trip to Switzerland in that one day we came to see the Alps and had spent a lot of time, effort and $ to do this. They had so many excuses why our skiis were not there when we arrived and only blamed others and took no responsibility themselves. It was really upsetting and we were delayed by 1.5 hours and was unable to make it to Zermatt because of this. 2. One of the front desk staff was horribly rude to me, so much so he made me cry. 3. They had only 1 person at the front desk and made guests wait for quite a bit of time. 4. The main floor and basement where the gym and spa is smelt like a very strong sewer gas smell and it was awful. I don’t know how anyone could enjoy a spa experience down there. 5. The walls were so thin we were woke up many times because you could hear everyone in the halls. 6. No one ever apologized to me about being treated so poorly and kept on blaming me for all the issues. The hotel manager continued to defend his staff and not admit anything the do was wrong. Worst customer service ever. I would never stay in this hotel again.

• Paul (3/5): Temperature control problems, missing many small touches to make this worth the price they charge. - Room was way too hot, sauna has crowded with children and did not have water and in general the temperature control of the entire facility was very uncomfortable.
