We had booked four rooms but were forced to sleep in the two least dirty ones, which were still in unacceptable condition. Additionally, I had booked another night at the same hotel and would like to request a free cancellation and the to the poor conditions during our stay. I kindly ask for your assistance in processing a full refund for the reservation and ensuring the cancellation of the additional night without penalties. Our room was bigger than expected and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable too. The next morning we were allowed to check out a little bit later which made our lives easier (travelling with baby). Amazing experience, will definitely use this hotel again when we are back in Krabi.

Traffic below, & a large coach parking up with its motor running for the air conditioning, early morning & late evening, added to the noise and fumes particularly in the bathroom! There was an open fly screened small window in the bathroom which had no glass, so sound & fumes entered! Shower next to the toilet meant the toilet got wet! Lamination coming off the doors! A metal cage on the wall, only vaguely passed as a tatty wardrobe! The room had clearly seen better days!!

So bizarre, as I never experienced this all of my life. Groups of school children were staying and having so much noise. There were playing with the lift.

• John (5/5): Need better PR skills - I paid more than double the price of what I saw online ,only to be given a room that was the same as half price .We had a late flight out next day and I asked could we have a 2 pm checkout .They said 1 pm was the latest ,otherwise it would be 200 baht extra ,despite countless rooms being unused .We left our bags in the lobby while we went out and came back at 2:15 and noticed our room was still the same and hadn’t been cleaned

Value for money - The location is near night markets, money exchange outlets, shopping centres, massage centers, restaurants, etc. The room is clean and the staff are friendly. The check in and check out process was fast. It is value for money hotel if budget is low. We booked 2 rooms last minute and asked for connecting room but we did not get it. There is no face towels, blankets, hand soap, safe, toilet floor mats in the room. The mattresses were very hard. The room has a musty smell. The lighting in the room can be improved A table with more chairs would have been nice. The hotel corridor is poorly lit and it doesn't give me a good feeling. The room door is not completely sound proof. I can hear people walking outside the corridor and doors slamming when closed. The toilet seat is not suitable for use. It does not hold up. The water pressure can be improved. You have to wait for some time to have hot water but it is not hot enough.

Fresh food market is right across the street and easy walk to night food market and the black crab area. However, the room is hostel grade. Clean and felt safe enough for a couple of nights, but strongly recommend looking at other hotel if you desire cleanliness and comfort.

Unusual bathroom layout - shower and toilet in one room, sink around the corner in another alcove. Poor breakfast. We have stayed here before, though in the older rooms. Will probably stay again as a transit to the beaches or Phuket.

You get what you pay for. Location was good. Towels were grey instead of white. TV wasn’t responding to remote control. It’s good hotel for occasional one night stay.

Great location with right in the center of the city. A convenient shop is just right next door. Car park is very small but manageable. Helpful front desk staffs.

• Tracy (8/5): Good location good value - This is the perfect spot if you are wanting to check out the weekend night market as this is right across the street. The beds were the most comfortable than all my other travels throughout Thailand. Also one of the cleaner hotels I stayed in during my Thailand travels.
