- Naeem23 (7/5): Overall a good stay and hotel. - Good hotel. Grounds and beach are beautiful. Table tennis and tennis facilities amazing. Food lovely variety! Cats in eating area. No shops or anything at all near hotel.
- Medani (4/5): Première et dernière fois - Kids club mais pas si propre que ça selon les horaires Ménage mal fait chaque jours, chambre salle, morceau de plâtres ou de murs par terre Finition des travaux dans l’ensemble de l’établissement catastrophique. Certains espaces ne sont pas sécurisés pour les enfants notamment dans les étages où certains endroits de dispose pas de fenêtre ou garde corps Tout les restaurants ne sont pas inclus dans l’offre malgré que sur demande l’établissement peut vous proposer un repas « offert » Boutiques de l’hôtel avec des prix excessifs Taxis venant devant l’établissement clairement une arnaque avec des prix fixes exorbitants.

Я специально бронировала два отеля по 6 ночей.Есть с чем сравнить, конечно везде будут плюсы и минусы,потому что все мы разные,и угодить всем невозможно. В этом отеле хорошая большая территория, сауна немного под усталая,шикарный спорт зал,и хороший инвентарь.Много бассейнов, на территории отеля, что очень удобно и нет столпотворения народа. Но кухня в Kirmand belazur, лучше. Так мы были в начале мае немного было сыро в номерах. А так в принципе неплохо.

Traveling as a multi-generational group (including a 4 and 2.5-year-old), we were blown away by the amazing facilities and the incredible heated pool. The food was impressive, featuring thoughtful, high-quality options for both adults and kids. Most importantly, the staff was exceptionally attentive. When our son fell ill, their genuine care and thoughtful gestures, like sending fruit baskets, truly touched us. A relaxing, world-class experience for the whole family. We’ve already decided to come back!

- Ines (9/5): - Sehr schönes Zimmer, super freundliches und aufgestelltes Animations-Team. Wunderschöne gepflegte Anlage...bis auf die Bauarbeiten.. Da es Vorsaison war hat es jeden Tag das selbe Essen am Buffet gegeben und auch das nur sehr Beschränkt und auch nicht gut gekocht. Da wir Stammgäste sind haben wir das bis jetzt ganz anders erlebt, schade. Da Renovationsarbeiten am Gebäude vis a vis stattfanden, gab es jeden Morgen um Punkt 08:15 Baulärm: Pressluftbohrer, Wandbohrer u.s.w.

- Daria (9/5): Decent hotel, but needs some renovations - The food was excellent despite us being there off season. Plenty of choice and variety! The hotel is definitely old. It’s need a reno for sure. But overall it’s good, huge territory, very green, a lot of pools. Kids club is also new and fresh and they even have PS5 for the kids there. Our room was a bit old I gotta say. The ventilation grid was hanging off from the ceiling and pieces of a front door were crumbling off every time you opened it. However that said, the room was clean, everything worked, WiFi signal was excellent.

- Cherelle (1/5): Christmas in Turkey without the trimmings, it's a long one so buckle up! - It was close to the beach, lovely grounds, clean rooms. The food was great for 2 days until they started reheating and repurposing recipes. (I'm a Chef with a 5 star FSA rating) If you could get a seat in the restaurant without a cat included you were lucky. The fact that the resort advertised for Christmas 2025. But also scheduled construction and tennis tournaments (100's of teens everywhere), they had skeleton shifts across the board for staff. Food reheated or moved from restaurant to cafe from cafe to burger shack daily. 6/ 8 restaurants closed. No adult entertainment until darts and a live band in the pub on an evening. No activities other than yoga, water aerobics in the morning. Everything else was cancelled everyday. By "everything" were talking about the same 2 activities everyday. Archery and shooting. Everyday minutes before the start time Or sometimes nobody showed up. No 11+ kids club. Despite boasting lots for them to do. 11+ games room had no games until we complained and then the games were purchased Christmas eve, came Christmas day (day 4 of our holiday) which they then proceeded to cap at 2 hours per day. (Keep in mind 100's of teens and 4 play stations, open 2 hours per day, is anything but acceptable. Pool tables, air hockey, retro games, grab machines. All locked away in a glass out house. We were told they are part of the summer concept and are for over 16's only. No mention of this anywhere or when calling ahead of my trip. No entertainment/animation team. A grand open air arena.. But Noo shows! nothing. Bare in mind I called 4 times prior. Racking up a £120 phone bill. None of what I'm saying was disclosed. Cafe was closed after 8pm when it was meant to be 24 hour. Then we complained on day 3 and they opened it until 12. Spent a fortune on taxis and entertainment outside of this mega resort. To keep my Son entertained. I love cats but some had mange some had eye infections, some were literally dying in door ways and one didn't move for days. The whole "Cats in the restaurant" thing, was wild to me. They were up on tables up on partition walls looking down at your food.

- Elena (9/5): - Мы были в этом отеле 10 дней в конце сентября 2025 года. Это был наш первый отдых в Турции. В отделе невысокие здания, и именно это нас привлекло. Наш номер был с выходом в бассейн. Вода всегда чистая и все что падало с деревьев быстро убирали. Я хочу отдельно отметить работу садовников. Все убрано, деревья подстрижены идеально, цветы цветут, все поливается, и даже дорожки моют каждый день. Территория отеля очень ухоженная. Спасибо людям, которые это делают. Анимация превосходная. Для взрослых есть развлечения. Мы каждый день ходили на стрельбу из ружья и лука. Мы и выбрали этот отель из-за того что есть стрельба из лука. Дочь играла в теннис. Сами аниматоры превосходные. Выкладывались в работе на 100 процентов. Еда. Столько еды я никогда не видела. Разнообразие огромное на любой вкус. Пляж чистый. Убирали постоянно в течении дня. Нареканий нет. Номера немного потрепанные, но все отремонтировано, как возможно это сделать. Я понимаю, что капитальный ремонт после каждого проживающего сделать невозможно. Да и в номере мы не сидели. Я не могу припомнить, что мне не понравилось. Курили люди в зоне развлечений. Но кто то нажаловался и тут же были прикреплены знаки с «не курить». Реакция молниеносная.

- Alexia (10/5): - Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magique dans cet hôtel tout compris.Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Franchement, c'était au-delà de nos attentes ! L’endroit était magnifique, d’une propreté irréprochable, avec une ambiance à la fois reposante et chaleureuse, très agréable à vivre. Le personnel était d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle — toujours souriant, serviable, et aux petits soins. On sentait qu’ils aimaient leur travail et ça se voyait dans chaque interaction. La nourriture était excellente, très variée avec de nombreuses spécialités locales et internationales. Il y avait à manger 24h/24, ce qui est rare et vraiment appréciable — du jamais vu pour nous ! Le service de boissons en all inclusive était aussi parfait : tout était inclus, bien servi, et toujours avec le sourire. Les activités/animations proposées étaient top, bien organisées, divertissantes, et accessibles à tous. On ne s’ennuie jamais. Et que dire de la réception et de l’accueil ? Un service irréprochable, rapide, chaleureux, et très professionnel. En résumé, un séjour de rêve dans un hôtel où tout est pensé pour que les clients se sentent bien. Et surtout tout est là pour les enfants et tout pour qu’ils s’y sentent bien. On y retournera les yeux fermés ! Je recommande cet hôtel.

Unmöglich alles zu probieren. :) Bei den Bars ist zuwenig Personal, man wartet lange, bis man seine Bestellung aufgeben kann. Die Gefriertruhe ist defekt, das Eis ist oft matschig.

- Vedat (10/5): Lage super Essen ein Traum Wetter super. - Sehr freundliches Personal sogar außergewöhnlich freundlich. Ich hatte am Gemeindeamt In Serik zu tun , und es war nicht abzusehen ob ich meine Angelegenheit bis Freitag fertig bekomme. Daher fragte ich um eine Verlängerung meines Aufenthalt im Hotel. Leider habe ich eine Preisauskunft die teurer war als ich gebucht hatte.Das war nicht Seriös.

Общо взето Спа центъра на хотела не ни хареса много . И вънкашния басейн който пишат че е отопляема водата изобщо не е така, защото водата е ледена
- Alisa (4/5): This place is definitely not for families, no consideration for needs of children. - The indoor pool was nice, food selection was great, enough healthy options and well-arranged. Massage was top level. 1. Service: nobody says hello or smiles, continuously getting plates from under your nose while you are still eating, when you come with a problem the attitude is just to brush you off. I believe, staff working there are very decent people but absolutely untrained and poorly managed (so no blame to the staff). 2. Tennis courts: only very poor quality artificial “grass” courts are included (only 45 mins per day), the rest is to be paid. Requets and balls provided for rent are of horrible quality. It impacted not only pleasure from the game but for information - this also impacts your joints health. My elbow was hurting like crazy only after two sessions. After I raised this issue I was told “to bring your own racquets”. 3. One day at 13:30 someone started very noisy (drilling) construction work right next to our room (where supposedly my child is getting ready to have a nap). After repeatedly asking to stop and also calling reception that stopped (almost 1 hour later). 4. One day all electricity was gone. With a baby it is unbearable situation. 5. The rooms, areas, facilities, sports venues, stairs, windows - you name it - everything is VERY worn out in a pretty bad shape. Also a continuous haunting odor of sewage mixed with pee of cats (somewhere, not everywhere) is just not acceptable.

- Mohammadreza (6/5): An okay-ish stay which could have been awesome - - The food options were amazing in both main restaurant and the Italian restaurant! The staff in the restaurant were also very proactive in helping the guests. We were extremely happy with all of our dining experiences during our stay. - The staff in charge of activities were friendly and creative. They made the activities really fun! - The property had several tennis courts. And the grass courts were free to use for 45 minutes daily. Also the hotel provided the option for tennis lessons with world class instructors (through Megasaray tennis academy). - The hotel management was open to receiving feedback and tried to compensate guests for inconveniences. - Many of the facilities (waterpark, outdoor pools, etc) were not open in the winter season. - The hotel did not proactively provide an introductory tour of the hotel. We had to specifically ask this from the guest relations. And then they provided a paper map of the hotel and explained everything on the map (no real tour though). - There were many constructions happening in the hotel throughout our stay. And the construction debris were not cleaned immediately (sometimes not even until the next day). - On one of the days, there were several random power outages happening in the hotel. This impacted some of the activities (e.g. PlayStation), wifi availability, and the elevators (we got stuck in the elevator in one of the instances). - The guest relations team and reception team worked as very distinct entities and were not willing to help on any task related to the other team. This led to me being passed around between these two teams several times for simple/common asks. - The room temperature was not controllable by guests via thermostat. - The hotel was not responsive to many of our emails that we sent prior to our stay. The emails were sent to the official addresses provided by the hotel website. - The team managing the spa and the Turkish bathhouse are a different company from the hotel. And they were trying very hard to bring customers in (which made me a bit uncomfortable) whenever using the indoor saunas.

- Iurii (8/5): Отличная поездка для всей семьи - Великолепное питание и шведский стол во время основных приёмов пищи. Огромный выбор блюд европейской и турецкой кухни: мясо на гриле, рыба, свежие овощи и фрукты, салаты, сыры, десерты. Есть возможность ночного приёма пищи (всю ночь) с выбором пиццы из печи, спагетти, десертов, напитков, бургеров и т. п. Приятный персонал в отеле (хотя постоянные предложения купить шубу немного отвлекали, но, как мы поняли, они были не от отеля) и в ресторанах. Чистые номера, ухоженная территория, большой выбор анимации: больше всего понравились танцы, волейбол и вечерняя программа. Отличный тренажёрный зал. Аквапарк на территории и очень профессиональная работа сотрудников с точки зрения безопасности - проверяли посадку перед спуском, контролировали детей. Чистый пляж с возможностью входа в море как с пирса - сразу на глубину, так и с берега - с постепенным заходом. Были в сентябре, и отель организовал Октоберфест. Атмосфера была отличной, однако часть блюд оказалась среднего качества. Например, фондю было очень посредственным. Грунтовый теннисный корт был доступен за отдельную плату. Бесплатно предоставлялось только 45 минут на человека на искусственном покрытии - это не было заранее указано в описании. При бронировании корта произошла накладка, и забронированное время было отдано другим постояльцам. При этом на искусственных кортах было много строительной пыли из-за работ, которые в то время велись на территории отеля. В ресторане a la carte, помимо платного входа (о чём было заранее оговорено и в нашем случае покрывалось бонусом за счёт длительного (8 ночей) проживания), часть блюд также оказалась за дополнительную плату, что не было объяснено. Изначально создавалось впечатление, что после оплаты входа можно выбрать любое блюдо. Небольшой выбор перекусов между основными приёмами пищи. Например, отсутствовали свежие фрукты. Свежевыжатый сок был только на завтраке, но вкусный.

- Tatiana (10/5): - We stayed at this hotel with my parents and we really enjoyed everything. The room was clean and cozy, and the towels were changed every day. The reception staff were always polite and helped with any questions we had. The food was excellent — a big variety and everything was truly delicious. Special thanks to the waiters, who were always in a good mood, created a pleasant atmosphere, and offered drinks. We especially want to mention Özlem, Burak and Ismail— very attentive and kind. Thank you guys for your hard work! We also had a personal assistant who responded quickly and solved all our requests, which made our stay even more comfortable. We were very happy with our vacation and would gladly come back again!

The beach is amazing The AC was set to temperature 24 since it's winter season but actually the temperature was 28 during the day. When we asked to adjust it they said it's not possible. It was too warm during the day.

Bei Regen tropft es an vielen Stellen durch die Decke vorallen beim Haupt-Restaurant.
- Spela (8/5): - Bilo je lepo. Dobra hrana in pijača. Odlični koktaili. En večer je deževalo. Vse je bilo poplavljeno. Streha je puščala vsepovsod. Vodo smo imeli v eni kopalnici, pa smo bili v pritličju. Streha je puščala tudi v restavraciji, po hodniku. Imajo slabo vzdrževanje streh.

- Kelly (7/5): Hyvä lomakohde. - Hyvänkokoiset ja siistit huoneet. Aamupala oikein hyvä, erittäin hyvä valikoima. Kaunis ranta, hyvin tilaa. Ainoastaan yksi allas lämmitetty ja siinä on ikäraja 16-v. Meidän perheen 10-v. lapsi joutui uimaan kylmässä vedessä. Lounasruoan valikoima huonohko. Illallisella suuri osa ruoasta aina toistuu. Ruokasali todella levoton , tuoleissa jkv likaa.
- Christoph (9/5): Wunderschöner Strandaufenthalt. - Grossartige Hotelanlage, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr gutes Buffetrestaurant mit riesiger Auswahl an verschiedenen Speisen und Getränken. Die à la Carte Restaurants servieren hervorragende Speisen. Unzählige verschiedene Bars, an welchen man sehr gute Drinks und Cocktails erhält. Die Betten sind eher unbequem. Ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln.

- Meier (7/5): Okay, aber wir kommen nicht nochmal - Wir kannten das Hotel von unserem letztjährigen Sommer-Aufenthalt. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt, die Restaurants (mit Aufpreis) sind qualitativ sehr gut! Die Zimmer (hatten eine Swimup Suite) sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem im Bad hat es überall schwarze Flecken, die Duschtüre ist undicht und die Fugen zum Teil nicht mehr vorhanden. Der Swimup Pool war nicht nutzbar, da sehr kalt. Auch die anderen Pools waren zu kalt zum baden (das Meer war wärmer). Das Buffetrestaurant ist völlig überladen und man muss zum Teil lange nach einem Tisch suchen. Was absolut nicht ging: die Disco ging bis um 02.00 Uhr nachts und war so laut, dass die Türen im Zimmer vibrierten. Das ganze Unterhaltungsprogramm startete abends um 22 Uhr (wieso nicht früher) und ging bis in die Morgenstunden. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern eine Zumutung und nicht akzeptabel!!!
- Babazena (9/5): Mega-Urlaub - Uns hat alles an der Anlage gefallen: die angebotenen Dienstleistungen, die Sauberkeit, die Qualität des Essens und die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Eine kleine Anmerkung dazu, dass einige Spiele (Minigolf, Tischtennis) erneuert werden könnten. Aus dem Badezimmer kommt manchmal ein Kanalgeruch.

- Isabel (10/5): - Das Personal allgemein ist sehr nett und höfflich. Die Rütschbahnen sind besonders gut. Das Abendprogramm war sehr unterhaltsam. Das kostenlose Spa ist sehr schlecht und das Personal etwas unhöflich. Sie wollten nur seine Leistung verkaufen. Die Ecke für Bobenschiessen, Fußballspielen usw. ist zu alt und in schlechter Zustand.
