- Avery (2/5): - Worst experience ever. Had a five night stay and had to change rooms three times in two days due to mold mildew and bedbugs. Later in the night, I discovered a RAT crawling around and demanded a room change. I had no headboard on my bed just a mattress against the wall. Dirty floors and rags to cover up holes. I have bites all over my body. Unused tissue with a stain on it and shower head kept falling off while taking a shower. I believe I had some kind of tick on my pillow and after that, I was never comfortable and scared to sleep. I ended up checking out earlier than what I had already paid for because I couldn’t take it anymore. I also contacted corporate about the conditions of the motel. This place needs to be shut down. I’m also attaching pictures.

- MINDY (2/5): You might want to skip this place - We have stayed here before and wanted to give them the benefit of doubt. There is mold in the bathroom, tiny flies coming out of the sinks in every room we tried, the floors are very uneven to the point of tripping over some of the planks, the beds are very uncomfortable. When you turn the air on it gets very wet in the room. We left early and they wouldn't give us the last 5 nights out of 9 that we paid for, back to us.

But we had warm water which is the most important thing. I’m used to motels, but this one was in a weird area, suspicious people are moving around. But otherwise everything was good.
- Essence (2/5): - The man two doors down from me was beating on his guy. He was walking around with a machete outside. It was just crazy, and the noise just went on for like two hours, and then at 4 o’clock in the morning somebody pulled up playing loud music for about 30 minutes.

The hardwood floors are filthy and missing several floorboards, while the baseboards are unsightly and coming apart. The towels had stains on them, and the bed coverings had cigarette holes. The bathtub is dirty and grimy, and the outlet covers are broken in half. Within 48 hours, I had breakfast, lunch and dinner. I stayed for one night and tried to avoid touching anything. The room is worth only a third of what is being charged. The owners should be ashamed to offer guests such accommodations.

They also run the chevron that’s right there please do not support these dirty people with their disgusting behavior and nasty motel ! With roaches rats and bed bites and urinal smell!They don’t like black peoples so please steeer clear from these racist Indians they only want our money then imthe smiles go away

- Derek (10/5): - Motel6 does a good job at offering the basics at a very affordable price. It may not be at the Ritz' quality, but it does have a medium-size fridge, microwave, good heat/AC, and strong WiFi. And that's having more than most people in the world. The staff was very friendly and able to check me in quickly. One exit south has a WalMart Supercenter with several restaurants around it. But the highlight is that this Motel6 shares a parking lot with Waffle House, which is all anyone needs.
- Matthew (2/5): Beware. Old, dirty, and expensive! - The property is old and in poor condition. There were no towels in the room when I Checked in at midnight. The bathroom has a leaking toilet and the floors are rotting. I walked over to the office to ask for towels: they only had small hand rags. No smoke detector and the furniture was stained, broken and dirty. Pool looks like a sewer. Worst Motel 6 in the USA.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Unhappy with night shift front desk service - The front desk employee when I checked in was rude and unhelpful. Then when I tried to book a second night I was told first that there were no vacancies but then was told there could be a vacancy but I had to pay cash it was a very shady conversation and I ended up staying in my brothers room. Also the beds were quite uncomfortable but what you would expect from a budget hotel.

VERY VERY rude clerk, smoking room only was available after booking a non-smoking room, floors were FILTHY, bathroom was FILTHY, bedspreads were covered with hair and dirt (but the sheets were clean), microwave and refrigerator did not work, ( but the fridge was promptly replaced by a very kind maintenance man,) phone did not work, remote to tv had batteries taped in with crumbs and gunk stuck to the tape, clientele and their pit bulls was less than desirable, women walking around in their underwear, people sitting outside with boomboxes...shall I go on????

For a while kept on telling that I did not have reservation, whereas I could see my reservation on his screen which I had made thr Hotels.com. Later he said that the payment was not made which was not true either. finally he apologized for everything giving an excuse that the system was down. The room was ok but the laminate flooring was creaking. The bathroom flooring was not sparkling clean. However, one thing in all that was beyond amazing was the water pressure in the shower. It was basically free massage in the morning. It was quite exhilarating.

- Antonio (2/5): Needs serious attention! - My stay was horrible from the start. I had to exchange rooms twice. The 1st because of how hot the room was because the A/C was broken and old. The 2nd room had old mattresses that would make sound as you lay on it. Plus, you could see they were worn out because of the dip in the middle of the bed. The room I stayed in had dirty floors, as I noticed from the black dirt on the bottom of my white socks.

THE SHEETS ON THE BED WAS DIRTY AND THE BLANKET HAD STAINS ALL OVER IT. I REPORTED IT TO THE FRONT DESK AND I TOOKED PICTURES OF IT AND THEY CAME AND CHANGED IT QUICKLY.. THE TOILET SEAT WAS TOO BIG AND LOOSE FOR THAT SIZE TOILET. THE POOL WAS NOT OPEN I CALLED BEFOUR I CAME AND THEY SAID YES IT WAS OPEN. NOT... THE MOTEL HAS PEOPLE LIVING THERE, I DON'T KNOW IF ITS A SHELTER MOTEL OR THEY ARE WELFARE PEOPLE STAYING THERE BECAUSE OF LOW INCOME BUT ITS A LOT OF THEM.. THE MANAGER CAME AROUND SAYING THAT EVERYONE HAS TO BE IN THER ROOMS AND NOT HANDING OUTSIDE AFTER 10;00 P.M THEY HAVE PITT BULLS DOGS STAYING THERE .. TO BE HONEST I WAS AFRAID.. I WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN..

- Camille (2/5): Gross - When I got there in the room it smelled great even though it was a smoking room but as I walked in I felt unsafe because the floor was very unsturdy in old and rotten and loud so was the air conditioning unit I tried to take a shower and the hot water didn't work and when I finally decided to lay down and not care about anything else there was a butt stain someone's fecal matter on the sheets on the bed and when I ask for more sheets to be non-confrontational and just get some rest I was told to wait until 8 a.m. I had to have hotels.com intervene and call for me to get sheets which came 35 minutes later

He said man at front desk gave him the key, saying it was his new room. I put in clotheswent to desk & was told his system was in error ! I want compensation or l will go see my Lawyer Monday! As l returned to my roomlmet a couple whom had the same experience. Why would you leave such a Incompetent Person alone at the Front Desk!

- Elizabeth (2/5): Perfect Set for a Horror Film - My fiancé and I are not motel/hotel snobs and don’t typically write reviews, but there is something scary about the fact that this particular motel hasn’t been condemned. Thus, we felt a write-up necessary. Every part of our stay at Motel 6 Atlanta Airport – Union City was disgusting. From the uninviting and shady late-night check-in space (our flight was canceled at 11pm, needed to crash near LAX), which was essentially a jail cell with a vending machine, to the blood ridden pillow cases, to the various bodily fluids on sheets of both beds (we slept on our own travel blanket placed on top of another blanket), to the flimsy floor caving in beneath us, under which may very well have been keeping corpses, considering the room’s stench. The bed was unsurprisingly uncomfortable, and all walls were less than thin. We didn’t allow ourselves to use any part of the bathroom area after a quick glance, and left 1.5 hours earlier than we needed to; attempting sleep was a joke. It was $62 including tax, paid with a Hotels.com gift card. Yes, cheap amount, but still overpriced. Otherwise we’d be kicking ourselves for contributing any of our own money for those horrifyingly repugnant “accommodations.” Nothing accommodating about it, especially the one person available to speak with upon arrival and checkout. He was rude, slow, and unhelpful. It was shocking he had the job at all. Sorry Motel 6. I’ve had better experiences with your other locations but this was frightening.

- Jay (6/5): - Overall it was what I expected for a Motel 6. Check in was pretty quick and painless which I greatly appreciated. After finding and inspecting the room I thought it could've been a little cleaner. There was dust and dirt on the floor but not enough for me to have complain to the staff. The floors are wooden which makes for easier cleaning. The towels could be better quality in my opinion as well. the beds are pretty comfortable and were quite clean for the most part too. The location as great, as it was directly across from a Waffle House and only 15-20 minutes outside of downtown Atlanta. If you're needing temporary place to stay for the weekend and don't expect to be in the hotel that much then this is a pretty good place to book and lodge for a short weekend trip
