- Michael (10/5): - Schneller Checkin im Hauptgebäude, einfaches aber funktionales Zimmer. Sehr ordentliche Betten und Handtücher. Lüftung im Bad (auch des Zimmernachbarn) recht laut.
- Heike (10/5): - Das Hotel sieht frisch renoviert aus. Es ist zweckmäßig, aber dennoch nett eingerichtet. Die Fenster sind super isoliert. Man hört die Autobahn nicht. Die Rezeption und das Frühstück sind im Nachbargebäude in der Raststätte. Das Frühstück ist gut und man kann alles auswählen. Hier sind die Rühreier auch wirklich heiß und frisch gemacht. Es liegt direkt an der A5 Fahrrichtung Süden. Wenn man aus der Gegenrichtung kommt, kann man auch über Bruchsal Ost rüber fahren, auch wenn Google Maps diese Verbindung nicht kennt. Insgesamt ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!
- Christian (10/5): Very dog friendly - Very nice stopover along the autobahn. Extremely dog friendly, with a dedicated dog pen in the back, and more private parking behind the property. The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom in good condition.
- Melanie (8/5): Sehr gut für eine Zwischenübernachtung - Sehr ruhig und unkompliziert. Freundliche Mitarbeiter an Tankstelle und Raststätte. Leider sind die Öffnungszeiten Abend und auch morgens in der Raststätte nicht passend.

- Dominique (10/5): Angenehmes Autobahn Hotel / Raststätte - Angenehmer Empfang, sauberes Zimmer, für ein Autobahnraststätte gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. In der Beschreibung hiess es, dass Check-out bis 12°° Uhr aber ab 11°° Uhr wurde die Schlüsselkarte gesperrt. Musste diese noch einmal bis 12°° Verlängern lasse. Wurde anstandslos gemacht.

- Dean (6/5): Poor maintenance. - Hotel was ok but next to a busy motorway . It was clean just needs a bit of a revamp as carpets are heavily stained, lightbulbs not replaced, banging doors and just general poor maintenence in places. Also at check in i had to show my passport and this was snatched out my hand by a very rude receptionist, i didnt feel the valued customer and i wont be going back.

- J. (8/5): Goed overnachtingshotel - Goed overnachtingshotel direct aan A5 op weg naar het Zuiden of terugweg. Kamers zijn netjes, wel aan de krappe kant. Maar alles wat je nodig hebt voor een overnachting op doorreis is aanwezig. Parkeren kan achter het hotel op eigen terrein. De kamerprijs is zeer budgetvriendelijk.

- Frank (10/5): - Gefallen hatte mir, dass mein Fenster nicht zur Autobahn war und Fliegennetz am Fenster. Leichte Probleme hatte ich mit der Tür an Zimmer 302. Wollte man diese nicht mit einem Knall ins Schloss fallen lassen, musste die Tür sehr fest zugedrückt werden, sonst war sie nicht richtig geschlossen. Auch die Matratze war mir zu hart. Ansonsten war alles gut.

- Holger (8/5): - Sehr freundlichs Personal. Leider war meine Buchung nicht im System vermerkt, daher musste ich das Anmeldeformular noch einmal ausfüllen. Ein Zimmer habe ich dennoch bekommen. Der Zimmerpreis ist völlig in Ordnung. Der Aufpreis für einen Hund von 15 Euro finde ich zu hoch. Die meisten Hotels nehmen 5 bis 10 Euro. Trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn konnte ich gut schlafen, das Zimmer ist ausreichend vom Autolärm abgeschirmt.
- RICHARD (10/5): Je recommande - Hotel très propre et silencieux malgré l'autoroute. Arrivée à toute heure possible car sur une aire de repos d'autoroute. Burger King sur place. Parking hotel en dehors de la zone de l'aire de repos. Seul point negatif : le depart direction Karlsruhe est direct, en revanche le retour nécessite d'aller à la sortie suivante et de revenir sur ses pas.

- randy (6/5): - Wirkte sauber auf den ersten Blick. Leider waren die Mülleimer nicht gelehrt, was dann ein störgefühl verursachte und Zweifel an der Sauberkeit.
- Thorsten (6/5): 24-Stunden-Rezeption, aber schmale Betten - Es handelt sich um eine typische Autobahnraststätte. Man kann rund um die Uhr problemlos einchecken. Aus diesem Grund hatte ich die Unterkunft gebucht. Zum Schlafen hat es für uns gereicht. Man sollte allerdings nicht besonders groß oder kräftig sein. Wir hatten zwei Einzelbetten, und die waren sehr schmal.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Via verkeersinformatie kreeg ik de mededeling dat het hotel wegens wegwerkzaamheden onbereikbaar was. Ik trachtte het hotel voor nader overleg te bellen maar ook na vijf keer gebeld te hebben kreeg ik geen gehoor. Als je om negen uur s’avonds op de snelweg zit en je uitkijkt naar het hotel om te slapen is dit een dikke teleurstelling en moest als nog een alternatief vinden. Een heel slechte beurt van het hotel.

- Mette (8/5): Roligt hotel på rasteplads ved motorvej - Fint sted at overnatte på vej sydpå. Der kan tjekkes ind til kl. 05:30 og ud til kl. 12:00, fint med denne fleksibilitet da trafikken kan være uforudsigelig.

- Marianne (4/5): Føler mig lidt snydt - Min booking online kunne receptionen ikke finde, så selv om jeg havde booket til en pris kom jeg til at betale en helt anden og selvfølgelig højere. Udover det var det okay.
- S. (4/5): Leider.... - Ging so alles schief was man sich als Gast nicht wünscht. Erst war das Hotel überbucht also kein Zimmer mehr frei (Personal wollte es auf Expedia schieben). Dabei hat das Hotel vergessen meine Buchung anzulegen und mich einzubuchen -kam im Gespräch mit der Dame an der Tezeption raus-! Da Messe war, war kein anderes Hotel mehr frei. Als ich damit gedroht habe ein sehr teures Hotel 1h entfernt zu buchen und Serway das Zimmer in Rechnung zu stellen, war plötzlich noch ein gebrauchtes Zimmer frei. Dieses wurde dann provisorisch für mich gereinigt (eins der beiden Einzelbetten grisch bezogen, jedoch war das Bad immer noch vom vorgänger gebraucht) und mir zugesichert,dass es am nächsten Tag komplett gereinigt wird -ich war 2 Nächte Gast-! Als ich von der Messe kam, war mein Zimmer noch so wie ich -oder der Gast zuvor- es verlassn hatte und garnichts war gemacht. Personal leider nicht freundlich, und jeder hat es auf den anderen geschoben ohne das versucht wurde meine Anliegen überhaupt zu beachten. Also das Serways Bruchsal West ist leider im Vergleich zu anderwn Hotels dieser Kette NICHT zu empfehlen. Choas pur und einfach nicht gut geführt! Schade!
- birna (6/5): - Stedet var et hotel på en rasteplads for lastbilchaffører, og omgivelser bar præg heraf. Der lå en skov bag ved, og den ligesom de øvrige omgivelser var møgbeskidt og fyldt med affald. Når det så er sagt, var der rent på selve hotellet og trygt. Checke in var i sperart bygning, så der var helt stille og roligt. Her var personalet søde og venlige og skiftede gerne over i engelsk Værelset var nøjagtig som vist på billederne, og med en dejlig aircon enhed.

Noch um 16h sind die Tische im Restaurant nach dem Mittagsangebot stark verunreinigt mit Ketchup, Asche usw In den kleine Zimmern sehr schmale Betten und sehr verunreinigte Badezimmern....Pinkelflecken am Kloring, die Schüssel hat fragwürdige braune Flecken von den Vornutzern.

- RIA (10/5): Voordeur of lift wordt mee gesmeten. - Snachts erg roemorig bij de lift deur wordt met een klap dicht gedaan ,ben vele malen wakker geschrokken van het lawaai.

- Asif (6/5): Serways cheap and convenient. - The hotel is located off the motorway and is part of the service station. Therefor, access to restaurants and a fast food bar is conveniently located. Upon arrival I had difficulty finding reception because it was part of a cafe. Check in was not smooth because I was given a room that had not been cleaned; however, that was rectified although it did require a second visit to the cafe/reception. If you're looking for accommodation to rest for the night, it's clean, conveniently positioned and surprisingly quite.

The worrying part of our stay was when a woman opened our locked door at around 22.30 pm whilst we were in bed this also happened to another guest! Had we not been in the room at the time our personal belongings could of been taken. The staff were good & apologetic but how could another keycard open our door?

- Terry (8/5): Worth finding - Finding the hotel in the autobahn rest area site was a little bit hard. It all became obvious after a good look. The area was difficult to see around due to the large amount of trucks acting as sight screens.The check in at reception was straightforward once having found reception. After what seemed to be a shaky start the room was a very pleasant surprise. Now knowing what to expect I would not hesitate to stay at another Serways.

- Laurie (10/5): Quiet hotel right on the Autobahn. - We needed to be in Bruchsal for 2 days. Could not find an available place in Bruchsal. Glad we found Serways Hotel. Convenient, Restaurants on premises. Clean room and bath. The air conditioning was working great. Hotel well insulated, we could not hear the noise from the Autobahn. We would stay there again.

- Bargainman (6/5): A good place not ready for customers - We didn't stay because the computer facility which controlled all critical systems including air conditioning, key locks and so forth was not functioning properly. The manager closed the hotel shortly after we checked in. The desk clerk was helpful. This may become a good place to stop.
