Guest Reviews
- Montierth (8/5): - The finished and decor were nice, good location from everything from downtown to the outdoors. Although the finishes were nice, the room was very dark. Need more lighting and or windows. Which I know can’t be easily changed.
- Maggie (10/5): -
- Wanda (10/5): - Everything
- gordon (10/5): Excellent place to stay while you explore the National Parks. - Easy check in with extremely friendly staff. Loved the unlimited coffee station, fridge for storing food and very secure room for our bikes. Intimate little bar was a bonus!
- Wayne and Diane (10/5): Just WOW - The rooms used all of the small spaces very well. It was very beautiful and interesting with a great staff. They serve popcorn, have record players and our album was wonderful. Clean rooms. The a/c worked perfectly and quietly. Lots of wonderful stuff about the rooms. The bed had one of those toppers that are way too soft and we both had backaches and stiff hips in the morning.
- Teri (9/5): -
- Rhonda (9/5): We really enjoyed the stay. - I loved the theme and story of the hotel. The blue plates, the menu at the bar was just perfect an especially the cherry pie. The pool area was very nice and clean We didn’t have a closet to hang clothes
- Adair (10/5): Minimalist hotel that was perfect for our stay! - Room was beautiful and had a very cozy bed.
- Mathias (9/5): -
- Sienna (9/5): - Good location, had everything we needed for a short stay.
- Wirunphon (10/5): -
- Keith (10/5): - Fantastic staff..
- Webb (9/5): -
- Sepehr (10/5): Comfortable hotel fitting with the nature theme. - Staff was great and very animating for our minor requests.
- Tessie (8/5): nice place, nice staff and comfortable room. - comfort of my room no closet for hanging my coat.
- Nanette (7/5): It was very nice except for the poor lighting in the rooms. - Bed was very comfortable, room was new so everything was in great condition and decorated nicely. Pool/ spa/ jacuzzi area was very nice. Lighting in the room was very dim making it difficult to read or put on make up in the bathroom. Community frig and microwave in the hallway was a new concept. Did not use either. The shuttered bathroom door could not be closed completely from the inside. Could probably e awkward.
- Andrey (10/5): Great relaxing location away from major traffic. - Front desk agents were very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. The newly renovated rooms were spotless with well appointed decor, reflecting area's historical culture with modern amenities. Interior finishes were well made and gave the room a cozy feeling. Outside patio was comfortable and inviting. In room vinyl player with bluetooth capability was a great add on. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a nice touch and very relaxing. Short drive to the main attractions and restaurants. Plenty of parking and very safe. This property, by far, is the best in the area for ease of access, cleanliness and service.
- Marnie (8/5): - Sauna Desk forgot to tell me the water was being turned off. I was in the shower.
- debrow (10/5): -
- Regina (6/5): - The design and bathroom. The heater blew cold air, the bed was horribly soft, we had to ask for a hairdryer and there were pistachio shells on the floor. The food is overpriced and not great.
- Laranda (10/5): - The pool and the tub and the room No breakfast included
- Laranda (10/5): - The pool and the hot tub and the room No breakfast included
- Maria Calvette (10/5): - Re cómodo la habitación. Muy lindo el lugar. Muy amable el personal. El desayuno fue de pago. Pero había cafe gratis
- Juliano (10/5): - Preço
- Oleg (10/5): This place is a highlight of my road trip. Definitely will recommend. Thank you to the owners. - Room was amazing. I wish I have the same bad and mattress at home. Atmosphere and energy was calm and relaxing. I wish I stayed longer. Nothing.
- luxshaa404 (9/5): - Very clean. Nice decors. I like the style and the record player gave a toich of uniqieness.
Shower shelf was tilted so bottles kept falling. And I think it would be nice to have fenced pet area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.
- Jamie (7/5): -
- karima (10/5): -
- Marina (8/5): Excellent. This will be our go to spot when passing through Moab, for sure. - They clearly put a lot of effort and investment in to the remodel. It is felt! The one thing I would say, is that the bathroom doors are tricky and can easily close on your hands - so be careful!
- Jim Tooker (7/5): Decent place to stay, with some quirks. - Hotel is nicely remodeled in a safe area. Many people left their off-road vehicles out-front over night (including me).
The hotel is geared toward people enjoying the outdoors. It even has a bike cleaning station.
Dog friendly.
Very close to Arches National Monument.
The staff was nice.
My room was very clean with all new furnishings.
I liked the little touches of having a history pamphlet of Wolfe's Ranch in the room. The turntable in the room was quirky but clever. Even though the hotel has been remodeled, things like the window still had issues. My room faced the road and the pool and wouldn't seal/close all the way. This made for a very noisy night, especially when people are in the pool. The pool noise did stop after 11 PM, however. In addition, my room was near a stairway door that had broken hydraulics so it would slam loudly every time someone walked through it. Even with earplugs this noise could be heard.
The lighting is the room was WAY too dark. In the bathroom (see picture) you could hardly see your face, and there was no light at all in the shower. It might be great for a "romantic evening" but not for a normal shower. On one night (I stayed 3 nights), hot water was difficult to get.
The free breakfast was very bare. It'd be nice to have fresh eggs and maybe sausage. Peeled hard boiled eggs were not appealing especially since you don't know how old they are.
- Rachel (10/5): -
- Douglas (8/5): - A nice hotel, clean, comfortable and friendly service. No complaints. Be aware that rooms do not have a refrigerator.
- Roland (6/5): Zimmer nett, Frühstück unterirdisch - Sehr nett dekoriertes Zimmer. Das Frühstück war extrem schlecht. Kein Saft, keine Cerealien, keine Milch.
- Kevin (10/5): - Super clean, we loved the furnishing and decor.
- Derek (10/5): - Clean and friendly and good location
- Katherine (10/5): - Pet friendly, basic but good breakfast with good coffee. No refrigerator or microwave in room, but there is one to share on the floor.
- Amy (10/5): - Hotel was nice snd very close to everything
- Tracy (8/5): - Place is beautiful and new. Pool and hot tub are excellent. Staff were very good!
Only issues were dark bathroom(very low lighting) and no closet, drawers or luggage holder.
- Jennifer (3/5): Avoid this hotel. Pics are misleading. - Room was not clean. There was a hair tie that was not mine on the bathroom counter, so obviously that was not cleaned. No hair drier. Bathroom was so dark, you couldn’t see to put in your contacts or put on make-up.
Lumpy small uncomfortable bed. TV in the corner of the room so you could barely see it. Record player had three records I’ve never heard of.
Breakfast — Coffee that looked like yellow water. Peeled hard-boiled eggs in water. Really gross.
Also over-priced. No problem paying that much for a clean room in a nice hotel, but this was not that.
- Monica (2/5): - m
- SCOTT (6/5): - Not much of a breakfast menu, although the coffee was good. TV controls are too difficult for an older person.
- Tracie (8/5): - Hotel was clean and convenient to the town
Friendly staff was the best part of our stay. Loved the history of the community, the gentleman who checked us in Gave us a booklet to read on the history of the Wolfe family .
- Tara (8/5): - It is a new hotel and the decor and it was clean. It's new so they are working the kinks out.
There was an excellent morning lady (I should have gotten her name -shaved under cut). She went above and beyond.
For a mountain biking town, it was not set up for it as of yet. No inside storage, no hose to wash bikes, no station to work on bikes. It was dark inside the rooms, but apparently they are working on that. Great location. They should talk to their night staff guy, he needs to be more professional and get off his phone.
- John (10/5): - Such a cool place! The builing is really interesting and well done. The pool area is beautiful! The staff was super nice and helpful. My only critique would be that there were several things around the hotel that were out of order. Nothing crucial but its a bad look.
- Gordon (6/5): - Room was nice but no refrigerator in room. There was one in hallway shared by all other rooms. Was full when I stayed. Also no closet to hang clothes up. My room had a slight sewer smell from plumbing I believe and didn’t like that so much.
- rosemary (8/5): - They are still working on renovations and upgrades but the staff is very friendly and accommodating
- bradford (10/5): - Great place to stay. Super central for both parks and downtown Moab. Would recommend to friends and family! Thank you
- Gretchen (8/5): Fun decor but loud guests - The people at the front were super nice. Room was decorated fun but it’s really dark in there. There are not many plugs next to the bed so bring a power strip if you need things plugged in (such as medical devices). The worst part was people constantly slamming the doors, other than that, it was pretty good. Very close to everything!
- Lawrence G. (8/5): - The bed was comfy. It was a bummer dragging luggage up front step. The rooms were really dark! The coffee was out both days we stayed in morning. It was close to Arches N.P.
- Britlyn (8/5): - Really nice stay overall. The bathroom door needed two people to open, which was silly. The fridge was also communal, which was interesting.
- Raya (6/5): - Nicely located hotel with wonderful stuff. The room is very small without closet. The breakfast is minimal.
The value is in the location close to Arched
- Timothy (6/5): - Staff, room, & shower new and fabulous. However, there was no fridge, microwave, hairdryer, ice, closet, drawers, or iron. Had to ask for Kleenex. Ran out of coffee one day. Wanted to like it, but, lacking in so many areas. Absolutely would not stay again.
- David (4/5): - The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was small and dark. The bathroom was strangely laid out with an inconvenient sink activated by motion, no temperature control. No facial tissue (awaiting a delivery) and had to track down a hair dryer.
- Duane (6/5): - Fine
- Maureen (10/5): - The staff was polite, professional.
- Nancy (6/5): - The staff was great to work with. The evening was noisy due to pets by other guests. I did not appreciate the shared refrigerator and microwave. The room was small but very nicely decorated.
- Michelle (10/5): Couples Adventure - We booked last minute and it was an excellent choice and value!
- Neil (6/5): - We were told The property had just re-opened in May after extensive renovations. The new decor was very dark & lighting in room & bath had 25 watt bulbs...very dark. The room did not have tissues, hair dryer (fortunately I had my own) no coffee pot, no refrigerator and no chair to sit on...only the bed.
The decor in room & bath was decorative, but made the room & bath extremely dark.
It used to be a Motel 6 so rooms were small.
The staff was very sympathetic to the issues, even moving us to another room, bringing in a chair, tissues & put 65 watt bulbs in lighting.
They were very used to our complaints as they hear them daily.
We wish the best for this motel, but it seemed obvious that the designers were more into decor rather than meeting the needs of their guests.
- James (6/5): - Rooms were small and dark. We prepaid but their system kept charging us, however the staff was helpful and got the extra charges removed quickly. The pool area was wonderful
- marion (8/5): - Nice place to stay but no coffee in the room and the continental breakfast was breakfast and muffins
- James (8/5): Would recommend - Comfortable rooms with great aesthetic. Friendly staff at check in and out. Breakfast is limited to muffins/granola bars and tea coffee. Would have been good to have a fridge in the room/ice availability.
- Jo Ann (6/5): Victims of Bad Design - Unfortunately, we found the experience to be a big let-down on our 13th wedding anniversary.
Upon arrival, there were signs everywhere about construction on site. We were not notified about possible construction noise. Fortunately, they were not working during the weekend. However, be aware that there is construction on site.
2nd, the whole reason we chose this hotel was to use the outdoor sauna, swimming area, and firepit. It is off-season in Moab, and autumn is in full swing. The nights are cool, and we were excited to go to the sauna and hang out in the outdoor area. Neither of the 2 firepits was working, nor was the sauna. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! It is also extremely noisy as the pool area is next to the highway coming into Moab. 3rd, the rooms are poorly lit and I mean POORLY. The bathroom is exceptionally dark, making it impossible to see as you bathe in the shower with black tile floors. There is no chance to see what your makeup looks like or find anything in your carry-on. It is also extremely unpleasant to find a black tile floor in the shower that is too dark, and you have no idea if it has been cleaned properly, leaving me to wear sandals while showering.
4th, there is absolutely NOWHERE to hang anything or store your luggage. No luggage racks, no closet, and no hangers. Making it impossible to unpack or hang anything up, including wet swimwear from the pool area or the river. The bed is comfortable. The air conditioner sounds like a truck, and forget trying to sleep
- Megan (8/5): - Beautiful new hotel! The details in decor, style, scent,
- Robert (8/5): Nice adults only hotel - Nice adults only hotel just on the outskirts of Moab. 5 minutes to everything. Quiet and relaxing. Room was very comfortable and well decorated. Pool and hot tub were very nice as well. The only things I can complain about were there were no mini fridges in the rooms (however you could put your stuff in a community fridge behind the front desk - so not a huge deal) and the doors to the rooms shut very loudly which could wake someone up if people on the same floor arrived or got in late at night. Others than that 8 out of 10 stars - would stay there again!
- Kristopher (10/5): - The staff made the stay incredible.
- Robert (8/5): -
- SHAWN (10/5): - Really cozy feeling, nice beds and blankets
- Dillan (10/5): So much better than expected! Great value for such a beautiful space. - Beautiful decor, very boutique-like Nothing - all perfect!
- Charlene (10/5): - A lot of thought into the decor. it's like staying at a upscale spa
- diane (10/5): - Classy, dark, navy walls and window shades. Very nice bedding and unique bathroom. Like the touch of the record player in the room. And TV framed. People at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay there again definitely
- Hee (10/5): - Location & price.
- Cassandra (10/5): Wonderful experience!!! Stay here! - We absolutely loved our stay here and really enjoyed the premises! Very cool modern and moody vibe, dim lighting, bar in the lobby. Not a great hotel to stay with kids, rooms are very comfortable and beautiful, but small. Beautiful details throughout. Clean!!! Beautiful bathroom (although dark) and literally the best hotel shower ever! I haven’t even mentioned the pool area! Spaces to hang out, sauna, hot tub, and the pool (with plenty of towels.) staff was super friendly. This place had a reputation for being “adults only” but I assure you everyone has clothes on! I asked the staff about this and they do slow kids, but as I mentioned space would be an issue (not even room to sleep on floor.)
- Benjamin (10/5): - Very unique hotel with peaceful pool area and eclectic rooms. Loved our stay.
- Janel (8/5): Very unique hotel - Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Price was reasonable! Low light in the rooms made it difficult to read medication and the shampoo/conditioner provided in the shower. No cafe or refrigerator in the rooms either. Overall I would recommend this hotel still! Loved the decor and uniqueness.
- Matt (10/5): Quite simply, unbelievable value for Monday - Great hotel. Well furnished. Superb staff. Wish we’d stayed longer.
- Lawrence (6/5): - I loved the pool and hot tub. The breakfast snacks were good enough also. I didn’t like not having my own fridge, no dressers in the room and I kept having trouble with the remote and TV connection even after switching rooms. You do have to drink to dinner options but it wasn’t far.
- James (10/5): The perfect spot to stay in Moab, UT - Wolfes Moab Hotel was the perfect spot for us to unwind after a long day inside the National parks nearby. The hotel has great amenities and the rooms were perfect! The staff was so friendly and very welcoming. I wish we had more time to spend in Moab and we would recommend anyone coming to the area to stay at this hotel. We will be back!
- Andrew Jon (10/5): - This boutique newly remodeled hotel was perfect for our 5 day stay. From the wonderful quiet sleep on their comfortable bed to the continental breakfast and continuous top notch service, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Martin was especially helpful at the front desk and always made us feel like we were coming home from an amazing day of sightseeing. While the hotel is not perfect (they haven’t got there liquor license yet and we suggested a wardrobe closet and better lighting in the bathroom) the manager and staff are working hard to make this one of the best hotels in Moab. Thanks Jackie, Martin and all the staff at Wolfe Hotel, we look forward to seeing you again! Sincerely AJ and Leticia
- Bobby (10/5): - I would stay here again.
- Jeff (10/5): - We stayed for two nights and loved this hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were so unique and cozy. Bed was super comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.
- Katherine (8/5): -
- Bridget (10/5): Loved it! - The rooms are so cute! Well decorated and had nice little touches. The pool area was great! Also, Anoop was so helpful!!! Our tv wasn’t working and he came up and spent at least 10 minutes troubleshooting. Thank you Anoop!!
- Tyler (10/5): - The people at the desk were amazing! They seemed genuinely happy to be there and it really made a difference. Very unique and enjoyable hotel overall.
- Steve (8/5): - AC barely worked. No fridge in the room. Door didn’t lock.
- Rebecca (10/5): - Obsessed with Wolfe’s. So welcoming and accommodating. Stylish but not in the sterol grey/white modern way. We kept talking about needing to come back to Moab just to stay here.
- shane (8/5): - I liked the design and decor of the room and bathroom.
- Jair (3/5): probably won’t stay there again unless management changes - the bed and vinyl record player sound proof rooms and the employees were nice to deal with and very willing to help us get in to room. willing to give a 1oclock check out which is great they didn’t seem put out hot tub not hot and no functioning jets or bubbles. front desk smelt of natural gas and dog piss. pool dirty, brown recluse spiders all over. sauna not turned on had to wait for it. lighting in bathrooms awful, no closets or actual functional fan in bathroom. doors slam so hard shut and fast got locked out several times. records for players scratched and not good music.
Rec: a vinyl record library and let us check em out if we want them. 150$ on top of paying for the stay for incidentals except they don’t have any good things to buy why so much. online it said 75$ refundable. 🤷🏼♀️ roof was leaking in lobby bad pet smell and urine. no liquor license as i was told they had. shared floor microwave and refrigerators not my favorite either. microwave fine, but fridge 🤔 communal should have options for tht choice.
- Jamie (10/5): - Lovely property, good stay for the price charged. My only complaint, is that the room, and especially bathroom is very dimly lit
- Alonso (10/5): - Amazing experience!
- Rebecca (10/5): - My partner and I are obsessed with Wolfe. From beginning to end Pearl and the other staff are so welcoming and attentive. The coffee bar and small breakfast grab and go was unexpected and such a nice touch. The lemon/lime ice water and seasoned nuts in the afternoon kept me going in the summer heat. The rooms were beautifully designed and the common areas and rooms were so clean. We can’t wait to come back ASAP.
- gary (10/5): Canyons trip - An over the top new hotel. The rooms were spectacular with real wood trim and crown molding. Very nice five stars.
- Griselda (10/5): - Everything is amazing!! The only not so good, is there is no closet. But i don’t mind.
- Steven (10/5): - Good stay
- Jessup (4/5): Disappointing Stay at Wolfe’s in Moab - Unfortunately, our experience was lacking. The hotel had just recently opened, which we didn’t realize until arrival, and it showed.
At check-in, our room keys didn’t work, and the first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned. The second room, while clean, was extremely barebones — no coffee pot, fridge, microwave, chair, closet, blow dryer, or dresser. A shared fridge and microwave were available in the hallway but we didn’t feel comfortable using them.
Lighting was poor throughout the room, especially in the bathroom, making it hard to get ready. The shower leaked all over the floor, and the bathroom door didn’t fully close. At night, we were frequently woken by slamming doors.
On the positive side, the staff was friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked well — which made sleep a bit easier despite the issues.
We understand it’s a new property and they’re likely still working out the kinks, but as it stands, Wolfe’s doesn’t meet even the basic expectations for a hotel stay. Hopefully they’ll make the necessary improvements soon, but we wouldn’t stay again or recommend it at this time.
- Parsa (10/5): - Exceed everyone’s expectations. I’ll definitely come back if I have to stay in Kansas city.
- katherine (10/5): - This is a wonderful hotel and I love the environment. The property is beautiful.
- Jeff (10/5): Great hotel - Great hotel. Some of the finishing were damaged but I liked the quietness and the style of the room.
- Shae (10/5): - Pearl was so kind and helpful. Beautoful rooms
- wayne (6/5): - great staff
- Tonson (4/5): - They currently are under new management and it's a little bit messy. I complained to the front desk about finding no clothes hangers in the room. They don't offer breakfast like the other hotels. They told me they "are considering offering breakfast to hotel guests."
