• Sakina (1/5): Awful do not recommend at all!! - Horrible overcharge me and told me they don’t have to service my kind if they don’t like called the cops because they worked told me they made a mistake on our reservations and charges both our cards 3x for the same reservations for our stay. Totally rude not only I was stole from other customers were violated like me they went thru our things and kept taking pictures in our room it’s weird they weird and thieves they will try to get angry and hostile when called out about their nonsense too! Very poor customer service and very racist! The china lady and the cleaning lady definitely do not like black people and the cops said it’s ok in Texas for them to not service a certain race if they don’t want! Funny thing is they don’t feel that way when swiping your card only after u call out the scandals they try to pull! Even with showing proof to the cops she tried to lie but we were told it’s a civil suit! Be aware leaving your cards on file while traveling they will try to get over on you . Everything they rude everything broke elevator hasn’t been properly serviced it’s bout to fall off the hinges they violate your privacy and take pictures of your belongings they ignore you when asking for things for your room the front desk lady is racist and will greet u daily with smart remarks and racial profiling comments as if it’s her daily dose of excitement! This hotel should have the health department running through there on the other floor it’s bugs in those people rooms from them half cleaning they allowed the cleaning lady to go thru our things and take pictures basically admitted they thought a incident happened at our room and was checking for safety measures still not supposed to happen! But was mad I recorded her being dirty taking dirty water throwing it around the tub they not properly cleaning and treat customers as if they work for them! I do not recommend if u want to be comfortable and feel safe! You can come in sometimes and catch them leaving out your room after u told them no service too! Hopes this help you guys save your money and invest in another hotel while visiting Killeen! These are the worst people to have to deal with while handling business while in town!

• Megan Smith0321 (7/5): Pleasant staff and clean facilities - The staff was all very nice. Great location. The room was very clean. The bed was not bad, it was pretty comfortable. Overall we had a pleasant stay. The wind was atrocious the night we stayed. There was openings in the windows where the air was coming through and the wind was so very loud in our room.

I also noticed that they don’t clean rooms while the pets are in there in - That they allow pets. 12/30/2025 at 2:04 am I called down to the main lobby from my cellphone to ask what the wifi password was and the lady was rude. She gave it to me and hung up in my face.

• Dakotah (3/5): Cheap, but find another cheap one - Close to where I needed. Cheap. The general location. The homeless population in that area is insanity. We had a lady who would sit right outside the side door. I was there for 5 days and so was she sitting there all day and nite. Never saw her move. Well, once I did. I came down one morning, and she was in the stairway. On a side note, the coffee was abysmal.

• Keri (2/5): - This place is a no go. The door to the room was broken. The outside door was broke so anyone can go in. The pool was very dirty. Also they had a QR code and it says they have full breakfast which they have only coffee. Also don’t ask for an extra blanket or pillow because they do not give them out. Pillows on bed are extra flat. Beds are full size only. Window in the room was cracked.

I need extra pillows but they weren't available. No fridge no microwave couldn't heat my food or keep my food that should have been kept in fridge. The room rate went from $56 to $115 in a day.

• LATISCHA (2/5): Very disappointed! - I understand the statement “you get what you pay for” , but I wasn’t expecting the bed to be so uncomfortable. I suffer from chronic back pain but the mattress they provided very uncomfortable so much so that I couldn’t participate in some of the events that brought us there. Very disappointed! ☹️

The staff, especially the morning guest service representative, was consistently professional, friendly, and welcoming. I really appreciate how accommodating the hotel has been, and the fact that pets stay free is a huge bonus. The price was great, making this an excellent value for the experience. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay without sacrificing cleanliness and comfort, I highly recommend Motel 6. I will definitely be returning!

• lelyn (10/5): 11 day stay - The booking process was easy. The check in staff was friendly and nice. The housekeepers came by everyday and were friendly. Overall the staff at the Motel 6 Killeen were all friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our 11 day stay. Only downfall was no kitchen, but it had a decent size fridge and microwave.
