When I check in wasn’t smooth, I can understand stand they have policies, but the stuff told me in very impolite way, „hey girl! if you’re not happy, you can cancel your booking! You can’t get any refund anyway!“ while she chewing gum. No one want to pay 200$ for her attitude! Got another room was ok but still the whole building is a bit too old. Good things are they hav japanese bidet and free parking. I reported the problem to the front desk I got“we‘re sorry about that“ and I wrote the email to manager I just wanted to let them know what happened and let their employees get better education of service. But I didn’t get any reply since 1 week! Very angry and disappointed!!!

- Paige (4/5): - Disappointing Stay, Wouldn’t Return I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like it was just one thing after another with this stay. We had a group of about five rooms for the weekend, and none of our rooms were ever cleaned from Friday through Monday — no fresh towels or housekeeping at all. The hotel itself wasn’t dirty, just poorly managed. There’s no breakfast on weekends, and when we tried to get breakfast Monday morning, it was $17 per person for a basic hotel buffet — so we went out instead. In my room, most of the outlets didn’t work, and the only one that did was hanging out of the wall. No complimentary water either. We requested to be on the same floor as our group, which didn’t happen — not a big deal, but still disappointing. The pillows weren’t great, but that’s minor compared to the rest. To top it off, there was a billing issue. I booked the room under my name but didn’t have my card at check-in, so my fiancé used his. They ended up charging both of our cards for the same room, which I now have to get fixed. Overall, the stay was underwhelming. Between the lack of housekeeping, poor service, and billing mistake, I wouldn’t stay here again.
- Robert (4/5): - A 5 minute shower turns into a 25 minute shower because this hotel has water savers and NO WATER PRESSURE. The internet is very poor and has been for the 4 years I have going to this hotel. The bathroom light was blow out and the Maintainance worker ( the guy in the nitted cap that walks around the hotel on his phone all the time ) replaced the light bulb with a 5 watt bulb because that is all he had and he told me that all I need. REALLY. This is a guy I have seen sleeping in his car from time to time. It really is the time to get a new IT Tech to fix the internet system, but I have only been going to this hotel for 4 years. As for the front check in desk, these people work very hard and do very well at their job - thank you

The entire bathroom is very well sanitized and maintained. From the photos provided on booking.com, we expected our Japanese style breakfast but it was only for customers with their company's reservation but is available for extra $18. I had to use Laundry Machine/Dryer but the small laundry room was rusty, dusty and not very clean. all the machines were outdated. One of two washing machines there was a sock stuck by the lid from the beginning to the end, not cleaned and soaked. The Dryer worked fine but medium heat was still very hot.
- Jacob (6/5): - There was just so many small details that made it add up to make it so noticeable. For example walking in at first the place was somewhat humid. Then the walkway you could notice plenty of holes alongside the walls. Floors inside the hotel room looked somewhat dirty (not sure if it was dirty or just due to wear). I will say the sheets and beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom you could notice certain areas having mold grow from it. The bottle of lotion was empty. The toilet was cool I guess, it had a seat warmer so that’s cool! But yeah overall so many small details that threw off the overall environment.

Floors were clean and not sticky with cleaner residue and chemicals like a lot of places, we encountered no detergent smells on the linens. The rooms are very generous on floor space, and the staff are friendly staff. We have stayed multiple times in the Spring and Summer of 25 and expect to stay many more times.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice But Not Great - We stayed here for a festival in Long Beach because it was cheaper. Overall we had a nice stay. Pros: The beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked great. The area also seemed really safe and was quiet. Cons: The pillows were a little lumpy and flat. The water temperature was inconsistent getting really hot one second and freezing the other without touching the handle. The water pressure also was very low and weak. There were several unknown stains on the carpet. No continental breakfast but they do offer free coffee and lemon water in the mornings in the lobby. Overall it was a nice stay but not a great one.

- Emily (6/5): - Check in was fine. Down stairs was clean. However rooms were dirty. Mold in the bathroom, walls had hand prints and dirt all over them. The curtains had blood stains. Rooms are extremely tiny reminds me of a college dorm. This place is basically like an upgrade from motel 6. The pictures online fooled me. It was convenient for the time being as I only slept here but I wouldn’t stay here again.

- Gorkem (2/5): - Bed was ok some part of the bed was used up a lot. The room smell was bad I even told them to clean filter or something about AC they said ok but didn’t change anything. Towels were stained as well as some of their pillows. Carpets smell in the room. Bathroom is horrible with that smell. Our car wasn’t in secure at the parking of the hotel it says already there when I parked the car. Whenever happens to the car they’re not responsible for it and a lot of drugged out people coming to parking lot and check cars because hotel doesn’t have the door for parking. I wasn’t feeling secure.

- Timothy (4/5): - 2 out of 5 stars This hotel is definitely not a 4-star property, despite what the listing might suggest. The building is old and feels neglected—dingy carpets, peeling paint, and a musty smell throughout. The furniture was worn, the lighting dim, and overall the place just felt tired and run down. Staff were polite enough, but that couldn’t make up for the outdated and uncomfortable environment. Would not recommend unless you’re just looking for a place to crash and have very low expectations.
