I relayed this to the manager and stated that she is unique and must be kept. This is a shining example of great property with great rooms only exceeded by exceptional staff. Now the a ret is out and may not find a room next time!

- Kevin (8/5): Overall comfortable and clean, a bit noisy. - Overall, the room was comfortable and it was clean and new. It’s a noisy hotel, however, you can hear people conversing and flushing toilets in the adjacent rooms. Then there’s the noise from route 66 right next to it. I’d stay again.

- Derek (4/5): - Picked this place because it was fairly new. Other than that I didn't like it. I know hotels and real estate ads feature pictures taken with a wide angle lens but this was probably taken with a super wide angle lens. Worst thing was the shower. Three of five bathroom dispensers didn't work. The first night the shower valve was turned all the way hot. Barely lukewarm. Freezing when getting out. Mentioned it to the front desk the next morning and they said they'd have maintenance check it out. Tried the shower later that night but couldn't even get lukewarm water. Went downstairs and told the front desk person that the shower wasn't fixed. He said maintenance did look at it and said it was working but the water heater was at the other side of the hotel so I'd have to run the hot water for 40-45 minutes. I mentioned the vanity hot water was hot within a minute. Anyway ran the shower for 45v minutes. Nothing. Went back downstairs then was told some of the shower valves were incorrectly installed and to try just turning on the water to see if it would get hot. Voila. Don't recommend.

However, the pillows on the bed were way too fluffy.... no different sort of pillows to pick from. BIGGEST THING: It is advertised that this hotel has an excellent breakfast. No breakfast at all was available. It was replaced with booze for the evening, but I paid for a free breakfast. That misleading info needs to be removed from their site description.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Expensive small hotel - The room was clean but small. Nothing fancy about this hotel. I thought the staff was friendly from what I read on reviews but based on my observation they are not. They do not even smile. It is more of a motel than hotel in my opinion. No breakfast, no trash bag but expensive.

Definitely visit the Grand Canyon Brewery for pizza behind the hotel! The staff if very friendly and accommodating, easy free parking, great place to stay when visiting the Grand Canyon!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Highly recommend! - I really enjoyed my stay here! I spent two nights for a visit to the Grand Canyon. My room was very clean and comfortable, the staff I interacted with were very friendly, and the area was great for travelers. Delicious restaurant right next door with a great outdoor area and a grocery store across the street. A lot of route 66 history to explore as well. Other occupants of the hotel mostly seemed to be fellow travelers. If I travel to this area again, I would definitely be staying here!
- Molly (8/5): - This location is fabulous for visiting the Grand Canyon. It’s only a hour away but you are in a great walkable small town. It is however a loud location there are trains that go until about nine pm. The rooms are a bit small. Would not recommend for more than three people. Bathroom is the smallest portion with a sliding door. But very cleans and the staff is fantastic. Super close to the grocery store and the walkable portion of town. Would stay again.

- Hayley (10/5): The only good place to stay in Williams - I moved here after having a bad experience and leaving early from one of the cheap 80s motels down the street. It seems most of the towns hotels are all dated the same era and are gross but this one was the exception. Modern decor, clean, and fantastic effort by the staff. This is the only place to stay in Williams! I wasn’t from here, let me spare you, there is a strip of gross motels/hotels. Stay here, it’s the best and not part of the gross group.

With the summer weather, it was fine, but during our stay when the temperature was 25°F (real feel 20°F), it wasn’t ideal. The receptionist was fantastic – check-in was quick and informative. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

- Livia (10/5): Great Hotel! We loved it! - What a nice hotel! Fantastic location in the middle of Route 66 in Williams. Our room was absolutely IMMACULATE and everyone associated with the hotel were sweet and kind. Only comment I could say is the bathroom area is small and the space at the end of the bed was shallow but not really a problem. Room was functional, quiet and nicely furnished. I’ll stay again.

I paid extra for a room that was advertised on Expedia as being larger, but it was much smaller than advertised. Housekeeping entered room shortly after 9am without knocking. Overall, it has great potential, but we likely won’t stay again.
