Isabel (8/5): - Estuvo bien, es un lugar para gente joven y ruidosa (y fiestera) pero si te metes en tu apartamento y no usas las zonas comunes no hay ningún problema.
Helma (8/5): Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, ligging maakt alles goed! - De ligging is absoluut geweldig! Personeel was vriendelijk en 24/7 aanwezig. Spreken goed Engels en geven duidelijke informatie. Tegenvallen is een groot woord, maar hygiëne kon wat beter. De airco was niet schoongemaakt, daar kwam stof uit. Omdat we die niet veel aan hadden, hebben we dat pas bij vertrek gemeld, daar werd goed op gereageerd. In koelkast grote klont ijs bij afvoer, maar functioneerde verder prima.

Galgar fick vi sista dagen, resten åtgärdades inte.

Magdalena (7/5): 7/10 - Najlepsze w tym miejscu jest usytuowanie, wszędzie blisko. Stołówka to jakiś żart. Kobieta, która krzyczy, że wszyscy zaraz mają wychodzić bo zamykają zaraz stołówkę powoduje że nie chce się tam wracać, mały wybór jedzenia. Byliśmy raz i już więcej tam nie zeszliśmy.

Leo at the front desk was super helpful and helped us with bookings for activities. Lots of eating options close by. Room was big for 3 people. Bathroom needs some attention, no hooks for towels, bath is high so stepping out of shower is dangerous when wet. We didn't know until last day that there was onsite laundry as no info in room and couldn't get cooler to work.

Isabel (8/5): - La ubicación y que era muy espacioso y luminoso. El apartamento estaba bien, lo único que echamos en falta algún enchufe en la cocina, algo más de menaje y cosas básicas como papel de cocina, servilletas, etc.

María (10/5): - Los apartamentos son grandes, totalmente equipados y funcionales. Las camas son cómodas. La limpieza es buena, cuando llegamos estaba perfecto el apartamento. Los sofás cama son menos cómodos que las camas.
Hoponopono (7/5): Alojamiento práctico para moverse por la ciudad - Lo mejor del alojamiento es la ubicación. La plaza de enfrente estaba en obras durante mi estancia y la limpieza del entorno no era la mejor, pero aun así es un punto de partida muy práctico para recorrer la ciudad a pie. Lo que menos me gustó fue la sensación de que algunas recomendaciones estaban más orientadas a servicios con comisión que a una ayuda desinteresada para el viajero.

Al check out ho dimenticato il caricabatterie, ho chiamato per avvisare e quando sono tornata mi hanno detto che non era stato trovato dal personale pulizie. Sono andati in camera ma solo dietro insistenza dicendo che erano già entrate altre persone, nonostante avessi chiamato poco dopo essere uscita.

Predrag (10/5): The best location in Madrid! - The best location in Madrid - 150 meters from Plaza Major, 200 meters from Puerta del Sol. All the best things in Madrid are on walking distance. The flat is clean and the beds are very comfortable. Highly recommended! Getting in and out of the bathtub is a bit risky. It would be good if some handles were installed, if they would like to avoid charges for broken arms and legs :)

Humphries (9/5): Pleasant front desk people, great central location, good price. - The location was great for walking to many different locations in the city. The noise was minimal even though there was construction in the square across the street. Enough space for seven of us in a two bedroom apt, with three people sleeping on the two pullout couches. Had an issue with one of the tubs not draining well and they took care of it the day we brought it to their attention. The skylights in the bedrooms didn't have any kind of coverings so as soon as the sun was up the bedrooms were flooded with light. Some kind of shades for sleeping would be nice. Also, we arrived about 10min before check-in time and our suite was not ready. I understand we were early and had no problems waiting until the 3pm check-in time, but then we had to wait 10-20min after check-in time to actually be able to check in, even though we had put our arrival time as 3pm on our reservations. After check-in everything was smooth.
Valéria Elisabete (9/5): Vale a pena. - A localização é excelente, o apartamento grande e confortável. Do banheiro sem chuveiro só com ducha, para lavar o cabelo é estranho. Talvez por falta de costume, é o esquema europeu.

Marco (9/5): Qualità prezzo TOP - In centro pieno, ostello con appartamenti in palazzo storico. Nei dintorni tantissimi ristoranti e supermercati. Nel nostro caso monolocale molto spazioso, pulitissimo e con cucina attrezzata di tutto in necessario. Letto non comodissimo, Aspiravapori cucina non funzionate e lavastoviglie un po’ difettosa da azionare ma niente di grave.

The walls are pretty thin and you can hear your neighbors very easily. The bathroom shower door didn’t keep the water from soaking the floor.

Seongho (9/5): - 솔광장, 마요르광장 가깝고 근처 식당가들도 가깝다. 모든 직원들도 친절하고 생활하며 보낼 수 있는 식기류 및 시설도 괜찮다. 조식은 8유로로 저렴한편이지만 음식 퀄리티도 가격대비 좋다. 야외 방향은 아니었지만 semana santa 기간 동안 조용히 보낼 수 있었다. 엘리베이터가 흔들림이 조금 심하다는점? (엘리베이터 옆 방의 경우 소음이 들릴수 있다고 생각이 듬)

shinko (9/5): また泊まりたいです。 - 立地のよさ。スタッフが既に常駐してるので安心感がある。　 1ベッドルームを頼んでたが、2ベッドルームになってて嬉しかった。ホステルと同じ建物だったようで、若者が多く賑やかだった。スイートの高級感を求める人なら苦手かも。私は活気があって好きでした。立地の良さから少し外が騒がしかった。洗濯物を干す場所がなく、ラゲッジラックでもあるとありがたい。
