Expedia should have known that this business was closed and not made that reservation. I had to scramble to find my own hotel room

Lori (4/5): Give this place a hard pass! - First of all, there is no staff at this motel. Check in is through a person on a computer screen. My reservation was for a non-smoking room for 3 people. When we arrived, the man on the screen told me that the only room available was a smoking room. There were maybe about 20 people in the whole place, (most of us were going to the same conference) so how is it that we had the only room available. I tried to find room in another hotel and there wasn’t much available. When I let them know that we were staying, they blamed the app for giving us a smoking room. The sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable, The bathroom ceiling was disgusting and the shower head was crusty. I never saw one staff member/cleaning person there for the 3 days we were there. If I can help it, we will never stay there again.

The toilet in one of the two rooms had mold inside, my wife went to the supply room to find cleaner. The other room didn't have a working air conditioner. My son stayed inthat room and called for maintenance. Was told it would only take 10 minutes. After a half hour he called back and asked to get a different room. They did do that. They also don't have front desk staff. We checked around 10 PM and had to do it with a kiosk. We left after 8 AM, there wasn't anyone we ever saw working there. This used to be nice a few years ago it isn't surprising there were only 3 vehicles in the parking lot.

That was the attraction for us. No ice machine on property. They were working on getting another one but it would be some time before it came in. There was no staff to check us in, I talked to a man over a TV screen and was issued my key and receipt very impersonal. While watching TV in the room the cable went out at 9:30 pm and never came back on. When I called the "operator" the phone rang but no one ever answered and

Kaylyn (2/5): - Overall not the cleanest. There was cigarette burn holes in the sheets, our room had no side tables or furniture. Just two chairs and the fridge and microwave on the floor. There was no toiletries or soap and when we asked for some via the kiosk concierge, they said some would be up to our room shortly but no one ever came. Our towels were in a trash bag outside our door upon arrival. The hallways had no lights on so at night it was pitch dark. The rooms were labeled with masking tape on the door frames with the numbers written on in sharpie. As we went to leave we noticed large bugs crawling on the floor in our room and the hallway. Would not recommend.

Room was dirty, bed was a full and not a queen as described, no microwave as described, towels were barely big enough for a small child. 60 plus percent of motel under construction.

They brought me ant spray and said that in the entire hotel, only 12 rooms were working because no maintenance workers. Awful disgusting hotel There is no check in person and you use this video machine. There are signs that say push 0 for help and someone is always at the hotel. I called probably 8 times for 3 days and never once did anyone answer. Hotel is a total mess. Avoid!!!

Robert (2/5): Do Not Stay Here. - Check in was done virtually. In fact I didn’t see a live employee the whole time I was there. Most of the lights were not working in the second floor hallway, so it was very dark. The hallway also stunk of weed. Our bed linens were stained and had burn holes in them. There’s nothing to do in Junctuon City, so we thought we’d do some laundry, but all of the laundry machines were out of order. The pool was out of order as well. Looking at other reviews, I’ll probably get a response to this review saying that they take my concerns seriously and will work to improve. Unfortunately, it’s obvious that these have been problems for quite a long time and nothing has been done.

Verified traveler (2/5): GO ELSEWHERE - People in the next room were smoking illicit drugs and partying. I woke up this morning with a headache. My room was dirty. Still had food crumbs and dirt on the floor and food crumbs on the table from whomever was there before me. the toilet line sprayed every time i sat on the toilet, so i had to leave a towel down to keep the leakage in check. There were NO breakfast offerings at all, even though there was supposed to be. It was not a good sampling of a Motel 6 stay for sure.
Brian (2/5): They're Not Even Trying - There were no lights on in the hallway, which is a super-sized problem, which was the only large thing about my stay. There were no numbers on the rooms aside from illegible scrawlings on painters tape stuck sideways on the doorframe. Check-in was via an impersonal, too-loud kiosk connecting to some random Asian dude, who demanded my phone number and then I got unasked for texts. The room smelled faintly. There was a cigar burn hole in the curtains AND liner, so there was a tiny little spotlight letting my big toe know that he's the real star. There was a half-sized towel to match the half-sized shower. The bed was small, no more than a regular, if indeed that big. No TV. Good news tho, no bedbugs and I looked thoroughly after all the other problems. Kept my luggage in the half a bathtub, just in case. The motel is right next to a manufacturing plant. I dont know what they make, but it's loud and stinky. It's a good thing that the heater was really loud to cover the plant's noise.

Brian (2/5): They're Not Even Trying - There were no lights on in the hallway, which is a super-sized problem, which was the only large thing about my stay. There were no numbers on the rooms aside from illegible scrawlings on painters tape stuck sideways on the doorframe. Check-in was via an impersonal, too-loud kiosk connecting to some random Asian dude, who demanded my phone number and then I got unasked for texts. The room smelled faintly. There was a cigar burn hole in the curtains AND liner, so there was a tiny little spotlight letting my big toe know that he's the real star. There was a half-sized towel to match the half-sized shower. The bed was small, no more than a regular, if indeed that big. No TV. Broken (4/5): - Stayed here for 2 nights and never saw a single employee. Not exaggerating. Not one time did I see an employee. Even the "front desk clerk" is not an actual person; its a kiosk that connects you to someone overseas. Blankets have cigarette burns. Tv remote batteries are held in by tape. Light switches are BLACK (as in so dirty they are black). Room numbers are handwritten on the walls beside the door. Nowhere in the hotel smells clean. Again, no exaggeration. The room smelled like it had been vacant for a long time. The hallways smell like cigarettes and body odor and the lobby somehow smells like a combination of both. Everything is outdated and worn down except for the flat screen tv in the room...which didnt even get the weather channel. Money should've been invested in repairing and updating the building, instead of paying for that kiosk. If they're aren't going to do that then they should tear the hotel down our sell it to someone that will actually care for the property. The only plus was the fact that the hotel was so empty that it was quiet both day and night.

Room was freshly painted, clean. TV was not hooked up. Plugged in and attached cable. Poor reception. Slept well and no vehicles when I left in am. Felt unsafe?? No hot coffee or snacks. Weird.
Karen (4/5): - Kiosk check in. no one else on property including other guests, front door open to anyone, stairs and elevator very dirty, security lock on assigned room broken, WIFI for only 5 minutes every hour, cold morning coffee, sign saying staff available 24 hours by dialing "0", no answer to repeated calls (next am kiosk staff admitted phones not working), no room cleaning despite 2 days stay, cockroaches, room numbered by pieces of masking tape on doors

Brandon (6/5): - The cleaning staff that was on site friday and saturday night were awesome. I had a pet so the lady went and found me some old towels to clean up the snow tracked in and to wipe off my dog. They also had the place spotless!! They were perfect! What i didnt like is there was not a front desk person available in person. The kiosk screen used to get checked in wasnt bad but because there was no one there at thw front desk, the hotel had people walking in off the street that didnt have rooms booked there. 2 sleeping in the stairwell. Begging money from people. Approaching us inside and outside. The cleaning lady was trying to get them to leave but thwy kept coming back. At 2am she was trying to get one to leave and he was screaming at her. I walked out of my room to make sure of her safety. This should not be her problem to deal with. Im sure she doesnt get paid to run transients out of the hotel. The supervision and lack of front desk staff will make me not stay there again. Good idea with the try on the kiosk, but NO! Doesnt work. You need to give the cleaning staff a bonus for the crap she had to deal with and you need to have a live person at the front desk. Thats how hotels work.
Steve (2/5): - Price and availability were the only pluses. Had to use a kiosk to check in and it took a long time. The room was more like a prison cell than a motel. No carpet, window screens torn, no cups to be found anywhere, no ice machine, no vending machines, no coffee available, burn holes in the covers, and the place stunk. I’ll never be back.

Amanda (6/5): Not a 6 in my book. - First thing we didn’t appreciate was the virtual check-in process. You check in on a video screen. That’s all well and good but if you need to talk to someone on-site you’re out of luck. We needed an extra towel and wanted to know is there were any hair dryers but could never get anyone to answer the phone. Other than that the beds were fine but the cover had lots of burn holes. No amenities like shampoo😕 and the bathroom fan could wake the next room. The price might be good but expectations should be low.
Suzan (10/5): Pleasantly Surprise - Was pleasantly surprised for a motel. Clean and convenient to where I wanted to be. Checkin was a bit different by a video but overall service and courtesy was not lost. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area. Price per night was also budget friendly.
Sandi (6/5): - The front desk is a machine with a nice guy on a tv screen. That was the reception. An unfriendly girl entered behind the desk but never said a word. Floors to enter the building and the hallway were filthy. Thankfully the room was fairly clean, bed fairly comfortable, and price was right, but it was really noisy since it backed up to freeway.
Taylor (6/5): - Not much close by for food or entertainment of any sort. Kiosk checkin/out takes quite a bit longer than dealing with a live person. Booked a queen bed, we had a full but were too tired to change once we got there. Overall, room was fine since we were only really there to sleep but the whole property could use a good deep cleaning. It was reasonable for the price but wouldn’t stay here again.

Derek (2/5): Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in - Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Building is under construction, room was dirty, there were soft spots in the floor like you could fall through if you tried hard enough. The TV didn’t work and the shower curtain smelled like urine. No front desk person, they have a kiosk with someone working remotely that talks to you. Just overall a terrible experience. Just spend the money to stay somewhere decent.
Tiffany (2/5): Don't waste your money, stay somewhere else. - This hotel was so run down and completely dirty. The floor was disgusting and looked like it had not been vacuumed in years. We had to change rooms as soon as we checked in because the room was dirty with old blood stains in the pillow case, urine in the toilet and someones drinking cup in the bathroom. Our second room was a little better but the bathroom drain ran so slow and the bathroom, overall, just looked dirty. The towels were gray and old. The room numbers were written on masking tape and stuck on the doors. There was just a big empty space were the ice machine should of been. Overall, just a really dirty and run down place.

Verified traveler (6/5): Clean hotel, otherwise not great - Hotel was clean and fine for a quick night of sleep. The check in at the kiosk is uncomfortable with a cold, unfriendly guy who is hard to understand. The TV remote didn't work and the pool was closed with outside temps above 100. It worked for our family but not somewhere I would go again unless I have to.

There was black, mold, old, warm food in our nonworking refrigerator, and the service attendant for our floor was constantly smoking in their room, which made it smell horrible. No towels, exposed live electrical wires, no room number plaques, no laundry available, no ice machine, no vending, no towels, no furniture other than the actual beds, no place to put your clothes, no desk, cigarette holes in bedding. No operator. You can bet your sweet bippie I will NEVER stay here again and promise to tell everyone I possibly can how awful this place is!! This review only allows 8 photos of how aful this place is, but I have much much more.
Gale (2/5): - This is the worse place I’ve ever stayed at. It’s stinks like someone took a crap everywhere. Can’t turn on air conditioner because it blows out poop smell. Live wires hanging out the walls. No one around to ask questions because you’re talking to a box robot. Everything is out of order. Bed stinks and very uncomfortable. Gregory (2/5): - Check in and out were HORRIFIC! You have to use a kiosk with someone from India or Pakistan who is impossibility to understand. They wouldn't give me a receipt when I checked out. No one cleaned the room. No new towels. The showerhead had one long hard stream that came out, and couldn't be adjusted. The freezer in the refrigerator didn't work. No one was ever onsite. I will NEVER stay at this complete dive ever again!

No nightstand between the beds, only 2 lites in the room, no desk to place things on , and electrical wires sticking out of the wall. By far the worst motel I have ever stayed in. I will never stay here again, if they can't have a live person at the check in desk to handle problems, that's saying to me they don't care about their customers.

Jerry (2/5): - I have stayed at this motel for several times now, this time was terrible. First, there was no toilet paper, then when i went to take a shower there was hair all over the shower, so i cleaned that up. I took my shower to realize i had no bath towels only hand towels. I dried off and went to pit my drinks in the refrigerator to find a half drank shake from the previous renters. The floor had not been sweep and the mirror had water splatters on it.
David (2/5): Horrible Motel 6, DONT STAY HERE!!! - Horrible motel. I stayed in Motel 6's all over the country and this was the worst motel 6 ever. All the vending machines were broken, ice machine was broken, pool was broken. Sign says employee on duty 24hrs a day. No employee to be found. Checkin is by kiosk with vidro of person in another country who barely dpeaks english. Dial 0 and person keeps hanging up. DONT STAY HERE!!!!
bryan (6/5): - Virtual check in is not easiest with language barrier. Once got to room noticed needed towels. So I called to front desk, after 2 rings get disconnected. Tried again same result. They advertise throughout of dial 0 and someone answers. Therefore had to deal With virtual assistance. After few communication breakdowns finally understood towels are in locker close to front with remote opening. Once I returned to room I then noticed no soap or shampoo. Therefore decided didn’t want to “deal” with virtually so no soap. I noticed all vending and washers, ice machines had out of order signs. The rooms were comfortable but would prefer someone onsite.
Jackson (8/5): - It was pretty quiet and safe. You get what you pay for. Good place to stop and sleep for the night. When I checked in there was a kiosk which I’d never used before but was easy and quick.

Under the top sheet and blanket was very dirty bed.. and as there's no front desk staff, nobody to talk to. Room was a cheap room.
Shalena (2/5): - This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are nothi g like the picture advertised. Scotch tape with the room number was used to find the rooms. Hallways smelled like dog poop and were not vacuumed at all. In the room there were holes in the wall from where light fixtures use to be. Television did not work for hours. Close this hotel down.
Kerry (4/5): - When we got to the room the bed had crumbs on it as of whoever “cleaned” the room was eating a granola bar while making the bed, then the pillow cases had boogers on them. Asked to get it cleaned again and they did but then called me at 9:30 at night saying they were going to switch us rooms
Josh (2/5): - Since when does an hotel not have 24 hour staff available? Our stay was terrible. No staff present at the location, just someone on a computer who was who knows how far away, who took an absurd amount of time to get us checked in. Towels and linens were dirty- hair still present from previous guests. Window was open in our room on arrival. No toiletries were supplied and when we called the operator, we had to go down to the lobby only to find their “supply locker” opened via a computer miles away was out of the supplies we needed and wouldn’t be available until the following day (which we were only there for one night, so absolutely useless). Half the lights in our room did not turn on. Bottom line, would rather sleep in the truck than stay here again.
