• Monika (10/5): - Właścicielka obiektu, Elena jest bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Uratowała naszą sytuację i przyjęła późnym wieczorem, kiedy inny zarezerwowany lokal okazał się nie odpowiedni. W apartamencie czuliśmy się jakbyśmy w czasie dzieciństwa przyjechali na wakacje do babci. 🙂 Dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, zarówno do sklepów i restauracji jak i do atrakcji turystycznych. Bardzo czysto. W nocy było głośno ze względu na centrum miasta. Niestety klimatyzacja jest dodatkowo płatna - my byliśmy w październiku, więc nie mieliśmy potrzeby jej włączać. Meble są nieco stare ale są zadbane i zachowują swoją funkcjonalność.

• Vladimir (10/5): - Nice apartment, cozy with a lot of space. Big balcony. Very clean, nice beds. Elena is very kind host. Recommended. Wifi was not very good, but only for few days due to some technical problems. We personally didn't mind.

• Cristina (10/5): - L'appartamento rispecchia la descrizione. Pulito. Vicino al Monastero e quindi a locali e negozi, ma in zona relativamente tranquilla. La signora Elena molto gentile, si è prodigata ad aiutarci in un momento di bisogno.
• Steff93 (10/5): K&S recension - Elena's friendly stance and kindness, always ready to help and advise which location to visit, also, her professional manners as a host, apartment was cleaned on every second day, towels were changed as well and bed sheets on fourth or fifth day during our stay ( 10 days in total ). The apartment's location is pretty close to the city center ( 7 min. walking approx. ) and there are a few small and one large ( Eleana's ) supermarket, taverns ( especially Stamna ) and best fast food ( AnKiss ) also a gym for the ones who like to keep pumping up. The pressure from the shower could be a bit better, but you'll get used to it, eventually.

• mirko (8/5): Ottimo - La proprietaria è una signora molto gentile ci ha accolti con un benvenuto che non tutti sono in grado di fare, è stata gentilissima e ci ha addirittura portato una aranciata fresca per tutti cosa molto apprezzata, in più su una settimana di soggiorno senza che fosse scritto da nessuna parte ci ha pulito l'intero appartamento per ben due volte anche questa una cosa molto apprezzata. Considerando il livello degli appartamenti che ci sono lo consiglio.

• Luke (4/5): Terrible - The plus side of the property is that its close to everything and friendly staff to begin with upon entering the apartment we found broken tiles under the bed and the wall in the bathroom had no tiles and could clearly see were the broken tiles came from. Then we noticed that the cleaning lady would enter our room several times throughout our stay and did not clean our rooms nor make our beds. The first time she entered she cleaned the tiles and the receptionist came and apologised and said she didnt know. This makes me think that the apartment wasnt cleaned in the first place making as the tiles were visible. Secondly the shower pressure was awful at times it was coming out as drops. The toilet itself was hanging on to threads and was moving all about the place. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. Also when booking the facilities section it shows AC and doesnt show additional fee like other listing on this website. When i asked the receptionist she said Im sorry you have to pay but you are not the first to report this and quickly changed it when i asked the customer support. Honestly terrible stay would not recommend will not be coming back.

They have taken 30 Euro for Air Conditioning ( it's a stealing way of money), bathroom and living room was dirty, cockroaches didn't allow me to sleep. Staff lady told me that I am a big man who is afraid of them and owner told me that I brought them from the street. Very slow response from Booking com. I am dissatisfied. I had to.pay for one night anyway for sleeping with cockroaches!!!!!! Take this dirty and disgusting property off the list. Awfull experience

The only minus I could add is that the place is quite old and old fashioned. It could use some renovations. The couch bed was not comfortable. Overall all it was as expected. Place needs an update. • Josip (7/5): Good - Good location, owner waited for us until 21 h for check in and was helpfull. Parking in front of the apartment. Close to the clubs, but there is no loud music. Rooms are a little bit outdated. 3 beds were good for sleeping, couch was not comfortable.

• Aggeliki (5/5): we didnt like the property - the ac the property was dirty, we found cockroaches, the blankets were dirty , the walls were dirty , the internet connection was weak, the bottle with the hand soap had mostly water in it, the balcony door was broken and we were struggling to close/open it
• Zuzana (7/5): Good - Elena was very nice and helpful. Locality is quiet but close to the centre. The apartment is very practical, bedroom, kitchen together with the living room and a nice balcony. The equipment was a bit old, the kitchen inside the cupboards could be cleaner.

• Milosevic (9/5): Pleasant stay - Room was clean and comfy with big balcony. Host was amazing and kind and she provided us with anything we asked for. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. Location is not the best since you have to walk approx. 15 minutes to Nissi Avenue. No other major negatives.

• Blagica (9/5): The most convenient accommodation in Ayia Napa! - The location is amazing! Everything is close by, 5min walk is the bus station for the buses going to all the beaches, 5min walk is also the center with all the bars and clubs. The owner Elena is super caring women! We love her energy! The apartment is great for 2,3 people. It has very chill terrace and super quiet. It’s very hot and you need to purchase the AC additionally 5euros per night but it is worth it. The water in the shower it’s not very with high pressure but it’s ok. For the price is the best value that you can ever get.

The rooms need some serious renovations and a new air condition. When you pay for AC additionally it will be nice if it works properly and quietly! The flush didn't work as it should - no surprise it is like 100 years old. ;)

I find it impossible to act this way towards guests that are paying to stay at a place with supposed clean items. Cleanliness was also not the best

Nice cozy apartment, super friendly host Elena, excellent location - close to the center, yet at the backstreet so it's quiet, next to a grocery-gift shop, a bigger supermarket just on the next street. I might had just a bad luck, but generally the hygiene standards in Cyprus seems to me even lower than in Asia.
