• Andreas (9/5): Sehr gute Preis-Leistung mit super freundlichen Personal. - Sehr gute Lage. Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und sehr gastfreundlich umsorgt. Wir konnten alle Angebote nutzen; Parkplätze stehen direkt vor der Tür zur Verfügung. Und das Hoteleigene Restaurant bot eine sehr gute Qualität. Badezimmer etwas klein und Wasserdruck beim duschen recht gering.

Halas jednej nocy klotnie prawdopodobnie kogos z personelu. Zimna lazienka ogrzewanie nie dawalo rady. Ogrzewanie nie zawsze dzialalo. Sniadanka byly dobre.

• Jana (6/5): - Skvělá lokalita, velmi milý personál, hezká a velmi dobře vybavená dětská herna. Celkový dojem z hotelu podle mě neodpovídá hodnocení 8,6, který má na Bookingu. Když to srovnám například z hotelem Savoy, který má hodnocení 9,3, rozdíl je propastný. Lednice smrděla a proud vody byl extrémně malý. Studená voda skoro netekla a moc nevoněla.

• Julia (8/5): Eine tolle Lage und super Essen - Die Lage war super. Und das Essen war toll. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber war trotzdem ok. Ein Wasserkocher + Teebeutel auf den Zimmern wäre super. Gehört in anderen Hotels bereits zum Standard auf jedem Zimmer.

• Robert (8/5): Spokojenost - Poloha přímo v centru, parkování , obecně velmi příjemný perzonál, pěkné wellness, chutné jídla v rámci polopenze, všude čisto. Z mne nepochopitelného důvodu byla záchodová mísa umístěna přiliš vysoko. Večeře v rámci polopenze mohly být pestřejší. Pro někoho, kdo by se chtěl dívat na televizi, ta může být příliš malá.
• Lucia (10/5): vynikajúce služby, luxusné raňajky, ochotný personál - s hotelom Jelínek sme boli veľmi spokojný, všade bolo čisto a útulne, chválime pohodlnú posteľ. Personál bol skutočne ústretoví, naozaj takýchto milých a usmiatých ľudí sme dlho nestretli. Aj keď sme na izbe nemali kanvicu, vždy nám na turistiku doplnili do termosky horúcu vodu na bare (čaj sme mali samozrejme svoj) .. v reštaurácií varia výborne za rozumné ceny, priestory sú veľmi príjemné a útulné. A raňajky boli luxusné, človek nevedel čo si skôr vybrať toľko tam toho bolo či slané/sladké. Ja musím vyzdvihnúť palacinky s nutelou. Odporúčame ! nič … ale ak by aj problém bol, myslím si, že by personál urobil všetko v ich silách na nápravu

Het hotel heeft een wellness gedeelte, maar dat moet je echt van tevoren reserveren. Dat vonden we een beetje jammer. Je kunt dan niet spontaan aan het einde van een skidag even de sauna in.

• Tereza (7/5): - Ubytování je ve velmi skvělé lokalitě a pan majitel je velmi příjemný a ochotný. Super snídaně a ochotný personál. Byli jsme jako skupina ubytováni na pokoji č. 3, kde bohužel byli prosklené dveře do koupelny, které nedrželi zavřené a navíc mezi nimi a futry byla asi 3cm škvíra a místo kliky díra. Tedy soukromí a diskrétnost nula. Zároveň parkovacích míst bylo málo, ale to pan majitel vyřešil a za to děkujeme.

Świetna lokalizacja w centrum miejscowości z pięknymi widokami, super jako baza wypadowa w góry, na spacery i do korzystania z lokalnych restauracji. Dobre, wystarczające śniadania, dla każdego coś dobrego - zarówno na słono jak i na słodko, ciepłe i zimne potrawy do wyboru, dodatkowo owoce i ciasto. Restauracja serwuje pyszne jedzenie.

• Daniela (7/5): Rundum ein schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Mängeln. - Das Hotel befindet sich in guter Lage in der Ortsmitte. Zimmer sind sauber und teilweise mit Balkon. Personal ist stets freundlich. Beim Frühstück werden meist erst auf Nachfrage fehlende Lebensmittel nachgelegt. Meist war es so, wenn etwas leer war, blieb es auch dabei. Personal prüft kaum selbstständig das Buffet auf fehlende Produkte. Bei Halbpension gibt's beim Abendessen eine kleine Karte auf tschechisch. Die Speisekarte ist jeden Tag die selbige. Besser ist das Hotel nur mit Frühstück zu buchen, dann kann man aus der großen Speisekarte wählen oder man geht in ein anderes Restaurant, denn Restaurants gibt es im Ort viele.

Also not free, plus I had to hear from the cook that our car was badly parked when in reality I had to do acrobatics to find a free parking spot in the facilities. Breakfast wasn’t so good

• Hanne (10/5): Perfect place to stay here! - Loved that it is a family owned restaurant, the location is amazing next to the water with everything you need right outside. Breakfast is great and plentiful. Rooms are better than expected for the price we paid. Overall, amazing experience here! Nothing I can think of.
