• Heather (1/5): - The location was convenient It's was a very dirty place. I don't see how booking could support this place. The toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet, huge gap. Bedding was dirty and stained. Bed bugs. The room was dirty, floor was nasty. Unplugged fridge. Horrible smell. The outside of the property was just as bad. Old mattresses stacked up all over. Motel 6 off pets stay for free however you have to pay $20 in cash at the desk for your pet.

• Rebecca (2/5): It was just a place to sleep. - The pool was green so we couldn't swim. The bathroom had soap scum in the tub. The ice machines didn't work there was no refrigerator in the room the vending machine cost an outrageous amount of money. I had to go to Casey's to get a cooler with ice so the family could have cold drinks throughout the night. There was no morning coffee served.

• Dewey (7/5): - It was very convenient easy to get to plenty of parking and the staff are great people! It's a run down motel not the cleanest. I couldn't even guess the last time the half and stairs were vacuumed but my room seemed clean. My toilet leaked a little the first night and they don't keep towels in the rooms but forgot to give me some when I checked in but that was no problem. There's no free breakfast and the couple of vending machines they do have are unplugged I guess. The ice machine was usually empty and no coffee pot in the room. They don't offer free coffee in the lobby either.

• Leah (3/5): Probably our last stay here - Location and cheaper then the rest Rain poured into room, flooded the floor, moved across hall . After killing all the bugs finally around 1am we got to sleep. Woke up around 3/30 to my son knocking bugs out of his bed!

• Ashley (8/5): Less than 15 minutes from Holiday World - The location was a plus. Less than 15 minutes from Holiday World. A couple of restaurants right next door. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help with an unconventional and unexpected issue. The room was clean and temp was ready to receive guests. The halls and grounds could have been a bit more looked after.

Do not stay here. - Shady clientele, dirty room, bathroom light did not work, shower did not drain, thick dirt around the bottom of the shower, cigarette burn on bedspread, floors were sticky, hole in ceiling. Sign at the front desk, saying no refunds, no changing rooms. Ice machines didn’t work. The only thing that was in the room for toiletries was two bars of soap. When I told them about the room, they pointed to the sign and said there’s no changing rooms and there’s no refunds.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Ehh.. - The pictures shown do not represent what the location looks like. There were a lot of things that were misrepresented. I wasn't expecting a 5-star experience, but the fact that the floors in the lobby areas hadn't been swept for a long time, hallways not vacuumed, the grasses were overgrown around it (lower shin height), and the elevator sounds like it's going to fail any minute, was a little off putting. If they are okay with allowing you to see the main areas in this condition, how do things look behind the scenes? Our room was clean and tidy, decent amenities, but still kind of made me weary if the main areas were so unkept. Also, my biggest complaint- at check in they announce your room number out loud in front of everyone, which to me is a safety issue. The lobby was very busy and that made me super uncomfortable. They advertise free coffee and had the sign hanging for it (we were looking for the coffee and said out loud "oh look it's advertised, it will probably be here in the morning"), but the next day when we went by, they had removed the whole sign-- like a canvas advertisement sign from corporate Motel 6. It was okay for the cost, but I probably would not stay here again.
• Jalyn (1/5): Bad - Nothing Waited 10+ minutes and ever got service to check in. So we left and stayed somewhere else. Then we cancelled our booking and they received it but never refunded the money. Yes we knew it would keep $110 because of a late cancellation but they won’t refund the rest of the money. The out side was over grown and not kept up with the inside was nasty and smelt horrible. The photos are nothing like what it is.

• Joann (7/5): Good - The owner went above and beyond to fix an issue with my reservation through booking.com. She was very pleasant to deal with. The room was clean, everything worked as it should, and the beds were also comfortable. The location made me feel uneasy since I was traveling alone with kids. Other than that, I really had no complaints about our stay. I only stayed 2 nights since we were only in town for a softball tournament. Probably wouldn't be my first choice if I was booking for vacation (again, it was the location, not the motel itself). But it was a clean room to sleep in while we were in town.

• Benefield (2/5): Stay away - It was close to the park Air conditioner did not work in one of the rooms when we told the manager she said she could move us but we would have to pay a fee, and tried to blame us because her rat hole of a motel wasn't working. There was mold in the bathroom and only one of the three rooms we paid for had a mini fridge. This place is now on my do not stay list.

• Oldiges (2/5): The location was decent for the price, but the overall facilities were not to part of what you should expect out of hote - The outside was clean and decent location. We walked into the hotel and already the staff was rude towards us. We get to the room and all you can hear is doors slamming, and opening throughout the whole night and day the the room itself was small, not very clean, walls are thin, didn’t smell very good, in the shower was cold no hot water. I would not stay here again and not recommend someone spending the night here unless you wanna hear a door slamming all night. Will we start checking out? We were forced to give them a five star review.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Stay elsewhere! - The whole hotel is dirty, smells musty/moldy, and needs a complete remodel. The beds needed replaced 10 years ago, the bathroom is tiny, drains slow, and just not comfortable at all. Especially for the price, this place should be no more than $60/night!

• Adrienne (4/5): Spend a little more go somewhere else. - The biggest issue, was since we stayed here while we went to Holiday world. It was like 95° all day and we are ready to come to the hotel and relax our air conditioner didn’t work. We told him about it once they said somebody come fix it in 30 minutes. I walked downstairs in 30 minutes, ask him about it and they forgot about it completely Handed me a box fan and said that they would get somebody to work on it. They never came. We pretty much just sweat and toe got out of there thank God it was just a one night stay and I think our blankets were clean, but they were very stained.

• Adam (6/5): Won't be back - needs a lot of work - Check-in was smooth. FIRST room I had the door didn't open on the first try, ever. Had to use the key card at least twice before the door would open. The grate for the HVAC wasn't fully secured to the wall and it just looked run down. Went to watch TV, no remote in the room. Had to go to the front desk to get one...then when I got back to my room the box didn't work. Went back to the desk to see if I was doing something wrong...she suggested that I unplug the box and plug it back in and if that didn't work she would change my room. SECOND room had a door that opened, a remote, and the TV worked. The HVAC was set on like 60 or something, so it was a bit chilly to start. After coming back from getting food neither of the keycards worked...so back down to the front desk I went. Shower in the room felt like it was going to give way below me, but I was on the first floor...and it was a handicap accessible shower, I am not handicapped The beds were not the best, but for a Motel 6 I am not sure what I expected. It worked for a place to sleep...but that is it. I am returning to the area in a few weeks but canceled my reservation for this hotel and will be booking elsewhere.

• Lacie (4/5): Be ready for strangers to walk in your room - Someone walked in our room the first morning and kept coming in even after we said we are in here 3 times. Ice machine was broken. Only 1 plug in the room, had fridge and microwave plugged into it and 1 in the bathroom. Had a kleenex box that reminded me of a Valentines box said drop key here when checking out. Never saw anyone either morning.

• Kelly (8/5): Declining maintenance - I've stayed here multiple times to visit family over the past 5 to 6 years. The hotel seems to be lacking in maintenance as the years pass. Its still relatively clean, but lights not working in the rooms has become the norm. Missing/broken towel racks, water damaged window frames, and ripped window screens are a few things I saw on this trip. This is supposedly a nonsmoking motel, but the smell of cigarettes was strong in the hallway. This is a first for me to experience as I've seen the owners kickout guests for smoking in their room. The elevator was also out of service, but I had my room on the first floor.

• Emily (2/5): Awful!! - Absolutely awful! The service was ridiculously slow. We waited almost 20 minutes to get checked in. We had 2 rooms. Each room had one working light and neither was turned on by the switch at the door. One bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the other bathroom toilet wouldn't flush and nearly overflowed when my kid used it the first time. Went to grab the rest of our bags and overheard anither guest asking front desk if they could get a bucket and mop and clean their own room so that it would actually be clean. Wouldn't stay here again.

• Audrey (2/5): Horrible hotel. Rooms are not safe or secure. - I was going to stay an additional 5 days. But I had to check out due to everything wrong with this hotel. First three nights they neighbors dog barked all night. Internet or tv didn’t work. Ice machine and laundry machine was broken. My room door handle was broken and made it difficult to get in and out of my room. Both rooms I was in looked like the doors have been kicked in multiple times. You could see into my room from the hallway because of the gap. Last night was the final straw. Two women were screaming and fighting and yelling and running up and down the hallway from 7:30pm to 5am. I notified the manager. It quit for about a hour then went right back at it. Everything is broken or doesn’t work. Complete waste of money. Never will I ever return. Whole building needs redo and everything needs fixed. Shower didn’t work in the second room I got when I was moved.

We didn't get a key to our 2 rooms till 7pm and we had checked in at 1pm. We had to move rooms because the door did not lock and anyone could walk in. The room we were moved to we used the toilet once and water came out the bottom of it everywhere and then wouldn't flush the rest of the stay. There were dead flies all over the place.

I have no clue how I got hot water in the shower just pulling the handle back and forth somehow made it hotish. The fire alarm in the room was gone and the hole was mostly covered by pink tape. The sheets and towels were stained. One wall was orange with with broken drywall showing.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - We were looking for a place to stay with dogs. This place was the only place on our travel route that did not charge anything for dogs. There are no carpets, so no worries. We called in advance of our late arrival, they said if no one was at desk, to use the phone, and someone would be right there. Clean. Great price, slightly over $50. No frills, just bar soap, no shampoo, but we always pack our own anyway. No breakfast, but they do have coffee. You just can't beat this price. Clean place to stay, right off the interstate. Has parking for campers or semis also if needed.

• Kathy (2/5): WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE - I arrive at check-in time and open the door to the lobby where I nearly step in a pile of dog poop INSIDE the lobby. No one at desk but a note directing me to use phone. Eventually an elderly employee comes out to tell me she can’t check me in because the person who can has left and no idea when they’ll be back. However she gives me the key to the room and says when manager comes back, he’ll stop by and knock on the door. She had a list of reservations hand written on notebook paper which I thought was odd. She also didn’t want my ID. I hesitantly go to the room. Seems okay until I turn on TV and notice a pile of debris around the base of the TV. So either it was dirt or something was oozing out of the vent. As I was contemplating what to do next, the direct TV signal goes out with no idea when it will come back. Overall I just didn’t feel safe and left to go to a different hotel. I have contacted hotel about a refund but have gotten zero response. I will never stay at another Motel 6!
• Mark (8/5): Very good - The price. Was nice not to break the bank on a 3 night stay.
• Mack (8/5): Aunt Jimmie funeral trip - They had a bucket catching water leak on toilet. Tub was very slippery, no ice on any floor. No shampoo only bar soap.
