- Inilda (4/5): - Room was not cleaned and the bed sheets wasn’t changed and hairs all over the sheets. The pillows had saliva stained. I took it down to the front desk and get new pillow and bed sheets. The front desk staff she was nice though. The bathroom sink wasn’t clean still had the previous costumer’s toothpaste all over the sink and shower had lots of hairs. I cleaned it with my Clorox wipes that I normally brought with me. The elevator smells fishy or moldy . The vent in the bathroom was held by one fastener which poses a safety hazard when it falls on a person using the restroom. I’m glad didn’t stayed too long in there.

I politely informed them there would never be another damn stay at a Motel 6. I would have laughed if it wasn't so stupid. And terrible TV, lousy screen and poor channel selection.

- Lorenzo (4/5): The longer i stayed...the worse it got. - Paid for my 3 nights stay in advance. Checked into my room easily with no issues. Room was hot and had a muggy smell to it. Turned the A.C. on which made the smell a lil more bearable but completely free of oder. After 15hrs on the road i decided to just get some sleep. The next morning i went to take a shower and noticed one of my shower towels had brown stains on it. After i got ready to leave for the day i made sure to close my door completely while i was leaving and noticed my door didnt lock. After trying several times i went to the front deck to notify them about the problem. I was told that i was given a room on the "shut down" list and i wasnt even suppose to be in there. I was asked to surrender my room keys and i was told that i would be issued a new room on a different floor that would lock. After being asked to check out i was told that i could leave my property in the room and that someone at the front desk will watch it. I returned later that evening to get my new room and was told they didnt have a new room for me and that i would have to stay in the same room. With no other option available to me by the hotel i had to stay there another night. The following day talked to the man who checked me in and told him i was checking out a day early because he gave me a bad room that didnt lock. He kinds laughed about it with another lady that was sitting in the lobby who was apparently the maintenance person who said she wasnt going to fix it after working a 12hr shift

The property was not cared for nicely, outside was not kept up, neither were the hall way carpets, the halls stink. My room sheets looked dirty, the room was not clean, the showers, and tub looked like if had never been scrubbed, the floors are dirty!! And the bedding had a cigarette burn, when it’s supposed to be a non smoking property!! This was my first of many over night trips in Las Cruces, this will be the last time I stay here at Motel 6

Then I turned on the light I was horrified, there was dirt and rust on the amenities and carpet and couch had disgusting stains all over I tried to immediately get a refund but was told there is no cancellation policy.

Shower don’t drain while you are taking a shower so you are standing in ankle high water while showering. Had to ask them to change sheets and pillows when I checked in. Looked like someone had just slept in the bed.

- Andrea (8/5): - the bathroom is super tub great water temp perfect. the tv selection could be better maybe u tube or something or maybe i just don't know operation enough. the coffee is horrid exstreamly strong and i like coffee, it was bitter as well and need cups larger than thin 2 oz water cups. other than these mattress was a bit lumpy, staff was great all other things were wonderful.

The room we got it was ok for the price , not very clean but it was ok, the bad thing is we have to get up in the middle of the nigth due to bed bugs on my bed i went to fron desk and they apologized and gave me another room i had to sleep with the lights on becouse of this issue. Thanks God it was only one night i understand you get whya you pay for but i think it is a problem having bed bugs very disappointed

The elevator was terrifying and the button board was more than broken, we actually got stuck in it for a little while. The rooms were sub-par. Uncomfortable, smelly, and the bathrooms were dirty. Wouldn’t really recommend this place, even for a one nighter.

- James (4/5): It was ok - The hotel needs a good scrubbing on the walls, elevator needs to be updated if you stayed on the second floor the button works after you press it a bunch of times. Room was ok, it served its purpose, bathroom floor cracked as well as tub floor, toilet wouldn’t flush properly, you had to flush it 3-4 times to get all waste to flush, the mattresses were old, imprinted were people have laid on, the pillows were small and lumpy, it was very hard to get comfortable, the sheets weren’t very clean I kept finding hair in them. Overall 3/10 like I said served its purpose, won’t be starting there again though.

We also had our dog with us, and she appreciated the room and the grounds! Would have given an excellent, but the negative was the door knob, which was nearly impossible to open

Expedia says they have a pool, and there's isn't running.i would really like a refund for the first night please??

The floors were sticky and there were old used towels in tub. Let front desk know, nothing was done all weekend. On the amenities it says housekeeping daily, got to the room to change and we had no new towels. The worker down the hall was cleaning rooms at 8pm, so I asked him for clean towels. He tried to scold me because of the door issue till I showed him the issue, and mentioned I had advised the front desk. The outside area is full of trash, boxes and old furniture. This place was comfortable until this past weekend. Never again!

If not, it would be too bad.
