- Maduka (10/5): - Very large apartment, comfirtable bed, quiet

- Natalie (8/5): Central location, nice clean room, lovely view - We had a free upgrade on check in which was a nice surprise, the apartment was clean and the view of the golf course which was lovely. Nothing
- Rosalie (4/5): - Gardens and grounds looked stunning and well kept.
Hot water was instant and good pressure.
Bathroom spotlessly clean, Room was a let down, greeted when opened the door by a huge stain in carpet, with a few other smaller ones in the room,
Stains on quilt which was only between two sheets and not in a quilt cover. Maybe this is a new thing ??
Cutlery was dirty as well as the coffee cups...all which was quite easily washed but begs the question if it had actually been checked???
- Paul (8/5): Perfect accommodation for overnight stay - Clean accommodation with comfy bed & nice shower with boiling hot water. Beautiful golf course. Basic accommodation with limited kitchen utensils & crockery.
- jodie (7/5): - Such beautiful setting pleasant stay outdated rooms uncomfortable furniture .
- Narelle (8/5): Nice getaway - Lovely staff
Nice clean room and comfortable bed
Quiet location
Swimming pool Needing some care outside in the non golf areas
- Prashant (1/5): Pathetic and bad - Here’s a concise, impactful version tailored for Google Reviews:
⸻
Very disappointing stay.
The only good thing about this property is the location. The lounge room TV never worked despite complaining 4–5 times—staff kept saying they were “too busy” and no one fixed it. Travelling with a toddler, this was extremely frustrating.
Check-in experience was poor as well—we arrived around 1:45 pm and were just told to wait without any assistance.
Food and room service are overpriced and not worth it.
The swimming pool was not clean, water quality seemed poor, and the spa wasn’t working (looked like it had been out of order for a while).
We paid around $550 for 2 nights, so definitely not cheap and not worth the money.
Would not recommend, especially for families. Here’s a concise, impactful version tailored for Google Reviews:

- Portia (9/5): Spontaneous Easter weekend night stay - Loved the spacious unit, it was clean and comfortable.
We also got an upgrade on check in which was a pleasant surprise, love love loved the unit with our spa bath! Thank you so much ladies.
It was quite a busy afternoon for the staff but they were doing a great job getting us checked in over Easter weekend.
Pools looked alluring and the grounds were well maintained.
There's a bar and restaurant on site- we did not use it but nice option to have. Would have been great to have smart TV in room. Also our conditioner dispenser wasn't working, probably just overused bottle. Not enough to not like, just things the host could review.

- Stefan (10/5): Best place I’ve stayed at for a very long time. - The room was brilliant, the restaurant and food was brilliant. The hot Spa didn’t work which was a let down.
- Tatana (8/5): -
- Nicole and Thomas (8/5): Would go back if I know the mattress and pillows are updated including some furniture - Property is in a great location the gardens are well looked after and clean friendly staff room size with the pool view is great found it a little outdated..mattress was hard and not very comfortable including pillows 😞 lounge could be replaced as it’s old and looked well used other then that it was a very nice stay 👌 Other then what I wrote no other complaints
- Projects115 (9/5): Great location, amenities, and loved the golfing green view! - Location and view of the green, very peaceful N/A
- clive (8/5): Great golf course with comfortable lodgings - Attached golf course
- Lyfsabuz (9/5): -
- Chapman (10/5): -
- Amanda (9/5): Great stay for our girls night! - Was great value for money and good location. Pool area was nice although an area was being repaired during our stay and taped off. Nice view of the golf course. The rooms are quite outdated. Furniture looks pretty dingy with damaged wood on cupboards and dirty looking carpet.
- Susie Hitchcock (6/5): - Breakfast was good. Studio suite was comfortable. Towels were plentiful. Views of the course fantastic. The spa pool was closed, both it and the pool need refurbishing.
The studio suite was ok but needs refurbishing - lighting & bathroom would benefit from updating.
Lighting in the grounds at night was minimal.
- lather (10/5): We loved the upgrade. Was such a nice stay - We were upgraded! None
- mrmarioc2016 (8/5): Great spot - Great spot. We stayed 2 nights. Clean great facilities. Very comfortable. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. Only negative was the footpath lighting. There was none working. We had to turn on our torch lights on our phones to navigate to our room.
- Corina (10/5): -
- Tamara (9/5): -
- Buck (10/5): -
- Pam (10/5): Friendly staff. Great meals. - Beautiful location. Clean and comfortable rooms.
- Tanya (10/5): -
- brendan (8/5): Very good comfortable and relaxing . - The tradional service of freash sheets and towels every day .they evan gave us extra lactose free milk . Food is good well worth trying . Instructions on how they want the place left .
- Margaret (7/5): ok but expensive for what we got - that it was on the golf course good location that we had to park too far from the room
- Neil (7/5): -
- Thomas (9/5): Location and comfort - excellent. - Delighted by the view over the golf course and having our dinner on the patio of our room as the sun set. Peaceful and comfortable. The staff tidied our room and this was very welcome. We had family business to attend to in Eaton and the location of Mecure Sanctuary was perfect. If we had any comments they come from the 'nit picking' department. The decor in our room we feel is a bit dated and the swimming pool water was less than crystal clear - but these are not deal breakers.
- NOREEN (9/5): -
- Paula (7/5): - Beautiful location and good facilities :)
- Kerrie (8/5): Great - Location and access to facilities Food was not great at ClubHouse
- Leanne (9/5): We enjoyed our stay but the traffic noise this time was quite bad. We always stay on golf course sid - We liked the room but would have liked a bigger shower with no curtain as the curtain did not stop the water going out all over the bathroom floor. The shower and the small fridge. A bigger fridge under the stair would be better.
- Isabella (8/5): Has everything ya need - Pool and size of room N/A
- Patrick (7/5): Quick visit but relaxing. - Good location by the golf course. Ample parking. nothing
- Ros (5/5): Overpriced - Location Overpriced, no upgrades - a 40 yo complex, no renovations. We presented our Accor card - they wouldn’t accept it as we booked through Bookjng.com.
- Joanne (8/5): -
- Tracy (7/5): A little disapointing - The location was perfect, the rooms were kelt clean and tidy. The grounds and pool area were beautiful abd stafc were lovely The room was unfortunately quite outdated. The couches were old and collapsed, and due to a back injury I was unable to use them during our stay.. the fridge was too small for food for a five-night stay, and there was no cupboard space available for dry goods, which made things difficult.
We were also disappointed that the outdoor spa was unavailable, it had apparently been broken for some time. This was something we were looking forward to using while the kids swam.
Nearby rooms also appeared to have new outdoor sets, newer furniture indoors and updated interiors. We made it work, but it could have been better. Maybe check which room you're getting when you book.
- Samantha (9/5): Peaceful - Its was nice and quiet. I was on the golf course and I didn't hear anything. The rooms was nice and roomy. I was left alone. The bed was comfortable but at the end of it, it was lumpy, but I am not very tall so it didn't matter. Great value for money. Not the resorts fault but there are lots of mozzies, I was bitten a lot. My own fault should have spray repellant.
- Lee (7/5): Good - Golf resort Pool is very dirty
- Gail (8/5): It fitted our need perfectly - Quiet, clean , convenient and excellent value for money . A very seamless experience . We couldn’t fault it .
- Kristy (8/5): - It was a beautiful property, over looking the golfing greens. Quiet and comfy. Nothing really, a little out of town, however expected being a golf course.
- Maureen (10/5): -
- Jessica (3/5): Disappointing - I appreciated the bath, it was big and spacious. Unfortunately, it was the only positive thing about the room. 1. Air-conditioning: the unit needs to be replaced. The unit was located in the lounge area and even with my door fully open, it didn't really reach into the room where I was sleeping. The unit was also loud and I required ear plugs to sleep through it.
2. Lighting: needs to be updated, there were switches everywhere. I would suggest re-wiring them so that they are in one place, and also so that they are one style of lighting (white or yellow), it looks tacky otherwise;
3. Sleeping: Mattresses in the room needs replacing - the mattress was hard and uncomfortable. I could also feel the split in the bed where you have attempted to combine two singles to make a king bed. This is fine, however, you shouldn't be able to feel the split under the mattress.
4. Bathing: The bath was good, however, when filling up the bath the water color was an off-yellow color. I would suggest getting the pipes investigated, could possibly be rust in the piping.
5. Décor: The overall décor was significantly lacking and outdated. There was nothing charming or welcoming about this room.
- Etwell (8/5): Good - Good golf course and spacious rooms Beds - need to be upgraded
- Roderick (8/5): -
- Simone (8/5): -
- Chayla (10/5): Our kids loved it here! - View was amazing, great size, pool on the door step, plenty of parking Food at the golf resort wasn’t great
- Henry (8/5): very good - comfortable rooms
- Elizabeth (6/5): Comfortable enough and clean, good location, pleasant staff, outdated interior. - Needs refurbishing. Very old furniture, fittings, etc.
- Rachel (10/5): The staff were friendly and attentive - The restaurant, grounds and cleanliness of the room. The bed was quite uncomfortable.
- Phil (5/5): - Bathrooms need an upgrade. Strong smell of bleach
- Melinda (10/5): Had a great night stay at the club. - Had tea there excellent and a great variety of meal selections . I would like a sepperate shower.
- Nasrin (7/5): It was good but could be better - Natural settings Small kitchen and supplies
- Margarete (4/5): -
- Margaret (9/5): -
- Anita (9/5): -
- Tony (9/5): -
- Tennielle (1/5): Poor performance. Avoid like the plague. - The bedroom didn't have airconditioning. It was a very hot day. 34+. The website said airconditioning. But it wasn't in all the bedrooms. There was two small units. One in the downstairs lounge area. One in the upstairs main bedroom. Nothing in the bedroom with two single beds. Preparing food in the kitchen was way too hot. The air con units were obviously not fit for purpose. And could not cool the space down. We drove 2.5 hours. Opened the door and it was hot and stuffy. Kids couldn't sleep in that environment. We packed and left after a few hours. Tried to go to the pool. Went and bought bags of ice. Hoped the outside temperature would drop enough to open the two windows in the hot kids bedroom. Still too hot. I do not reccomend. We drove two hours home. Then had to drive to Pemberton the next day. Wasting 5 hours driving.
- Corina (10/5): -
- Tristan (10/5): Perfect stay. Will be back. - Location was great.
Room was perfect, especially for our family.
Pool was great. Nothing we didn’t like.
- Jomon (10/5): Beautiful - Very delicious, very satisfying quality and quantity. Staff were very aprochable.. And we really enjoyed I don't think anything..
If there is is a pathway around the pond to walk that may be good thing
- Simone (10/5): -
- Li Sha (2/5): Old and tired - The staffs are cordial, an expansion of golf course and great landscape. But really that is all The property screams old and outdated. It is unbelievable that it is still allowed to operate under such condition. All the furnitures and fixtures are old and outdated. The management should do something about it - Lighting, tiles, sofa, kitchen, toilet etc everything just seems off
- Sarah (1/5): Won’t say again - Not that clean . Pool
Not clean . Tennis court not clean . Rooms not clean, house keeping leave doors open so there were lots of flies in the room everyday !
Playground is too babyish for tweens, swing is broken only one works , only good thing restaurant food not too bad .
- Elaine (7/5): - Location to the estuary for crabbing Pool to be clean, handrails for people with disabilities or not so steady on their feet.
- Lisa (10/5): -
- Madonna (10/5): Excellent. Will surely come back. - Peaceful and serene. They gave us our own apartment with great views which was unexpected. Front office was very pleasant. Waiting Staff during our breakfast in dining room had also exceptional customer service skills. Thank you. Nothing
- Rho (8/5): -
- Sam zare (7/5): -
- Riham (10/5): -
- Gimhani (2/5): It cost me $430 dollars to stay in this resort with poor facilities. Not at all worth the cost. - It’s located in a beautiful area. Poor facilities, jacuzzi was out of order, pool was dirty, room & washroom were very old with minimal facilities.
- Camille (7/5): Average stay…a little dissapointing. - Awesome outdoor dining area and the golf driving range was great. Bathrooms were a bit dirty and the fan in one room didn’t work well and the air conditioner up stairs was not working well.
- Sharon (10/5): We will be back - Lovely outlook, relaxed feel.
- yadwinder (10/5): -
- Tenielle (1/5): - Nothing The room was horrible
- Tarlee (5/5): - Staff were amazing, food was nice!! The carpets and couches were dirty and stained. Room was a little rundown (old furniture, old kitchen appliances). Room could have done with a deep clean.
- suren (7/5): - Good location and quiet environment.
The check-in process was smooth and the setting itself is pleasant. No A/C in one room.
Stairs were unsuitable due to my wife's knee problem
Clealiness issues ( basins ,iron, outdoor furniture ) ,fridge not cold enough, and no door matt at the entrance, causing dust to come inside.
Food :
The tacos were the worst I've had, and the beef burger was overcooked..
Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy our food .
However, the environment and staff were outstanding!!!
- Yolanda (9/5): Beautifully maintained Golf Course. The Evening Meal exceeded our expectations with a relaxing view - We did not have breakfast. The parking ... a little too far from our room. (Shld have brought lightweight suitcases)!
- Amy (8/5): Perfect - Beautiful golf course Nil
- Helen (9/5): - Reception staff were super friendly and helpful
Gardens and pool were well kept
Room was nice , clean and big
- Danica (3/5): -
- Zaa Thang (10/5): -
- Nathan (10/5): -
- stevehU6877JZ (4/5): Poor accommodation, nice surroundings. - Unfortunately, the accommodation is very old and quite dated, and it’s in serious need of refurbishment. The overall condition reflects years of wear and neglect — there are holes in the doors, broken or non-functioning soap dispensers, and an unappealing brown décor that feels straight out of the 1990s. It’s a real shame, as the setting itself is beautiful and the surrounding golf course is exceptionally well maintained. With some much-needed updates and attention to detail, the accommodation could really complement its lovely surroundings.
- Glenn (6/5): Average - Shower recess was broken and moldy. Shower / bathroom was very tired and felt unclean.
Having to also walk with all our luggage quite a distance to get to our room whilst pouring with rain.
- Geoff (8/5): Good location and nice a quiet - Great location only a short drive to Bunbury. Nice a quiet It is getting a bit old, but still a nice place to stay
