The room aircon was set on cook when I arrived, turned it down on the controller to a comfortable 22 but had no effect. Trying to explain this over the phone at midnight in English not so easy so turned it off and open the window....... helped but not great, why do hotels super heat indoors in winter, cooler rooms are better for sleeping and if there is a room control........ let it control not just a token device

The batter on the room service fish meal could have been crisper. I peeled it off and ate the fish. The french fries were a little tired. The salmon salad - salmon ok but the salad was mostly just lettuce! I was hungry so ate something. It was alright but could be better. My second night's food was better - spaghetti bolognaise. However, the restaurant food was all great.
• The (10/5): Best in Weifang - It is definitely the best hotel in Weifang, big clean rooms with city view, comfortable beds and cozy feeling. European dishes in restaurant and room service menu are definitely a bonus. Only one English speaking person at the front desk.

• SATISH (10/5): - Stay at Pullman Weifang was very good. BF had very good variety. Service is very good. Hotel is located in area with many restaurants nearby. Overall I would recommend this Hotel for Business stay. They upgraded us to Executive room without any additional charges.

Everything you want really. My phone and the Wechat function always stop working on entering the hotel (my third visit).Please maybe give people a room number before they pay you. Then they can link to the hotel WiFi and pay you a deposit. Not everyone carries cash.
