• Stefan (1/5): - beim Checkout wurde ich des Diebstahles bezichtigt. Ein Glass soll im Zimmer gefehlt haben. Ich musste erst die Polzei kommen lassen, um zu beweisen, dass ich kein Dieb bin. Das Hotel hätte ich besser meiden sollen: Zeitverlust etwa 1,5h beim Checkout.

• Letisha (1/5): Bad - The only thing convenient was the location. Close to all malls and beach. Struggled to communicate with the staff at reception. Although the reviews mentioned recent renovations the rooms were old and the bed was like sleeping on the floor. Breakfast was also extremely cold.
• Bak (2/5): Very poor - The price. The beds and pillows are stupidly hard. The cleaning staff steals your money. At least put a mattress topper and have various pillow softness. And pay your staff more so they don’t steal out of bags and pockets.
• Cristian (6/5): - Crown Pattaya Beach Hotel We stayed in this hotel which is located in the quieter part of Pattaya. We found it an average hotel until it came to checkout where a miscommunication between the staff led to us being accused of towel theft. When we arrived to our room there were NO towels so we had to request them. They brought us two towels instead of four. When they realised their error they proceeded to apologise profusely but by this time which was half an hour later the damage was done as we felt so offended, humiliated and embarrassed in front of our party.

• Vacation561238 (2/5): Bad, bad, bad - We have just checked out from our stay at Crown Pattaya Beach Hotel. To put it mildly, this was the worst Hotel we have ever experienced in Thailand. The first room we checked into had a flooded bathroom with water running down the mirror onto the vanity with the tiles above it popping off the wall. The new room they gave us flooded after having a shower. Bathtub was stained and the whole room with its plywood looking C grade furniture was lacking any flair. We had no hot water in the shower and had to ask repeatedly for toilet paper, since they gave us 2 rolls for a room occupied by 4 people. To top it off we had to deal with the rudest person on check out who wanted to charge us 500 Baht for a towel which was stained with a bit of my wife's hair colour. On new years eve and new years day a drunk staff member was sleeping on the couches in the lobby with an almost empty bottle of Whiskey on the table. A particularly nice site when you travel with children. Again, this we never experienced anywhere on our travels in Thailand.
• Passenger738050 (6/5): Stay at Crown Pattaya - We stayed in this hotel around Christmas time. The location of the hotel is pretty convenient. Its close to the beach and also close to Pattaya's busiest street. The rooms are good (in sync with the budget). The hotel is clean and tidy. Breakfast menu is pretty okay. Although it could be repetitive. The only flip side is the inhospitable and rude staff. I guess that's how probably how Thai people are. We had this experience throughout Thailand. People dont take any efforts to understand what you are trying to say and on the contrary will howl at you for asking any questions.

• sathyagopalan82 (8/5): Coral Island, crown Pattaya beach - A trip to coral island is must. It's very famous and flooded with tourists. Even it's crowded, beach and the island was so clean. They will be taking u to the coral island by the boat. Lots water sports like parasailing, banana boat, speed boat are available @ coral island. Separate tickets can be taken. Their is lot of food court available. More small shops are available. Lot of beach chairs available and we can enjoy sitting and observing the scenic place.
• ashwinihmum (2/5): Worst hotel ever stayed - It's the worst hotel to stay with. They don't give any room service.I asked just for one glass of hot water, that also they u have to come down and take. Each and every staff in the hotel will talk to you as if they've done a favor by giving you a room for staying here. Pathetic attitude towards Indians... Never recommended
• Barry Harold (6/5): - The guys at the door were very good and polite. They helped lots. The young guy behind the check in was good as well. Overall it was a below average stay for us both. For our next trip we will not book there again. Lots of people from India that were very noisey most of the time which did not help.

I have seen many Spanish travel agencies offering trips to Thailand, but decided to choose Local one and choose Glanzu by chance, but it turned out that it was really the best bet. All the services were provided in full. I liked that all the services on the site can be customized for your specific budget and requirements. And you can also customize the tour by day - that's very convenient. I went with friends to Thailand - the country is magical, the kitchen is very tasty, the hotel in which I lived was magnificent (Crown Pattaya Beach Hotel). I recommend this hotel - super service!

• 373namishb (8/5): Good location and clean rooms😊 - Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, have bathtub. Free wifi is provided by hotel. Location is 5 mins walk from main beach. Its 5 mins walk from a great teadybear island museum, must recomended for kids. Hotel have small swimming pool and jacuzzi. Staff is supportive and good. Only breakast is same daily almost which is average. Near by there are indian restaurants that provide fair food.

• Keith (8/5): - Nice hotel, very good location just off the beach road. Just a couple of small things, it advertises a bar but it doesn't have one! and it also advertises a laundry service! there is a laundry service just down the road and I believe that's it. you have to take your own laundry and collect it. I would say, it is a good service though and very reasonable.
• sunilalex (6/5): An average place mostly taken by indians - It's just an average hotel. The rooms r just average. The hotel is not very costly. The plus is it's very near the beach and alcazar show. It's quite far from walking street. The breakfast is bad with a limited spread.
• udayangas2017 (4/5): Noisy Indians all over the premises - We stayed at this place for 3days and 2days and i am not recommending this hotel to any one we asked for a room with 3beds and third bed that the provides was a hospital bed. (Pictures attached). Breakfirst buffet is same for three days we stayed. there is a sign saying manoe will be charged for the second round even for the juce. Room was big and specious and has no sea view. if you are staying at this hotel dont go for the rooms in forth floor. fungus has grown over the ceiling(see the attached picture). My recommendation is to if you want to relax avoid this place at any cost.
• bibekrazsingh (8/5): Fine Hotel - Good hospitality. I find many South Indians, bangali people around as guest. Room is clean. TV is analogue and has only thai channels. Swimming pool water is clean but is exposed to the street. Close to the beach. Breakfast and lunch is fine and healthy. Streets smells of Durain fruits or Drainage. Hotel is close to night market, shoping Center and restaurants. In average the Hotel is good.
• Always_Anand (6/5): Good if friends travel... not so good for small family... - I found mainly bunch of male group in hotel and they occupy common area and pool so for ladies its not that comfortable. Pros - Rooms are Big. Near to touriest attraction like Art In Paradise, teddy bear museum, Central mall, Alcazar , Tiffiny show. Beach front near also at walking distance. Cons - WiFi only at lobby. Locker in lobby. Unfriendly staff. Repetitive Dishes in Breakfast. Staff need to give training what is called as swim wear. They dont allow female with lycra cloths TShirt and Paint but allow male with cotton undergarment.

Do not book this hotel !!!!!!!!!!

• dasilvaj80 (10/5): Small relax days - This hotel is located in an excellent position,about 5m from the beach and main road where you would find everything. About hotel: Staff is friendly and the rooms are big and clean,all though a bit old and there is no free wifi except on the reception lobby and if you want wifi in the room will cost you 150thb per one day unlimited. Reagardi g breakfast it is ok,it has bread.eggs,some thai food,coffe and juices. The hotel is very good if you want to keep low budget for vacation in anyway to sleep and take breakfast its all you need when you are in vacation. Anyway you can enjoy this place and the surrounding areas. Regards
• sarmisthasinha (8/5): Good Hotel - This hotel is located near beach, approximately 250 meters from the beach. But you will not get sea view from room. Rooms are good, clean. No facility to make tea or coffee in room, wi-fi is not available in room. wi-fi is available at lobby. There is a swimming pool in hotel. At reception, locker is available to keep valuables. the breakfast of the hotel is very good with different items. This hotel has a bike rent service. Overall good experience.

• PratikK236 (8/5): Wonderful stay - I was booked into 3nights at this very hotel. The service was throughly professional. Breakfast was amazing and sumptous. Surrounding was extremly peaceful. I had a free access to swimming pool and the water was surprisingly clean. Wifi was free and prompt. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Hands down to all of the staff , they were extremly helpful.
• deepakvj (8/5): Good one !!!! - Its a good hotel in a good location. near to beach and shops and attractions. easy to find a cab, tuc tuc or a rent a bike (even the hotel have rent a bike facility). The facilities are ok. It has a nice swimming pool. Rooms are spacious. The breakfast is only offered in the restaurant which is good. The staff are friendly and cooperative. No wifi in the room !! No coffee machines in the room !! No locker in the room !! (only available in the reception). An above average hotel for all type of travellers.

The rooms are spacious but no tea/coffee facilities, no tissues, the beds are hard and the pillows are as hard as rocks, no safe only in the foyer, no wifi only in foyer and the breakfast was very poor cold and not a good choice. The staff are very friendly and helpful so Thankyou for that. I probably would not stay or recommend this venue.
• Anne_Prinita (6/5): Nice place but a little old - Rooms were spacious but the hot water was not working in our room. The hotel is a bit dated. Buffet breakfast was filling and had variety. Staff were ok but didn't know much english which wasn't very helpful for tourists. Location is good since it is close to the beach, restaurants and other such spots.

• rahulk503 (8/5): Pocket friendly and centrally located - Stayed for 1 night with friends, hotel is very near to the beach as well as central marina mall. The rates are very reasonable and the room sizes are good enough, the family rooms mainly are spacious enough for 4 to 5 ppl. The swimming pool of the hotel is clean but the guests using it were very loud. The breakfast served at the hotel is too basic and needs more food options and there are massage facilities available at the hotel with apt rates. Overall a pleasent stay but recommended for friends but not for family travellers.
• sachitd2015 (6/5): Average place to stay - Situated very close to the Pattaya beach, it's a average hotel. Rooms are ok, though there's no tea/coffee in the room. Bathroom is slightly outdated. I couldn't find any English channels in the cable. Wifi is only in the lobby, and not available in the rooms. So for the price, it's a nice place close to beach and ideal for those who spend most of the time exploring around and come to the hotel only to sleep.

• Josh (4/5): Wrong Location - The Google Earth Location for this hotel that directs you to hotels.com is wrong by about 3km. It is in fact at the Northern end of Pattaya, away from all the action. We booked because of its location and got a rude surprise when we found where it actually was. We had booked two nights but wanted to cancel the second night immediately. The front desk staff where very unhelpful and so followed a 3 way dialog between us, the receptionist and a hotels.com call centre guy to finally cancel the second night. The only reason we stayed at all is because it was late when we arrived. The hotel itself is a Russian Cold War relic and very run down. The included breakfast was a stone cold plate of eggs and strange salad that had been prepared much earlier. If you pine for the glory days of Soviet gulags, then this is the place for you....otherwise, best to avoid.

So I check for a new one close and I found this hotel, the location is great just 3 minutes walking to the beach, the staff is really friendly, the breakfast is marvellous. Clean and the pool is really nice. Was the best part of my trip
