All staff members were quick to answer questions, provided excellent service, were courteous and most helpful. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The garden area is beautiful. Although we didn’t use the other facilities this hotel offered, they were all sparkling clean and welcoming. We welcomed the ‘quiet’ being slightly south of town. We would have preferred brewed decaf coffee although we think instant decaf was provided which we did not try.

- ia235 (10/5): Unique and clean place - I stayed here for a few nights mid March 2026 for work. This place is odd (styling wise) to say the least. First off its in the middle of a field 10 minutes from Goderich, so nothing immediately around the hotel. With that said, it was very clean and literally had every amenity. The room had a fridge, microwave, safe, fireplace, iron, TV, robes and slippers, sitting area, a desk and probably the best bed I have ever slept on! My colleagues had the same sleep experience. There is a pool with a hot tub (nice and hot too) and a sauna. Even the towels were quirky for such a hotel. I did not have the breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you don't mind a short drive into town and an awesome sleep.

Garden is very nice with lots of seating areas. Breakfast is continental self-service in also very clean dining room.

- Sheldon (4/5): - Probably the biggest issues I had were within the room. When you book a room in a hotel and stay there, probably your main concern is getting a good nights sleep. In this hotel that was next to impossible. The room has a small fridge in it and every time the fridge started up you’d hear water dripping onto water, which was extremely distracting when all around the hotel is silent. The constant dripping could drive you mad. Then the air conditioner, which we put on had a ticking sound which also was extremely distracting and kept you awake. As a result, we had to turn the air conditioner off. The body soap and shampoo and conditioner, are attached vertically attached to the wall and to get the product out one has to squeeze these very hard non-pliable bottles which made it very uncomfortable and not easy to use Finally the office chair which was supplied for the desk was broken and wobbly, and I was unable to use it. However, I spoke to the manager and they did replace it for Definitely not a positive experience

- Daydream470967 (6/5): 3 Star - Overall experience was not bad but not as advertised as 5 Star hotel. Bed-sheet, blanket was very basic and does not feel like freshly washed. Washroom soap bottles were little weird, need to squeeze hard to get soap. Breakfast room setting was nice but it has very basic and not a hot breakfast. Overall good hotel but over priced.

- 240wilfl (10/5): Totally pleased - Totally pleased! While we had some disappointments with some independent inns/hotels - Dreamz Inn was a pleasant surprise they met and even exceeded what they offered. A clean and well managed facility worth many return visits
- Inga (10/5): Bayfield vacation - We booked Dreamz inn because it has great location near Bayfield, and close to Goderich. Hotel is very nice, clean and have a pool with sauna and jacuzzi, beautiful garden around hotel. Plain breakfasts provided by hotel is very convenient. Management are very polite, helpfull with everything you might need while you stay and keep hotel in good shape. The only one thing hotel is missing that is open windows in the room, so you can enjoy fresh air in the room while you're sleeping. We will definitely stay again in Dreamz inn.

The only real complaint that I did not like about the room is it has no dark out blinds , so it’s crazy bright until it gets dark out and at sunrise bright again . Did not enjoy that aspect . Breakfast was mediocre

It’s decent for a one night stay , the rooms are clean but you won’t get that warm feeling of comfort when you walk in . It’s bright with a bit too much going on in terms colours etc , but was fine for the night . The one thing they really need to do is put up some black out currents . The blinds just don’t keep the light out , so if the sun is up at 7am so are you . Breakfast was average , nothing stood out there . Worth the stay if your stuck for something in the area

Pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary snacks, pop and water. Staff was exceptionally friendly. We arrived late to (continental) breakfast and were reassured to enjoy and take our time. Beautiful grounds we enjoyed at end of night for a quiet nightcap. Can’t wait to make our way back to Goderich so we can stay again.

So many nice touches including: a beautiful property, great pool and hot tub, extremely clean bathroom and room in general, nice TV with an excellent list of channels, great snacks included in our stay and one of the most comprehensive guest directories we’ve seen. We will be back!

Check-in was super friendly and quick, and they even gave us a basketball to use on their court (there’s also tennis, and they provide the equipment too). The backyard has such a nice countryside feel. Our room was super clean and comfy - the jet tub was a great bonus. We used the pool, hot tub, gym, and had the complimentary breakfast, and everything was spotless and really nice. Honestly a great spot for couples, families, or even solo trips. Would definitely stay again!

The moment we arrived, we were treated like humans, not rushed, not ignored! The place was phenomenally clean - from the outside through to the room! COMFIEST BED of life, I swear. I don't think I've had such a great sleep! The pillows and the couch (we had a suite) were awesome. The landscaping outside was beautiful and absolutely well kept - with the fluffiest grass 🥹! Sitting outside at one of the MANY seating areas, made me feel like I was just in a glorious back yard, not at a hotel/Inn shared with others... The cute gnomes scattered about made me smile - they're adorable. The complimentary breakfast was great - not often you go somewhere and the bagels are FRESH - like, squishy-fresh, fruits were very well-picked (no bruising, etc.) and the coffee machine with the fresh beans was awesome (and the selection of 'coffee' (espresso, Americano, etc.) was a nice surprise! The area was CLEAN and constantly wiped down/cleaned up very promptly after each guest. I can't say enough good things about this place - definitely will be back, and definitely will be highly recommending! Thanks for a beautiful (although quick) stay! Bed was the comfiest I think I've ever slept in while traveling. Location is wonderful - beautiful, homey-feeling back yard - landscaped amazingly. I can't say enough good things about this place, or our stay. I loved the secure entry, hosts/employees all engaged with people. Always smiling and super friendly! Couch was a little low in the room - but that's nothing to whine about. It was a cool couch!
- David (8/5): Okay - Hotel is 5 minutes south of town, so no amenities close by, but it is quiet. Rooms are good size, comfy beds, very clean. Be careful in the shower as it does not have any slip prevention, not good for older folk. Breakfast is sufficient with bagels, cereal, yogurt etc, nothing fancy. I think for $250 a night it could be better.
- Cheryl (9/5): Very relaxing. - It is so obvious the owners take great pride in their business. The hotel (inside and out) and rooms as very clean. The staff are very friendly. The pool area is well taken care of.

- Kimberly (8/5): We enjoyed the location, nice manicured grounds with flowers, and nicely decorated rooms. - Breakfast location was very nice and choices were good. A bit noisy on 1st floor by the door so we should have asked for a 2nd floor room. Also when taking a bath it was a bit awkward having to reach up for the body wash...some bar soap would have been great.
- SHING YIP (10/5): - Generally very satisfied but the AC was too loud and woke me up sometimes when alseep; the plastic bamboos are so far from seeming authentic maybe getting rid of them ?

The highlight for me was the sea salt indoor swimming pool, which provided a unique and refreshing experience. Coupled with the nice jacuzzi and relaxing sauna, it made for a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Breakfast was another high point, offering a delightful range of offerings and a variety of coffee choices to suit every palate. It was a great way to start each day. A special mention must be made for the front desk staff, who were not only professional but went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met with a smile. They truly made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful blend of comfort, service, and luxury. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.
