In the modern era of computer finance whose fault is this.Why should I use Booking.com when running into such problems? This has happened twice in a row.
• Timothy (2/5): I'll stay there again if I can't afford anywhere else. - It was fairly clean The wifi, tv, beds were horrifyingly terrible. The place was crawling with sketchy, super shady people. And that included the people who work there and their friends.
• Richard (5/5): - Room was clean and presentable Door was jammed up. Hard to open and close. No clean towels the 2nd night we stayed there. The guy at the reception desk was very rude and disrespectful towards my wife when we asked for clean towels and told him about the door being ajar. Room smelled of strong bleach upon arrival also. Kids making noise after hrs and got woken up earlier than predicted both mornings we were there.
• Peri (10/5): Totally recommend. - The staff was AMAZING!! Friendly and great customer service! Beds were comfy, shower had great water pressure. Room was very clean. Pillows were a little hard. No suggestion notes for food in area. Uber eats app was easy enough though.

• Catherine (1/5): DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY STAYING in this DUMP - Not a thing other than manager was very sweet. She was way over worked and underpaid for this filth of a place. Terribly dirty Hairs all over sheets Was taken to look at 6 other rooms to make a move choice and every bed sheets were dirty with hair and other things. All rooms floors were filthy and one room had water coming up through the flooring with water seeping up and into the hallway. Mold was in another room on the floor. Also, I called the hotel five times to try and ask questions about our stay. When we arrived, manager said phone system is down and they cannot receive calls.

• Nichelle (2/5): - lady that works at the front desk was trying to give me a room that was already occupied t. V didn't work. Sink clogging, supposedly breakfast included which is coffee. No Creamer, only personal in-house creamer. No irons in the room. I have to go downstairs and get iron soda machines was sold out

• Theresa (4/5): - Room not ready at check-in so they gave me another. The floor in second room was soaking wet from just being mopped and not dry and took almost an hour to air dry. Cable TV was down so absolutely NO television to watch. I’ve stayed at this location before but this will be the last. Very disappointing. Floor was dirty behind the bathroom door and was clearly visible once the door was closed. There are no hair dryers provided on the bathroom wall, but on a bright note, the front desk girl loaned me her personal dryer which was very much appreciated.

The beds were stained, and the walls, ceilings, and floors were stained, dirty, and severely scratched. The bathroom had several places where moisture build-up had caused the paint and ceiling to swell with water.

• Charles (2/5): - A summary of our stay: 1. Room had no TP - had to go to desk. 2. Bathroom had one used towel thrown over rack, no others, had to go to desk for towels. 3. One bed was made with no blanket! Second bed WAS MADE WITH A BLANKET THAT SMELLED LIKE ARMPIT SWEAT AND WAS OBVIOUSLY UNWASHED (it was after midnight and we were not prepared to change rooms). 4. Front desk had sign saying “12:00 pm checkout.” When I went to the front desk in the morning to complain about the room, the disinterested manager Juanita said she that then would not charge me fifty dollars for that EXTRA HOUR!” She also contacted the owner Sam who was just as unconcerned. I’LL REPEAT: ONE BED HAD NO BLANKET AND THE OTHER HAD A USED, UNWASHED, SWEAT-SOAKED, UNHYGIENIC, DISGUSTING BLANKET. And no one cared. If you stay here, you are a fool because if they can’t do any of this stuff right (including following Montana Hospitality Law), what else are they doing wrong? I wonder exactly what else in that room was not cleaned, don’t you? And posting a sign saying 12:00 check out but then saying that the extra hour is fifty dollars without notice - yah, well, I wish you the best of luck. STAY AWAY.

• Scott (2/5): - The Manager gave us a room that had been used (sheets in bed had body fluids on it). There was 2 areas above the beds that were basically sinner plate size holes. They gave us a second room and there was no toilet paper in it and the second bed had no bed sheet. This place is being used for other activities, do not book here!

However, the room was dirty and the linen soiled, there were hairs in tje floor and bathroom, dust in the furniture and the curtain had disgusting stains. The wifi signal was very poor in our room, but the guest clerk offered us a room with better signal.

• Michael (2/5): - This is late because I have been super busy and very upset. A week prior we stayed and confirmed our room. When we tried to check in, there was no room. The reservations had been cancelled by an employee. We had no room. That time in Great Falls is fair week and we had to find a room on our own. It was VERY expensive

We slept well, despite the noise (later during the night) and warmth (earlier). We won't stay here again unless there's nothing else available in the area.

• Alan (4/5): Poor motel needs lots of,work, - This motel needs a lot,of upgrading. There are no usb ports the toilet paper was extremely low and there was no ninth room. The tv was broken and could,not be fixed . They did not move me to,another room. Bathroom had used soap in the tub. Hair in shower drain.
• LeWayne (2/5): - Tv,lamps, WiFi, AC didn’t work. Neglected maintenance and sub standard cleaning. Smeared feces in the wall, build up of cigarette butts in window preventing lock. Discussions with the manager resulted in 50% off next stay, admission that he wouldn’t come back if he were I, and nothing else he could do and didn’t want to talk about it any longer. Expedia could only get the same result with the property, but did offer and Expedia credit for my account.

Tutto. i corridoi puzzavano di un misto tra: fumo, cucinato e pipì di gatto e l’odore entrava in camera, abbiamo dovuto mettere degli asciugamani ai piedi della porta per non far passare l’aria. Rimanendo sempre nel corridoio la moquette era macchiata dappertutto di non so cosa, cartacce buttate a terra e mai pulite in una giornata intera, c’era un materasso usato e sporco appoggiato a una parete. Entrando in stanza il bagno aveva capelli non nostri nella doccia e nel letto. Ripeto, la cosa che più mi è piaciuta? andarmene il giorno dopo.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Sketchy Place - All the trash cans were full of alcohol boxes and bottles. When checking in the man at the front desk was on the phone and stayed on the phone for 15 mins speaking a different language without hardly acknowledging me standing there. I ended up pressing the button for service (right in front of him) and what must have been the manager came up finally. He seemed annoyed with me and ended up stalking me around the parking lot. Do not give these people your business!
• Nick (2/5): - We ended up with two reservations as when we called the motel they didn’t have the Expedia reservation even when given the confirmation number. The first room we were given was in the process of being cleaned so we were given another room. The room’s electrical light switch was off the wall, the floor was dirty, and the bed comforter had large holes. We did not stay and asked for a refund which we were given. The staff was friendly but the facility had over following garbage cans at the entrance.
• Barry (4/5): - From check in to getting in room. Front desk attendant was not friendly or welcoming. Limited dialogue. Bathroom tub had hair throughout. One bar of soap (not a big deal, but…). Ask guy at front desk to have a look at our TV as it would not work. Still haven’t heard from him. Not sure he understands English as he had a blank stare when we asked him. Thankfully we were just passing through and weren’t staying more than one night. Nationality doesn’t matter so won’t say it. But many guests outside hanging out drinking. Would highly not recommend this property to stay at. We don’t have high standards. But cleanliness is asking much!!!
• Bhumikaben (2/5): - We reached at night just to sleep and we were informed that rooms are not available, reservation was cancelled from Motel but we got nothing from expedia. We were left to find another accomodation at mid night around 1am at night. What worst a group of 8 excpet after continouse driving 8 hours..!! I dont have 0 or negative star option, otherwise I would have selected that.
• Veronica (2/5): - Carpets are very felty, and old/dirty mattress welcome us at the end of the stair case. Not what you expect to see in hotel. That set the tone to what we would see the rest. AC did not cool off the room, missing light bulbs in the wall lamps, bath tub was so dirty. It seems that has not been scrubbed in months! Tv remote control was broken, not tv not even basic channels. Despite the staff being friendly, the facilities were very dissatisfying and dirty.

• PAUL (2/5): - This was a terrible experience from the beginning. Apparently there is a new owner and much of the staff quit. We tried to check in twice and were told the room wasn't clean. When we finally got in, the internet wasn't working. There was also no remote for the tv. Went to the front desk and was told they didn't have batteries for the remotes. Everything was completely disorganized, the building was filthy and nobody seemed to know what was going on. Crazy amount of doors slamming starting at 6:00am, went down for coffee in the lobby and no milk, cream or creamer. Just an overall bad experience.

• Max (8/5): - Hotel is a bit unkept in the common areas. There were old mattresses stacked in the hallway and an overflowing garbage bin as well. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The AC in the room was cold (which is good on a hot day) and the beds were old, but firm and comfortable. I’d give this place a strong 4/5 stars. I’d come back again considering the good price as well.

When we got in the room we didnt have 2 beds which is what we booked and the air conditioning wasn't working. A staff member stated it had been broke for some time. Manager and front desk attendant kept saying we're overbooked...what can we do? Well....you couldve offered a room discount, or restaurant vouchers or any other kind of compensation. We had to book and pay for another hotel because 2 adults and 2 dogs couldnt stay in a hot one bed room. It was 22:40 before we got into our second hotel.

The TV remote had no back on, and was extremely difficult to use, the shower was also difficult to use and hard to turn off. Not very clean.
• Donald (2/5): - Owner is a slumlord,window hard to open,bathroom way to small even though it was suppose to be wheelchair accessible,doors locked at night except main door,beds had more lumps than me cut my vacation 5 days short due to my body feeling beat to hell and no good night sleep.New staff David was excellent.Had to fight with owner for refund tried to charge $600 bucks for 4 nights wrong person for that.
• Neal (2/5): - Dirtiest noisiest motel ive ever been to. Sent us to a room with dirt and trash all over the floor. Beds not made. Stains on bed. Zero water pressure, water damage. Didnt feel like we could walk on the floor without shoes. Toilet and sink were dirty. Says bo smoking. Everywhere stunk and smelled like smoke and mildew. Beyond noisy in the lobby throughout the night. Dogs wandering around inside. Along with dogs whining half the night in the room next to us. I'll definitely tell everyone to steer clear. Biggest waste of a hundred bucks i can ever remember spending. Very disappointed. Ill avoid all Motel 6's after that experience.
• Arthur (4/5): - This was all before we even got our room 1 Toilet seat was loose (missing screws), 2 no facial tissue, 3 sink lift-rod not working 4 was the worst i could’ve over-looked everything but this: AC blowed stink air even after lysol-ing the room!!!

The manager was so accommodating by helpung get booked in and set up. Still, a very old building, lots to be done to fix it up but very clean. Would go back.

• Margaret (8/5): Reasonably Priced Clean and Comfortable - The motel appeared to be somewhat aged on the exterior and the lobby was ok. However our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the price was reasonable.

I love the floors- not carpet, but a vinyl flooring that is easy to keep clean. The bathroom light didn't work. The bedspread was very thin, so I was cold unless I turned the heat on, then it got stuffy quickly. Another blanket and a coffee machine in the room is the only improvement I could see. Otherwise it was absolutely perfect. I will definitely be staying there again.
