Tamanho do quarto é excepcional, banheiro idem e uma bancada enorme e linda. Absolutamente nada. Tudo perfeito. Porém a única questão a reclamar é que o Booking .com não enviou os pontos para a Livelo. Obviamente não é uma questão q se refere ao Hotel , pelo contrário, se houver outra oportunidade a reserva será feita diretamente com o estabelecimento.

The bedding was so good I reached out to see if I could purchase the pillows that were used in my room. I would still like to know. It was my first time with the room key activated lights. Maybe a heads up there would have been good but I will look in the future. The drinks felt a little pricey, but in fairness I did just leave a cruise shop with an unlimited package.

WLAN, Wassertemperatur und Wasserdruck waren konstant. Personal spricht gut englisch. Keinerlei unangenehme Gerüche (wie von anderen Gästen beschrieben). Pool eher uninteressant (Lage, Gestaltung).
• Happiness44805574729 (10/5): Great Ramada experience. - All Ramada staff from check-in throughout the stay, breakfast and check-out were friendly, efficient and helpful. Got a room on the 6th floor with an amazing view of the city. Room and bathroom were very clean. Cleaning staff asked if you wanted your room cleaned daily. We asked for clean towels and those were provided and garbage taken out daily. Breakfast could have had more variety but was otherwise tasty and served from 6:30am to 10:30am. Location of the hotel is walking distance from restaurants and Multiplaza mall. Convenient location for Uber pickup. Would stay at ramada again and recommend to others traveling to Panama.

The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant team, were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They went above and beyond in helping us plan our visit to Panama, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Carlos and Rafael at the front desk stood out and the Fontanel staff, Dayana, Erika, and Ruben were super friendly. The breakfast buffet was a highlight—great quality with a wide variety of options, including both familiar staples and delicious Panamanian dishes. It was the perfect way to start each day. We enjoyed dinners there as well, recommend the shrimp ceviche! The hotel had a warm, “second home” feeling that made our extended stay very comfortable. Há vários restaurantes e cafés nas ruas paralelas ao hotel e uma conveniência 24 horas que fica a uma quadra do hotel. O Multiplaza Shopping é bem perto e dá para ir caminhando até lá (só atenção que o shopping fecha às 20h:00 e não às 22h:00 como no Brasil). O hotel disponibiliza uma garrafa de água mineral por hóspede por dia e cafeteira para preparar um cafezinho no quarto. Utilizamos os serviços do restaurante duas vezes e a comida é muito boa. Sugiro o Espaguete Doval (com frutos do mar), uma delícia! Fizemos um passeio bem cedo e eles prepararam um lanchinho para viagem, já que não iríamos tomar café da manhã. A equipe é muito profissional e solícita. Excelente lugar para ficar no Panamá! Nada.

Overall, it’s still a solid choice, and I would recommend it to others. However, on our second-to-last day, the room wasn’t cleaned, and I also noticed that not all housekeeping staff consistently replaced the bathroom items. These were minor issues but worth noting.
• Satisha (10/5): Convenient located, beautiful hotel! - It is very modern, beautiful and clean. Very friendly, courteous staff. Good value for money. Close to multiplaza and not too far away from Albrook mall. Will definitely recommend and will stay here again. Sound of the traffic outside, mainly the motorcycles were loud but that is to be expected because of the hotel’s location
