- Aleksei (8/5): комфортно не в центре города - Отель соответствует заявленной категории, номер укомплектован всем необходимым, хороший выбор блюд на завтрак, удобная парковка, 10-15 минут от центра Калуги. Судя по расположению и контингенту, отель подходит для проведения деловых встреч, конгрессов, тимбилдингов. Из недостатков отметил был отсутствие сауны или зоны спа. Размещением остались довольны.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 1 ночь в Хилтоне - Гостиница неплохая, номер вполне комфортный, только не открываются окна в принципе. Было довольно душно. Кондиционер работал плохо. Подкачало сильно обслуживание. При бронировании через Hotels.com я выбрала и оплатила номер на 3-х человек с завтраками. В результате, завтрак оказался один. А на ресепшне мне сказали, что меня обмануло мое агентство (не знаю, наверное, они имели ввиду Hotels.com) и чтобы я с ними разбиралась, а отель тут не при чем. Короче, не совсем клиентоориентированно все это звучало, чувствовала себя попрошайкой, хотя оплатила все заранее. Завтраки, к слову сказать, совсем на 700 руб.не тянули. Официанты уставшие и недовольные. Еда посредственная, повар злилась, что нужно печь вафли. Зато постельное белье отличное.

- Vitalii (8/5): Неплохая ночь! - Все хорошо, но в номере на полу ужасно грязный ковролин. Ему давно пора на свалку. Постельное белье с добавлением синтетики. Из-за этого всю ночь крутился и было жарко. Вообщем хорошо. Если все это устранить - стало бы вообще гуд.
- Siarhei (10/5): Отличный отель - Останавливались с друзьями на 1 ночь, брали 3 стандартных номера. Девушка на респепшене приветливая и милая, всё быстро объяснила и заселила. Номера комфортные, просторные. Есть вода, чай, кофе. Постели как всегда в Хилтоне выше всяких похвал. Принесли бесплатно по запросу детскую кроватку. До центра города пешком минут 30 или на такси за 100рос.р. Интернет стабильный, курить на улице. На завтрак ооочень большой выбор вкусной еды. Отель оставил самые приятные впечатления!

- Elena (8/5): - Новый современный отель, достаточно удобные номера в современном стиле, как и во всех хилтонах окна не открываются и честно говоря душно, не хватало свежего воздуха. Приветливый персонал, проживание нам понравилось

- Yury (6/5): Разочарование - Часто останавливаюсь в Hilton. Этот самый убогий из всех, где я бывал. Расположение не фонтан, до центра далеко и пешком никак. Завтрак очень слабенький. Выбор небольшой и невкусно. Отдельная песня работа ресепшен, сначала списали стоимость проживания дважды (правда сами сообщили об ошибке). Потом отправили спорт клуб с бассейном, не предупредив, что карточки для бассейна нужно покупать в отеле, а не в клубе. В итоге пришлось возвращаться, потратив почти час на переезды. При этом информация, что клуб бесплатный тоже не соответствует действительности. Карта стоит 200 руб за человека. При этом при покупке не выдают чек, похоже работают себе в карман. В общем - неуд отелю. Первый раз Хилтон разочаровал.

- Alexandra (8/5): Пребывание в отеле хилтон (Калуга) 15 мая 2016 - Отличные большие номера, очень хороши в случае, если надо принять гостей и провести в номере значительное время. Уютно, просторно, диваны, кресла, пуфики, чайник. Действительно можно отдохнуть с дороги, после многочасовых пробок. Персонал очень вежливый, всегда готовы пойти навстречу. Из минусов: расположен далеко от центра, на "выселках". И не очень разнообразное меню в ресторане.
- Sergei (8/5): Нормальный отель - Хороший европейского уровня отель. Парковка. Утюг в номере, тренажёрный на втором. В принципе все хорошо, один из трех лучших отелей города. Теперь про недостатки - ресторан не очень, притом дорогой, в 2-3 раза дороже, чем стоит того. Вентиляция шумная, хотя в большинстве номеров окона не открываются как во всех хилтоне. Расположен в тихом месте на отшибе, что мне скорее нравится. Кушать ездили на такси.
