• Linda (10/5): I am truly gratiful for all the staff at both Motel Downtown and Motel 6 West for their help - Felicia, from the Motel 6 West, helped me book rooms at the Downtown Motel 6 because I needed a refrigerator & microwave for my 6 day stay. After the morning of the first night, the water pipes broke, Willie, the maintenance grounds keeper contacted the owner to help obtain permission to continue my stay at the west Downtown location and not have to relocate to the West Motel 6 branch in Williams, AZ, that didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. The staff was so kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. Even though I had to spend Mother's Day in a motel room, the staff made me feel at home. I will always remember all the wonderful people at the Motel 6 Downtown and West with an unlimited amount of gratitude!! My stay without water caused me to obtain water in other containers in order to flush the commode. I had to obtain water several times to keep the commodes working.

The over night front desk man was sleeping deeply and would not wake up when attempted to. He was then getting our stuff ready and when asked questions his energy gave off bothered.

It also did not provide basic amenities, such as a mini fridge, microwave, and hair dryer. The WiFi was free but worked poorly when most rooms were occupied. Noise from the room above was extremely loud. No carpeting - vinyl faux hardwood.

Neighbors had barking dogs are lots of children running around and slamming into wall late at night. Booked this place for the indoor pool/spa but that was closed. Building was falling apart, most of the tiles in the bathroom were cracked. Beds uncomfortable....horrible experience. Was deceiving because they had an overall rating 8 on booking.com
• Kyle (3/5): it’s a 2 star experience for a 2 star price. - it’s about 2 hours from the grand canyon. there wasn’t much available when we booked last minute under $400 a night so this was as close as we could get. Maybe should have stayed in Flagstaff. the beds were pretty bad. old spring mattresses on a cheap frame. the room was empty apart from the two queen beds and a single desk. nothing in the walls. maybe throw a route 66 photo or grand canyon photo on the wall? just cold and empty. the heater only worked on high so the gas was super loud when it kicked on. no elevator, which we didn’t need but it would have sucked if we did. i don’t remember seeing anything to let guests know. i guess that’s when you get when you book a 2 star hotel.

Nothing like waking up and putting your feet down into a cold puddle. If course the manager is on vacation and frontline staff says they can't deal with any complaints.

• Laura (1/5): Never staying here again - The location was convenient This was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Before arrival, I tried contacting the front desk multiple times and the phone was disconnected — the staff later admitted the reason was because “they haven’t paid it.” I finally had to reach the only number listed on the app that appeared to be the number for the owner just to confirm that our late check-in after 2 AM would be okay, and they assured us the front desk was staffed 24 hours and we can check in. When we got there, they told us our reservation had been canceled and made us pay again, even though we had already prepaid through Booking.com. Now I’m still dealing with the headache of trying to get my money refunded. On top of all that, our key card stopped working every single night, forcing us to go back down to the front desk to get it reprogrammed. It was inconvenient and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This location needs major improvements in communication, management, and overall service.

• Kristen (5/5): It was fine, but not our favorite place to stay. - It was a great location and things were clean. There was black mold in the caulk of our bathrooms, and it just wasn’t cozy inviting. The pool also wasn’t working and that was a big reason we booked this location.

• Korey (1/5): pretty freaking crappy to be honest - walls are thin. room was at the top of the stairs and could hear conversation from people in the lobby and the hall. every time the room next door used their sink or shower, it would make a loud whining sound that felt like it was shaking the walls. pool (the entire reason we chose this hotel) was closed without any information on the listing or their website.

Abbiamo preso 2 camere ed entrambe avevano diversi capelli nel letto! Chiaramente abbiamo chiesto una sostituzione che é stata accolta. Non era presente nessun tipo di bagnoschiuma o shampoo o asciugacapelli. Stanze con muri molto sottili, quindi ogni rumore si sentiva ogni scricchiolio! In generale non lo consiglierei! Si può trovare di meglio e a miglior prezzo!

• David (4/5): We will look for other places to stay in Williams for the first time in 8 years of staying in town. - Staff is always amazing here. Location is great. You can walk to the market. Right on 66 and close to the freeway. We used to make this our hotel in Williams. This place is now the Hotel 6 of past. The facility is beat and was not as clean as in the past. I have stayed here many times and will look elsewhere now. It needs a remodel and complete refresh. Our up stair neighbors were extremely loud.

• Flávio (6/5): Não recomendo muito o hotel... - A localização é relativamente boa, mas fica um pouco longe dos principais restaurantes do lugar, e dos lugares mais interessantes da cidade. O quarto não é dos melhores, embora aceitável. Não devo ficar novamente neste hotel quando em Williams. Tinha entendido que havia café da manhã no hotel, mas a verdade é que só tinha Café mesmo e mais nada. Acabamos indo tomar café em outro lugar, mas isso atrasou um tanto a nossa viagem e chegada ao próximo destino.
