• Andrea (10/5): Lovely small hotel in great location. - We only stayed 1 night & this was perfect. We were on the ground floor which made it easy. Room 101 is very spacious. Bed is comfortable, shower good & it was quiet.
• Ruben (6/5): Prima, maar afhankelijk van type kamer, anders aan de dure kant. - Goede locatie en lekker ontbijt. De kamer had niet de kwaliteit die ik eerder bij dit hotel heb gehad. Met name de badkamer was wat verouderd en de plek naast de receptie en restaurant was niet optimaal. Door wijziging van mijn datum was de initiële kamer niet meer beschikbaar (maar alsnog dubbel de prijs).

• Maurizio (10/5): CAMERA CON SAUNA... RELAX ALLE STELLE! - struttura meravigliosa affacciata sui canali. Posizione tranquilla e centrale sia rispetto ai principali musei, piazze e cattedrali, tutto comodamente raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi come anche la stazione del treno. le camere sono disposte su un intero isolato, pertanto hanno sicuramente caratteristiche diverse. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di un up grade nella camera e ci è stata assegnata una stanza con sauna, vasca e doccia in camera, con un meraviglioso spazio soggiorno davvero da sogno e un affaccio tranquillo sul cortile interno. davvero ottima colazione sia dolce che salata servita con affaccio sul giardino interno. il wc molto stretto come spazio in cui per chiudere la porta si restava molto a ridosso (una porta scorrevole esterna sarebbe top) tuttavia visto il bagno principale di dimensioni davvero generose con prodotti profumatissimi e ottimi non mi sento di considerarlo un punto a sfavore ma semplicemente una miglioria possibile

Royal Bridges Boeken ! - Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, Hotel ligt vlakbij het centrum maar op de kamer was het stil ( we sliepen trouwens aan de achterzijde van het hotel) Het ontbijt was ruim en prima van smaak. Er waren een paar kleine technische puntjes op de kamer die voor verbetering in aanmerking kwamen. Dit doorgegeven bij het vertrek ( we waren er maar één nacht) maar ik had stellig de indruk dat die puntjes dezelfde dag nog zijn opgelost. Die puntjes zijn nu waarschijnlijk over. Niet de moeite waard om daarvan te zeggen dat ze tegen vielen.

• Dennis (7/5): Adequate - Breakfast was excellent. All the food was the best quality. The place was very quiet and very close to the center of town. There was no place to put anything in the room. There were only four hangers in the closet. Only one space to lay open a suitcase. No countertop to speak of in the bathroom. Thick, hard pillows.

Personnel was very friendly and helpful. Close to the railway station. Parking spots are available on a parallel street or in a garage 7-minute walk away.

• Erich (7/5): Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Delft, Den Haag und Leiden - Die Lage in der Altstadt von Delft perfekt, um alles fußläufig zu erreichen. In fünf Minuten am Bahnhof mit guten Verbindungen nach Den Haag, Leiden usw. Zimmer mit großer Fensterfront direkt mit Blick auf die Gracht. Das Frühstück war sehr basic. Es gab keine Haferflocken, keine Nüsse, Samen oder Trockenfrüchte. Die Auswahl an Käse und Wurst hielt sich in Grenzen. Für diesen Preis nicht angemessen.

• Donna (8/5): Excellent hotel to choose for your stay in Delft. - The location, the decor, the staff, the size of the room was great. The memory foam mattress, or whatever it is made of, caused us to wake up sweating every night. Recommend a thick mattress pad on top.

Breakfast was acceptable, nothing special. as for the room, bed was OK, the room spa very good, but the appearance of room decor was BAD: at the bed foot end was an atrocious concoction with wooden sticks that was just plain ugly and bad taste. Room decoration, see above. Also, the sink stopper was defective, so I could not close it and fill the sink. I had to ask the staff to refill the shower bottle with bath liquid soap as it was empty. Also, the decoration of the breakfast room and thus its appearance was also pretty awful, the same bad taste as for our room.

• Annelies (4/5): Delft is een leuke stad en de ligging is prima - Ligging prima en bed eens goed. Verouderd, ontbijt viel erg tegen. Koude pannenkoeken (niet vers gebakken) geen water, geen vers sap, gesneden fruit uit blik of pot gemengd met appel en wat druiven en sinaasappel. Geen minibar in de kamer. Koffiemachine alleen te vullen in de douche want bak voor water past niet onder de kraan van de wastafel. Er liggen theezakjes maar er is geen waterkoker. Voor 363 per nacht had ik wel wat beters verwacht. We kregen ook eerst de verkeerde kamer. Kleiner dan we geboekt en betaald hadden. Dat is wel recht gezet.

Even after having the room serviced every day during our 3 night stay it was still there when we left. The shower doors didn’t close either so the floor got wet from the shower. Also no room around the sink or in the bathroom to store toiletries, I had to move the nightstand into the bathroom for storage

The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was large with a comfortable bed and lovely view of the canal. There was a good choice of food at breakfast and tea, coffee and hot chocolate free all day. The courtyard and conservatory were nice place to relax after a day sightseeing. Nothing everything was fine

Location - a window onto the canal meant a very disturbed night with loud revelers passing even in a Thursday evening. Very underwhelming breakfast. No conditioner, lotion, decaf coffee expected in a hotel of this price. In fact the hotel was hugely overpriced.

• Claire (5/5): It was fine for one night but felt a little pricey for the condition of the rooms. I recommend they make a few upgrades - Location was scenic and close to everything. We walked from the train station to the hotel no problem. The lobby was beautiful and the staff were very kind and helpful. One of our two rooms was fine. We especially loved the hair dryer in the bathroom! Very strong air freshener smell in both of our rooms. We booked two rooms for our family. One room was in pretty good shape. The other room was on the ground floor and desperately needed the carpet replaced and a coat of fresh paint.
