Only let down was the water, either it's ice cold or boiling hot, couldn't get the perfect temperature. Expected some noise due to being so close to Bangla road, but really wasn't that bad. Great restaurants nearby and night food marked just across the street.

Zur Bangla Road 150m das heißt es ist nicht ruhig, aber auch nicht extrem laut! Balkon ist eine Gefahr Balkonbrüstung bei mir 180m Körpergröße bis zur Hüfte (bitte treffen Sie Maßnahmen um diese Gefahr zu beheben) Ansonsten eines der besten Hotels die ich in Patong besuchen durfte. Shame on you Booking.com beware of this app fraud alert !!!!. And also only one card key turns off AC and power to room so expect your room to be nice and hot smell like you spent an hour with a hooker

• Satya (2/5): Very poor service - When my family arrived before me after 2pm room was ready but they were told they need to pay for one room's breakfast and than only they can get the key for all the rooms. That is the policy of the management. My mother who is 83 years old and traveling overnight was very tired. Had to wait until I arrived after 2 hours after. After I paid for the other rooms breakfast than only we're given the keys for 5 rooms. we paid for 4 rooms 6 months in advance. Next day early in the morning at 3 am someone was begging and crying , saying you f..me all night give me my money . That went on for half an hour. Day after hotel had staff party all night until 5 am . If by mistake your room has DND out side the door and it's after 5pm you will not get any room service. You have to clean your own room . I did that by my self . I was told that I have to do it my self. I have traveled a lot but never seen this bad of a service. Staff has no smile at all .

• Kasper (10/5): Fint hotel helt i centrum - Fint hotel i hjertet af patong, 2 min fra Bangla og 5 min fra stranden… super fint personale, pæne værelse, eneste minus er poolen som mangler, men stranden er så tæt på at det går., et andet minus var bruseren som driller lidt med temperaturen på vandet. Kommer helt sikkert igen.

Everything is within a short walk, shopping center, Bangla road and the beach plus lots of restaurants to choose from. For the location and price if you’re on a budget I don’t think you will find better.

It’s also great location, close to the main strip and also the beach. Would definitely stay again, laundry services also available and they have a beauty salon.

• sPeEdynAv (2/5): Horrible Hotel - Had my stay from 14-19 Dec 2022. Standards has dropped terribly. They don’t change your bedsheets, they just reverse them upside down. Disgusting. Toilets shower water pressure is slower than my 70 years grandma running. Best part is, usually hotels might not have hot water when you shower, this hotel didn’t have cold water when showering.

Just Cross the Road and you are at Bangla Road only 2 minute total. Walking distance of Patong Beach, toiletries are not upto the Mark they need to improve it I stayed one night there on 10 July 2022. Staff is Good and helpful. Wi-Fi was ok. Room Air conditioner was good. Coffee & Tea complimentary.

• D4229HIjimh (10/5): Top quality all round - This is arguably the best budget hotel in Patong at this time. From the reception through to departure, it was nothing less than a pleasure to be here. Extremely comfortable beds with all the facilities that one would normally find in high class hotels. Ok, there is next to nothing happening in Patong at this time but if you seek a decent hotel at a very low price/night, this could be the place for you. Highly recommended.

• Paolo (4/5): Una settimana da incubo - Esperienza negativa, al check in mi hanno detto che avevo prenotato in "bungalow" vista garden fan, io faccio notare che prenoto sempre ed esclusivamente camere con sria condizionata. Mi hanno fatto aspettare 15 minuti, poi mi è stato proposto un "bungalow" vista garden ma con aria, ma che avrei dovuto pagare la differenza. A prescindere una struttura seria avrebbe offerto il servizio gratuitamente, perché c'è stato un errore che non è certamente dipeso da me, il vostro coustomer care, di Hotels.com, non ha risposto alla mia chiamata. Entro nel "bungalow" vista giardino e resto totalmente deluso. Una stanzs anonima con un letto matrimoniale, privo di bajour lampadine sui comodini, con assenza interruttori per spengere la lsmpadina al centro del soffitto. Altro disagio, la musica che fino alle 5 di mattina, ad altissimo volume, disturbava ed impediva un sonno tranquillo. Il bagno, consisteva in un wc, un lavabo e una specie di doccia, pessimo. Al momento del check out, non ricordo che dovevo dare 1800 thb, 300 al giorno per quella specie di camera, il direttore fa inseguire il mio taxi, mi fa portare indietro e fa una scenata, io per evitare tanti problemi pago e vado via. Struttura 3 stelle? La camera dove ero io neanche un affittacamere ce l'ha così. Mai più.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great price, BETTER LOCATION!!! - I stayed two weeks in a bungalow, so i cant speak on the more expensive room. Pros 2 min walk to Bangla road $27 deal a night Frig in room 2 free bottled water daily Great AC unit, cool room Room attendants nice and helpful Pretty much everything within walking distance Cons No safe in room like advertised Cant flush toilet paper in the toilet. What!?! Some front desk people are too serious, not a big deal I gave them a 4star, almost went with three because of no safe in room. But for $27 a night, its tough to complain. If i was paying $40+, i want to be able to flush my toilet paper and have a safe in room. Lastly, if you sleep early or want a quiet night, its probably not going to happen till early morning. I was out late most nights, so i didnt care, but for those that want total quiet after 10pm,.thats not going to happen, because its so close to Bangla. Overall, great place for the price!!!
• Ranjan1972 (10/5): Nice stay - We stayed there for 4 nights. Location is excellent. Patong beach, Bangla walking street, Jungceylon mall, Banzaan fresh market all are nearby. Rooms are spotlessly clean and well equipped. Staffs are courteous and co operative. Professionally managed hotel it is. Will stay here again if we visit Phuket in future.
• Akunamatata1 (10/5): Best hotel ever! - Best time ever best service best hospitality best cleaning service in world never had clothes feel and smell so good never had such friendly staff lovely airport pick up luxury van lovely breakfast in bedroom chicken sausages eggs bacon mmmm yum everyday. Lovely bed best bed in any Hotel I've ever been. Best pillows in any hotel I've ever been and I've travelled the world multiple times for a decade. Nice curtains and windows are thick so the party noise of patong is hard to hear and lights don't come in perfect location so close to everything such lovely staff and people the c and n resort down the road also is lovely great gym so big full of good equipment the shuttle bus car would take me for free there daily use fees or week pass very affordable not overpriced and they would pick me up and take me back from resort to hotel but sometimes they are busy with airport runs but that's fine so organise ahead of time. No problem. and the massages spa packages at the resort are so good and the sauna and hot and ice spa is the best! I've come back 2 years in a row as a result of such good memories and warm hospitality its the best experience ever. You deserve this review and I'll be back soon!! Lots of love.
• Boonhuat (6/5): The attitude-Don’t think to serve you right - The hotel service was not very friendly. I asked for several services and I never got those services fulfilled.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Conveniently located, close to the main Jungceylon shopping centre and nightlife areas, but set back far enough to not be noisy. Studio rooms are older rooms that have been refurbished (but not fully renovated). It was decent with a few minor issues. There is no main ceiling light (a standing lamp is provided but it's not very bright), some daylight leaks in over the top of the curtains (starting quite early in the morning), and there is a balcony but no view on the third floor (there is a solid concrete wall about 1-2 metres in front). The mattress seemed a bit old as it sloped into the centre from previous use, and some of the pillows were below average. The biggest issue was inconsistent water temperature in the shower, being too hot during the day and not hot at night. Also, housekeeping was hit & miss even though I tipped the cleaner. Overall, the location is convenient, the price reasonable and it was fairly comfortable despite a number of minor issues, while there is room for improvement.

• jmwaters2015 (8/5): No complaints at all - Great budget hotel - I moved hotels on 1 November at the start of high season as the upmarket (and excellent) hotel I was staying in became too pricey. After moving I wish I had stayed here from the outset. Budget price, it didn't have the views or top quality restaurant, but was comparable and excellent in every other respect. Price at the counter was better even than my favoured website, Agoda. Very professionally run hotel in a central location minutes from Bangla Road, beach, Jung Ceylon, Central Plaza. . Lovely helpful staff - typically Thai :)) Rooms and hotels in general were spotlessly clean. My room had been recently renovated to a high spec. All the little extras you would normally expect from a more expensive hotel ( hair dryer, kettle, safe, notepads, toiletries). Of special note were the quality and thoughtful electrics; plenty of sockets even a USB point on each side of the bed. Also a great directional small halogen reading lamp both sides. If I ever stay in Patong again I will book into this hotel .

• Verified traveler (4/5): - The hotel has quiet and nice a yard of Bungalows which we booked two rooms and stayed for four nights. However, it was an disappointing experience staying in the hotel. First, The hotel room has air-conditioning, but it charges additional 200 baht per day for each room to turn on the air-con. So, it is better to confirm if air-con charge is included in the booking fee. Or be prepared to pay for additional charge to turn on the air-con. Also, the room went out of electricity during one night. So, we had to change to another room during the stay.

• Tony (8/5): Good Hotel ! - Very close to Bangla Rd ! Staff were very friendly and attentive. Descent breakfast Bus dropped me off at the front, the front is the massage place. Go around to the side for entrance

• Verified traveler (8/5): More improvement needed - Good stay, room was clean, house keeping service was prompt. Location was very centralised with walking distance to Jungceylon, and other eateries and Patong Beach. Front desk was friendly, thumbs up to Peter, who was kind in explaining whats near! Only negative feedback that I encountered were: 1) Room key cards that were issued, came with room numbers labelled on the card. This makes it very vulnerable to theft in room, should the key cards were lost, as the room was so clearly identified on the cards. 2) black out in area on 30th April 2018, whilst not the fault of the hotel, there was inadequate information given to hotel guests and lack of reassurance to guests as to when the power would be switched back on. Simply put, the hotel should have had a back up power supply generator. 3) Faulty aircon in Room 301, the air con unit had already shown error messages, and was not able to operate at all: it shut down automatically after being switched on. Front desk had been already informed and they got a technician to attend to the unit on 30th April 2018. However the unit still had the same issue late night on 1 May/Early Morning 2 May 2018. Certainly unacceptable. To make things worse, they placed a portable aircon unit in the small room, which was circulating hot air from the discharge in the room. 4) WiFi was unstable, able to connect at times only.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Please improve your PR..tq. - Condition at hotel ok.but the staff ,rude staff.(not all staff).while check in/out at the caunter not friendly & not very fluent in english ( understand what customer said).Please give training to speak / attend customer dont shout to customer.At the parking area,drop off customer (hotel’s transport) small excident was happen there,the staff not even say sorry.rude staff! ( cause customer always right,right?)

• Verified traveler (10/5): Superb - Excellent hotel with great value. I have been coming back many times over the years and have never been disappointed. The rooms are continually upgraded (but the older ones are not bad). The service is superb. Good WiFi. Plenty of English speaking TV channels. Rooms are very clean. Some rooms have balconies. Near Jungceylon and Bangla Rd. Rooms in the front and facing Bangla are noisy at night. Can highly recommend!

• Bih wen (6/5): Walking price cheaper than u book online - I stay this hotel few year ago the location is gd near bangla for drink n jungcylon shopping mall and near paradise gay pub street and room is inside street so kinda quiet for sleep staff is ok but every staff give u different price that is a problem and if u book more expensive and get worse room then u felt u r bad luck. Walk in price is cheaper than u book from agoda Expedia hotel.com sigh. And they get cheaper and studio room new room with bathtube n me pay 300 baht more but old standard room. Felt bad n sad

• Tom (6/5): Prefer quieter place - Extremely loud music until about 3-3:30am as room faced entertainment area. Only two outlets and one was marginally effective. Internet spotty, toilet did not always flush properly. Staff was pleasant, helpful and prompt on all issues. Location great except sound. Air conditioner less than optimal.

• Emma Foster (8/5): Best service received in a while - Could have done with some outside space for sunbathing. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful you couldn't ask for more. Breakfast was delicious, get an omelette.
