Anna (6/5): - The property is long overdue for the upgrade. You can smell it and see it as soon as you enter your room. It was priced very high but offered furnishing and facilities from times it was built. Fan in the bathroom didn't work,the stove was taking forever to warm up, and the bed was probably 20 years old, not comfortable. Stains on the bedding and the sofa, carpets only vacuumed on the traffic area but layers of dust behind furniture. Everything was dated. Property has a huge potential as it has pool and lifts, location is great, stuff is friendly. Propety has a huge potential it has a pool, spa, lifts ,big parking, and friendly stuff.

The pool and spa was not monitored, although a sign said children under 16 prohibited in spa, the first day we were there it was full of unsupervised children, and they broke the button, so for the rest of our visit the spa jets did not work. Rebecca (8/5): Great family stay. - We had a really lovely family stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast we included at booking was a great start to each day. Our family room was especially handy, with a larger-than-usual fridge, plus a microwave and cooktop—perfect for longer stays and cooking meals with kids. The bathroom products were a nice touch too—generous sizes and they smelled amazing. We also appreciated the towels provided for the indoor pool, which was clean and enjoyable (though it could have been just a little warmer). Wi-Fi wasn’t the strongest, but overall we had a fantastic stay and would happily come back. Great option for families! Cashless properties are always not great I feel for international travellers that may not want the extra bank fees.

It was a little worn out and the TV wouldn’t work properly in our room Had to manually turn it on and off also it was a bit noisy although the air conditioner did work it was well used and bits of it were broken off! The exhaust vent in the bathroom was caked with dust.

We would not have booked Atrium had we known there wasn't a restaurant functioning every day, with room service.

No bed lamps, no wardrobe, the couch was outdoor furniture with cold metal arms and rock hard seating. The bathroom hasn’t been renovated in 42 years, the furniture on the balcony was dusty. However, the bed was very comfortable.

The bed was ok but some of the pillows were quite uncomfortable. That being said, i'm sure had i asked the friendly staff for something else they would have been happy to help. The couch in the room appeared heavily stained.

The staff are amazing and the atmosphere is great. The views are awesome and the pool is always clean and well used. There's not much to say but I think breakfast should be included on the weekends and holidays. But having said that, there are a lot of small outlets along the foreshore to go and have a nice breakfast too.

Louise (4/5): Stressful! - Location . Have stayed there many times with no problems. The spa for me is the main attraction as I can’t swim. Spa working 1 st day children in spa no one asked then to get out. Then Spa not working. Had to go looking for toilet paper. Dry towels . Aircon in room noise. TV unable to hook up to Netflix. Had to go looking for batteries for TV remote. Had to remove my own bins.

jodie (3/5): Rooms are very old and need upgrading. Taps fell off the shower. Shower floor very slippery - Location Rooms
Carmelina (3/5): Would not recommend. - The location was the only thing I liked. The hotel is old and tired. The car park is full of pot holes. Way overpriced for what it is. I could hear the people next door all night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
