• Klaudia (2/5): - Big C ist gegenüber Kein W Lan oben im Zimmer, zeitweilig gar keins, Zimmer marode und dreckig, Regen kommt von den Wänden runter und sammelt sich unter dem Holzfußboden, Im Bad fließt das Duschwasser über den Boden ab, alles ultra feucht, Badewanne hat ein Loch, einige Kakerlaken und Scolopendra Heros (giftig) auch beim Duschen dabei. Ausstattung sehr abgenutzt, keine Lobby, kein Café oder Restaurant, Bett roch als hatte jemand die Laken schon benutzen und im Zimmer Modergeruch. Fenster marode und mit Löchern. Gesamte Anlage sehr abgenutzt und marode.

• Shuttleworth (5/5): Passable - Location - midway between beaches on main road. Been a good resort in days gone by. Externally good. But the room in a tired condition. The wood tub, part of the shower possibly a health hazard . Room needs a good refurbishment then be a pleasant place to stay.

• Ninnate (8/5): Good but could be better - Location, atmosphere Something very small could be improved for example bathroom curtains to separate wet zone and dry zone. Also a little counter in the bathroom would make such a difference. I don’t mind a hundred years old TV. but things in bathroom could improve.
• Robert (5/5): If we hadn’t paid upfront we wouldn’t have stayed the 9 days. Location was good as quite central. The bathroom being c - Pool area clean and comfortable. Large double room (room 1) . Ask for a kettle and large cups and they were given. Although tea/coffee not provided, but it doesn’t state that it would be. We hired the moped from the hotel, which was actually cheaper than others and better quality. Excursions were cheaper than other places too when booked at hotel. Nice powerful shower In room 1 it has a large wet room. Looks good in pictures but the water does not run away that well and collects around the floor by the toilet. Even 24hrs later there is still puddles around base, so always getting wet feet. Not ideal if you need to go toilet in middle of night. The back wall is like a dry stone wall, with a cold shower waterfall effect. Again looks lovely, but there is a slight leak within the wall, which we think gives the wetroom a bit of a weird smell, not really offensive though, just weird. It’s nice to look out onto the pool, but people can see directly into your room too. Some light voile curtains would help. The room are definitely NOT soundproof as stated! Breakfast choice wasn’t that extensive. Toast, pots of yoghurt, mini bite size cakes/biscuits. There was scrambled eggs, sausage, ham (not that warm) Ants were on the food table . Milk, juice water,tea,coffee. On the 2nd week it changed to cooked breakfast being ordered not on hot plates. Slightly better as food was hotter and each room was given its own kettle, but not beverage, tea/coffee.

• Zoltán (3/5): Do not stay at Kereeta resort, far not worth the price. - Selection of fruits at breakfast was fine. The more expensive upstairs room was acceptable but still not matching the price. Run-down rather than rustic. Lots of false claims on Booking.com where we booked two double rooms, one with balcony upstairs and a cheaper one on the ground floor. "Some rooms with a sea view" = if you lean out of the window of some of the upstairs rooms, you can get a glimpse of a tiny patch of the sea on the horizon, several kms in the distance. "Flat-screen TV" = Panasonic TC-21V30B (about 25 yrs old and at least 50 cms thick), Samsung CS-21Z57ML (only 15 yrs old and 30 cms thick). There's no direct access to the sea, so you have to go out and take a small side-street to the shore. However, no one in their right mind would call it a beach or feel like staying there or entering the water; it's a rocky shore with football-sized rocks. The nearest real beach is 2 kms away. Bathrooms have no ventilation but through the bedroom. The bathroom on the ground floor had an intrinsic stench of a public urinal. In the same bathroom one light was not working, and with only one weak bulb and almost no natural light at all, it was dark, stinking and depressing. It didn't get much better with a new light bulb, either, because the light revealed the cockroaches that roam the floor at night. One night in a mere 5 minutes I killed two matchbox-sized cockroaches, and a smaller youngster a little while later. Finally, the icing on the cake: I booked a full-day slow-boat snorkelling trip at the reception of Keereeta resort. The receptionist told us there would be kayaks on the boat for our use. Well, the kayaks were there, but the extremely rude boat crew were not willing to put them on water... How do you explain it to your child who was waiting for the sea kayaking with lots of anticipation?

• Egidija (1/5): Disaster - The hotel is completely worn out and outdated. The common areas are dirty, and the rooms are even worse. We had to request a change of bed linen multiple times because it was either dirty or torn. The bed was so saggy that sleeping was impossible – we woke up with unbearable back pain. The cherry on top – we woke up in the middle of the night to a massive flying cockroach banging against the air conditioner. There were plenty of them. One even landed near my head while flying. In a panic, we reported the issue in the morning – they weren't surprised and just suggested we catch them. We left the hotel earlier than planned, but they refused to refund even a single night's stay. I strongly advise against staying here.

• Jacopo (2/5): Horrible smell - The resort looks cute, room as well, helpful staff Despite the initial cute appearance, as soon as we approached the room we realized there was an horrifying smell, it smelled like sewers in a way we never experienced before, we opened everything but nothing could fix it, the bathroom was full of flies and showering was a mission because it was hard to withstand the smell. We stayed two very long nights and after we left everything smelled like death, luggage, clothes, EVERYTHING. Experience hard to forget. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
• Raddison (5/5): Passable - Comfy bed and clean room also nice staff.. pool seemed to be fairly clean although I didn’t go in it. Smelly bathroom, sliding doors on the side of the room couldn’t lock so any Tom Dick or Harry could’ve walked in during my slumber. Overpriced for what it is and the room needs some maintenance. The overall vibe of the place was just off, it felt quite eerie.. :/

• India (7/5): Lovely place to relax - Nice and quiet with a lovely pool that we spent many hours in! Supermarket right across the road as well as a few eateries. Staff were really nice. Our first room smelt really mouldy and musty. Our door had gaps all in it so the insects just kept coming in. Strange bathroom. We did ask for a room upgrade as the property seemed pretty quiet and the staff were more than happy to help! Definitely need a scooter to get the shops and explore other areas.

You can rent a scooter to go to the beach.

The pool had a nice atmosphere, being central to all the rooms. Spacious balcony overlooking the pool, cute and clean rooms, and good breakfast buffet in a pretty atmosphere.

• Yakovleva (9/5): a beautiful place to relax - It is a beautiful and comfortable place. from our room there is a beautiful view of the pool and a little bit of the mountains. interesting interior design, especially in the bathroom. the staff is very friendly. I recommend this place. it will not leave anyone indifferent. There were several red ants in the room, but this disorder is easily eliminated with a special spray. This is a common occurrence in Thailand. Perhaps it is important for someone. We were not upset by this I was a little upset by the condition of the bed linen set . yellowed and with protruding threads. after all, it 's easy to fix ..

We booked a snorkeling tour, got a taxi ordered and got a really good service cleaning 4kg laundry. Thank you for everything! There was unfortunately no breakfast and because many people said breakfast was good, we decided to book here. So that was disappointing. Cappuccino was okay, but tasted like nomal filter coffee with milk foam (Measured by someone with high expectations). Inside the room you still hear the street and the mattress is really hard. Lastly, the lively neighborhoods are a bit too too far away. So for the price i expected a bit more.

• John (3/5): FLAT SCREEN TV ( WHERE) NOT HERE - The pool The tv was off the ark , when travelling for long periods of time it is nice to stay in and watch tv and catch news and events around the world.NOT HERE cable tv they advertised is the shopping channel and it gets put away every day by the maids and the night before you leave no room service no water no clean towels and not always toilet roll .there floor had holes in it as shown in photos

• Claire (8/5): Very good - We enjoyed our stay at Keereeta. The property is called resort and spa but unfortunately the spa was not opened and we were a little disappointed by that. However, I want to highlight how amazing May was to deal with. May was extremely helpful, really went above and beyond with our stay and made us feel so welcome. May organised taxis, gave restaurant recommendations, organised a scooter for us and also recommended a day trip which we enjoyed a lot!! May really was truely fantastic and was so friendly and welcoming. Thank you May!!! The property didn’t have a spa even though it’s advertised as a resort and spa. Also was a little far away from the main restaurants and bars. The best way to get around is scooter/taxi.
• Jimmymac72 (9/5): Superb place to stay on Koh Chang - Not given 10 as there is always room for improvement. It is a very well run hotel with excellent staff, especially No and Mae in the reception. Quieter area on the island close to 2 supermarkets and restaurants, with a proper Thai restaurant just up the hill that has very good food. Views of the mountains and trees. Moped hire at a good price. Rooms cleaned daily and some drinking water is provided which was very handy. Fridge and a kettle on request. Hot shower. I would highly recommend this hotel after spending some days in the more touristic, noisey areas. It's better to visit the busy areas on the island rather than stay in them in my opinion. I cannot think of a thing negative about this hotel.

• José (9/5): Beautiful, amazing breakfast, very helpful staff - Most amazing breakfast! Pancakes, peanut butter, eggs, coffee, fruit, yoghurt, oatmeal, etc etc. All the staff was very nice and helpful with everything. They quickly helped with motorbike rental and snorkeling tour, so I did not have to lose any more time searching. The pool area is beautiful, as is the breakfast terrace. As there was a problem with the AC in my room and we did not sleep that well for two nights, the owner Nicola offered a one night discount and changed our room on the third night. It is on the main road and well located. Nicola (owner) recently bought Keereeta and is still renovating the facilities, because some things in the rooms are old. Once fully renovated, it will all be very nice. This was the only downside.

• Adrián (10/5): Amazing stay in Koh Chang - As soon as you step in you can appreciate there has been a new management takeover. The resort is fully refurbished (bedrooms and breakfast restuarant). Perfect place to relax in a quite area, nice swimmingpool and big spacious room (specially for Thai standards) with all the amenities we needed. We were on the first floor with sea/mountain view, you could even hear the waves in the distance. Perfect location, close to 2 supermarkets for anything we needed and easy to discover the island as it's close to the most stunning beaches in Koh Chang (and probably Thailand). We were amazed as well with the breakfast, a bit of American, English, Thai and Chinese food, made by the owner himself, Nicola, who prepared us authentic italian coffee! (espresso, cappuccino, macchiato... you name it). Really, it was great to have Mr Nicola as our host, you can really feel how much he truly cares about his guest's time and made sure we had everything we needed, from directions, to local tips and stay comfort (felt like owner/housekeeper/concierge all-in-one). • Alan (8/5): - Jeg booket her for 4 netter til og begynne med og endte med at jeg ble igjen 4 dager til, flott sted med hyggelige ansatte , det er en ladyboy som jobber i resepsjonen og hun utrolig trivelig og imotkommende:) frokosten var Buffet altså kaffe te og mornings blanding og noe frukt gratis , men skal du ha egg eller omelett då må du betale 150 bath , men ellers så var det helt ok frokost , jeg vil defentivt komme tilbake igjen :)

Ett minus till badrummet då det var öppet tak mot ventilation och för AC genomföring. Annars super trevlig personal och bra service. Frukosten var också väldigt trevlig och god
