susan (5/5): As nice as the facilities were, the cons were just too much. - Very clean and comfortable room and bed. Nice staff. It was very noisy. Doors banging constantly till one in the morning, along with the sound of the elevator. The air conditioner worked great but was loud as a freight train.

Randy (5/5): I would not reccomend staying here - Its location was next to interstate and had eating places close by. Swimming pool was not working and did not look like it had been used in a long time and had no water in it.Rooms were clean but had a lot of repair work that needed to be done to them door of bathroom needed to be replaced at bottom was busted and toilet needed to be anchored to the floor and would rock back and fourth had no bolts holding it down to floor and the shower head in shower was broken and did not work was not a very good room at all only thing that was good about the room was it was clean and tv worked

TANNER (1/5): It was awful - The toilet wouldn't flush, so I had to switch rooms and that toilet didn't flush without removing the lid and manually moving the valve. The shower curtain rod was broken and the curtain wouldn't stay closed, so it sprayed water all over the floor. There was no vent fan functioning either so it made the whole room into a rain forest. The ice machine is out of order, the candy machine empty, the drink machine was out of order and the back door nearest the room doesn't open from the outside.

Weller (6/5): - The price was very affordable, and the location of the hotel to the place of our business was less than 3 miles. There was no hair dryer and coffee pot in the room, nor was there an iron and ironing board. This is something I thought you just found standard in all hotels nowadays. It's been probably 10 years or more since I stayed in a room where there weren't these things. But it was my fault for not checking before booking our stay!
John (1/5): Didn't even stay at the hotel! We canceled because the room was NOT wheelchair friendly! - The whole reservation was a lie! It was supposed to be handicap access. There was no way for her to use the shower! We canceled the room and had to get a different room at a completely different hotel! We were told the money would be refunded by the hotel and booking.com! And not one dime has been refunded!
Chanda (5/5): Clean Room Conveniently Located - The staff was hospitable, the room was clean, convenient location and most importantly I felt safe. I would stay here again. The hotel is older and a bit worn. It was okay for the price. The room was darker than expected and the walls are thin. It could have been user error but the television (Direct TV) only had cartoons or infomercials.

Rosie (5/5): Ok - Friendly staff, clean rooms, clean overall, and only 12 minutes away from casino plenty of restaurants around gas station, and Walmart across the street First they change your room excuse. Was somebody damaged the property when we got there? We were told that our room was giving away then when we left and came back from the casino try to take a shower and there was no hot water so from 2 to 6, we were moved to 209 at 4 AM in the morning.
